      • 조형을 이루는 형식원리에 의한 도자조형작품 표현 연구

        The ceramic modeling art is the simplest, yet the most profound art among many arts. “It is the simplest because it is the most essential and the most profound because it is the most abstract”. said Herbert Read, a 20th century art critic, on the meaning of existence of and pride for the ceramic art. As a way of work to express the modeling characters of modern ceramic art, artists imagine designs to express visual forms on the basis of objective trends of the time and subjective theories of the mind. The choice of principles and functions is important for the factors in the process of work, and plans and orders do exist in them. In expressing ceramic modeling art, I would like to pursue the principle of art with a process based theoretically on Fluxus, which values the harmony of life and art. Formal principles of modeling that think of three-dimensional forms and build modeling in the process of working with clay- I would like to make works that motivate visual interests, applying the basic principles like harmony, comparison, proportion, balance, movement, transition, repetition, unification and visual illusion. Repeating and mixing small clay units, I would like to express the harmonies of simplicity and complexity and part and whole. 도자조형예술은 모든 예술 중에서 가장 단순하면서 가장 난해한 예술이다. 가장 본질적이므로 가장 단순하며, 가장 추상적이므로 가장 난해하다. 라고 도자예술에 대한 자부심과 존재의 의미에 대해 20세기 미술비평가 허버트 리드(Herbert Read)가 언급했다. 현대의 도자예술의 조형성을 나타내는 작업 방식으로 작가들은 객관적인 시대의 흐름과 주관적인 정신적 이론을 토대로 시각적인 형식을 나타내는 형태를 구상한다. 제작과정의 각 요소들은 개념과 기능의 선택이 중요하며 그 안에서 계획과 질서가 존재한다. 본 연구자는 도자 조형 예술을 표현하는데, 삶과 예술의 조화를 가치로 삼는 플럭서스를 이론적 배경으로 하여 흐름이 있는 예술이라는 개념을 추구하고자 한다. 입체적인 형태를 생각하고, 흙으로 작업하는 과정에서는 조형을 이루는 형식원리- 조화, 대비, 비례, 균형, 율동, 점이, 반복, 통일, 착시 등의 기본 개념을 적용하여 시각적 흥미가 유발되는 작품을 만들고자 한다. 작품의 형태는 작은 도자 단위체들의 반복과 엮음은 단순함과 복잡함, 부분과 전체의 조화를 나타내고자 한다. 그러므로 도자조형 작업의 새로운 형태표현을 추구하고자 한다.

        고객불량행동이 서비스접점직원의 반생산적 과업행동에 미치는 영향 : 의료기관을 중심으로

        This research aims to empirically test the effects of dysfunctional customer behavior on emotional exhaustion and counterproductive work behavior in medical institutions. The Structural Equations Modeling(SEM) is used to test the research model and hypotheses. The results show that hospital employees’ perception on dysfunctional customer behavior had strong effect on emotional exhaustion and counterproductive work behavior. Hospital employees’ emotional exhaustion also led to their counterproductive work behavior. The degrees of intermediate effect of emotional exhaustion were different between individual employee and organizational level. The study findings support that dysfunctional customer behavior could impede organizational productivity and, thus, suggest the appropriate organizational strategy.

        이성분 나노유체를 이용한 암모니아/물 기포 흡수기 설계

        The objectives of this paper are to analyze simultaneous heat and mass transfer performance for a plate type bubble absorber with binary nanofluids numerically and to investigate the effects of binary nanofluids and surfactants on the size of the bubble absorber. The effective absorption ratio represents the effect of binary nanofluids and surfactants on the absorption performance. The kinds and concentrations of nano-particles and surfactants are considered as the key parameters. The results show that the addition of surfactants can reduce the size of absorber up to 74.4%, the application of binary nanofluids does the size up to 63.6%. Combination of binary nanofluids and surfactants can reduce the size of absorber up to 77.4%.

        Shaman Against Empire : A Postcolonial Reading of the Johannine Healing Stories

        John s description of Jesus manner of healing the sick and his raising of Lazarus seems to present Jesus as a shamanic leader of Jewish community,similar to shaman leaders in (de)colonizing contexts. There has always been a tension between shamanic practices and centralized political authority. The experiences of terror unleashed by colonial power have configured the practice of shamans and turned them into a counter-hegemonic force in colonial contexts. The paradoxical power relationship between power/state and subject is not confined to a central place but displays an ambiguity through which the two form a hybrid space where they resemble or depend on each other. This relationship appears in John s healing stories: the royal official asks for healing for his son (4:46-54); Jesus heals the paralytic man by sharing a space near a pagan Roman temple, heals the blind man by mimicking Vespasian (5:1-18; 9:1-41), and raises Lazarus by appropriating Mithra (Jn 11-12). With the postulation that the shamanic discourse could be incorporated into the Roman imperial discourses and may well have made an impact on the Johannine Jesus and his community, who were living under the harsh Roman Empire, this essay proposes that John s healing stories present Jesus as a subversive shamanic leader seeking to restore the community that had been cowed and subjugated by Roman imperial power.

        The Power of a Hybrid Community: A New Look at the Gentile Women in Matthew

        This essay argues that Matthew deploys the Gentile women (Mt 1:3-6;12:42; 15:21-28; 27:19) for a dual purpose: to confirm that Jesus is the chosen servant who proclaims justice to the Gentiles, and also to expand his community toward the Gentile world by forming hybrid community only after he deploys the Gentile women. Yet the conceptualization of a hybrid society can be problematic when it is performed in a decolonial context,especially from a male-oriented perspective. Once Matthew achieves his decolonial goal, the female hybridists, regardless of their race and class,disappear from Matthew. The power of hybridity is not equally shared by women. By drawing a parallel between the Gentile women in Matthew and women with hyphenated identities (e.g. Kosian, Koslim, Eurasian etc.)living in a global community, this essay not only challenges the validity of a monolithic ethnic identity but also opens up spaces for a hybrid community by destabilizing a homogeneous communityØs comfort zone, just as Jesus yielded to the Canaanite womanØs challenge by walking into the contact zone where he could expand his vision of mercy.
