솔잎혹파리 耐虫性 品種 育性에 關한 硏究 Ⅰ. 耐虫性 選拔木의 虫廮形成度 및 含有 Monoterpene의 組成

Employing 13 resistant and 17 susceptible Japanese black pine (Pinus thunbergii Parl.) trees to pine gall midge (Thecodiplosis japonensis Uchida et Inouye) as sample, observations were made on the needle length, the ratio of gall-formed needles, the number of larva per gall and the weight of larva. And, monoterpenes of the oleoresin of 1-year-old branches, new shoots and needles were analysed by means of gas liquid chromotograph. And, following results were obtained. 1. Oviposition of pine gall midge was also made on the neeldes of resistant trees, but the larvae were mostly dead afterward. 2. The percentage of gall-formed needles in the resistant trees was 2.0, and the number of larva per gall and the weight of 100 larvae in the resistant trees were 640 and 91.4 percent respectively of those in the susceptible trees. 3. No directional differences in monoterpene composition were found in 1-year-old branches and the new shoots of the same trees. 4. The contents of limonene and β-phellandrene were higher and the content of β-pinene was lower in the resistant than in the susceptible trees in the their 1-year-old branches and new shoots. 5. In the needles, the resistant trees showed higher contents of limonene and terpinolene but lower contents of both α-and β-pinene compared to the susceptible trees. 6. In all of the 1-year-old branches, the new shoots and the needles, limonene was always higher and β-pinene was lower in their contents in the resistant trees than in the susceptible trees. Especially the limonene content in the needle was significantly higher in the resistant trees compared to the susceptible trees. It was, therefore, considered that the limonene content in the needle might affect the resistance of the Japanese black pine to the pine gall midge.

A hinge bracket is usually produced by bending of sheet panel or welding of hollow bar into sheet panel. The hinge bracket that is made by bending or welding, however, does not have sufficient due to the stress concentration on the bended region or low corrosion resistance of the welded region. In order to make hinge bracket with high durability, a bracket that is made by forming is needed. In this study, a thickening process from a sheet panel for hinge bracket is investigated. Several bracket forming processes are proposed and the possibility of bracket forming is investigated via finite element analysis.
해송의 Monoterpene 조성과 솔잎혹파리 내충성에 관한 연구

Resistant and susceptible pine (Pinus thunbergii, Parl) trees to pine gall midge (Thecodiplosis japonensis, Uchida et Inouye) were selected and monoterpene composition in one year old branches, shoots and needles of both groups have been analysed by GLC. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Monoterpene composition in either one year old branches or shoots were not affected by their directions (North or South). 2. Major monoterpenes in one year old branches were α-pinene, β-pinene, myrcene, limonene, β-phellandrene and terpinolene. 3. In addition to a-pinene, camphene, β-pinene, myrcene, △³-carene, limonene, β-phellandrene and terpinolene, several less volatile components which appear to be monoterpenes were also present in shoots and needles. 4. Compared with the susceptible pine, the resistant tree was found richer in limonene composition. 5. β-Pinene composition in the resistant pine was less than that in the susceptible pine. 6. The difference in the composition of limonene or β-pinene between two groups of pine trees was discussed in relation to the resistance to pine gall midge.
土壤理化學性 및 N,P,K 吸收量과 芍藥(Paeonia albiflora Pall var. trichocarpa Bunge)根 中의 Paeoniflorin 含量의 關係

The poor biological value of root quality of Paeonia albiflora Pall is attributed to the deficiency of available constituent contents, such as paeoniflorin and albiflorin. We studied the effect of the soil fertility and the absorption amounts of N, P and K in root on the ash and paeoniflorin content in root of Paeonia albiflora Pall. The textures of the cultivating soils belong to sandy clay loam and silty clay loam. Paeoniflorin content of the root sample in Eui-seong gun(2.01-3.59%) was higher than that in the other gun(1.52-2.89%, 1.87-3.32%). The contents of the ash and acid-insoluble ash in root were 3.55-6.14% and 0.41-1.83%, respectively. In the HPLC chromatogram of the methyl alcohol extracts from Paeoniae Radix, the peak height ratio of albiflorin to paeoniflorin(Albi./Paeoni.) was positively correlated with the paeoniflorin content in the root of Paeonia albiflora Pall. Paeoniflorin content was negatively correlated with the total nitrogen content in the cultivated soil, and positively correlated with the phosphorus content in the root of Paeonia albiflora Pall. Acid-insoluble ash content was positively correlated with the nitrogen content in the root of Paeonia albiflora Pall.
