본 연구는 자동차 정비업체의 설립 시에 고려해야할 입지선정요인을 선정하고 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용해서 요인별로 상대적 중요도를 나타내는 가중치를 도출하는 연구이다. 자동차 정비업체는 매우 높은 설립비용이 발생함에도 불구하고 대부분은 경영자의 경험적 판단에 의지하여 입지를 선정하는 것이 현실이다. 또한 창업비용이 낮고 서비스 활동이 단순한 소규모 점포의 입지선정과 관련된 연구는 많이 진행되고 있으나 자동차 정비업체에 대한 입지선정의 연구와 사례는 부족하여 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 1급, 2급, 3급 정비업체별로 입지선정요인의 가중치를 도출하고 서로 비교분석해 보았다. 그 결과 정비업체별로 입지를 선정하는데 있어서 중요하게 고려해야할 요인이 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 정비업체의 입지선정과 관련된 의사결정시에 발생할 수 있는 위험을 줄일 수 있도록 과학적인 방법을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다. This study helps to select the criteria for the location automotive repair shops and suggests the optimum location. The weights representing relative importance of each criterion were calculated by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Actually most of the location of automotive repair shops have been selected depending on decision makers' experience though very high initial costs are incurred. Also while studies have been done on the location of the smaller shops whose initial costs are low and service activities are simple, studies and cases on the location of automotive repair shop were not done and found before. This study helps to draw the weights of the criteria for the location of each one of grade 1, 2, 3 repair shop and compare and analyze them. As a result, it is found out that there is some differences between factors significantly considered when selecting the location of each repair shop. This study has significance of suggesting scientific methods to reduce risk in the decision making related to location of repair shop.

본 연구는 자동차 정비업체의 설립 시에 고려해야할 입지선정요인을 선정하고 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 요일별로 상대적 중요도를 나타내는 가중치를 도출한 뒤 최적의 입지를 선정하는 방법을 제시한 연구이다. 자동차 정비업체는 매우 높은 설립비용이 발생함에도 불구하고 대부분은 경영자의 경험적 판단에 의지하여 입지를 선정하는 것이 현실이다. 또한 창업비용이 낮고 서비스 활동이 단순한 소규모 점포의 입지선정과 관련된 연구는 많이 진행되고 있으나 자동차 정비업체에 대한 입지선정의 연구와 사례는 전무하여 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 자동차 정비업은 제조업의 성격이 강한 서비스업이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제조업에 관련된 입지 선정요인과 서비스업의 입지선정요인을 문헌연구를 통해 모두 정리한 뒤 실무진 및 교수로 이루어진 전문가회의와 1차 설문조사를 통해서 21개의 입지선정요인을 선정하였다. 그 후 AHP 분석을 통해서 입지선정요인의 상대적 중요도를 나타내는 가중치를 도출하였다. 그리고 자동차 정비업체의 입지후보지를 3곳을 선정하고 최적의 입지를 결정하는 과정에 대해서 설명하였다. 본 연구는 자동차 정비업체의 설립 시에 어떤 요인들을 중점적으로 고려해야 하는지 그 기준을 제시한 것과 최적의 입지를 선정하는 방법을 설명함으로써 경영자의 판단에만 의존할 경우 생길 수 있는 위험을 줄일 수 있도록 과학적인 방법을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다. The automotive repair shop is a kind of service industry having a strong feature of manufacturing industry. Therefore in this study, 21 criteria for the location were selected through experts conference consisting of real experts and faculty and initial survey after organizing the criteria for the location of manufacturing and service industry through literature survey. After that, weights representing relative importance of the criteria for the location were drawn through AHP. And this study explains the process of selecting optimum one among 3 candidates for the location of automotive repair shop and deciding the optimum location. This study has significance of suggesting scientific methods to reduce risk in the decision making related to location of repair shop

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of muscle strength by stimulation of russian current and low frequency. Methods:The subjects were thirty young healthy volunteers who were divided into two groups including russian current group(n=15) and low frequency group(n=15). The intervention was applied totally 12 times (1 time, 10 minute) for 4weeks in each group. The peak torque and average power were measured and analysed using Biodex system 4 before the treatment, after 2 weeks, 4 weeks. Results:As a result, russians currents and low frequency stimulation increased significantly average power and peak torque with the lapse of time. However, there were not significant differences of the average power and peak torque between the groups in all periods. Conclusion:In conclusion, russians currents and low frequency stimulation had no differences in the increase of muscle strength.

This research collected variables on 44 firms belonging to the service industry among firms listed on the Korean stock exchange. The service variables was surveyed with a questionnaire. Based on these, we set up performance and strategic variables with an empirical analysis and also set up a hypothesis to identify PIMS principles. We examined the goodness-of-fit by Multiple Regression Model and found PIMS market rule and regulation with impact analysis. Together, we drew up a Par report by selecting sample firms and applied it to be able to used in the industry field. Three important findings & possibilities that became clear in this research are as follows: First, we think that it is possible to use a PIMS variable which is used in the United States by a variable and PIMS model based on this has considerable explanation power. In ROI model, using 18 Strategic Variables, explained R²=0.69, and in CF model, using 11 Strategic Variables. explained R²=0.45. Second, 4 major determinants of ROI(Investment Intensity, relative market share, real market growth, and relative marketing expenses) that Abell & Hammond presented, appeared as positive correlation with the exception of marketing expenses. In addition, 2 major determinant of CF(relative market share, investment intensity) also appeared as positive correlation. This goes along with the PIMS theory too. Particularly, BCG model<chart 4-34> consisted with real market growth & relative market share, among 4 part side, introduction stage & decline stage showed CF like BCG theory, but the growth stage CF appeared slightly better than the maturity stage. Third, we utilized CF as PIMS performance variable for the first time in the country and together introduced a Par ROI report & Par CF report for the first time. In the Par report, by contrasting Actual ROI & CF to average ROI & CF, individual company's evaluation became possible.

측두하악관절 내에 방사선 불투과성 물질을 가지 환자의 진단과 치료 : 증례보고

A 69-year-old male pateint was admitted for discomfort on right temporomandibular joint during opening, closing and chewing that started few months ago. The patient had no special medical history except for lung tuberculosis approximately 30 years ago and nothing specific appeared on a physical exam taken 2 months ago. Clinical tests show that mouth opening of 53mm which was normal and no joint sound, deviation, pain during opening. But tenderness to palpation on Rt masseter muscle and pain existed on Rt temporomandibular joint during loading test on the right joint. No pain existed during resistance test and protrusion and range of lateral movement was normal. Rt temporomandibular joint was not swollen and no palpable mass was observed. No previous trauma history to the face existed. On X-ray calcific material existed in the joint cavity and on CT image, approximately 2mm sized calcific material appeared on the Rt temporomandibular joint but no change in bone appeared on the condyle nor the temporal bone. The patient was diagnosed as loose body, and the symptoms were relived after 2 physical therapies and is under regular check ups. The purpose of this case is to review disease that cause loose bodies.

치과병원에 내원한 삼차신경통환자의 치험예 (34예 분석)

This study was carried out among 34 patients who visited Yonsei Dental Hospital from 1996. 1. to 1999. 5 for trigeminal neuralgia. By studying the patient's treatment prior to visiting our hospital, features of trigeminal neuralgia, treatment process of trigeminal neuralgia, prognosis of treatment, consultation with other professions and involvement of surgery, etc., the results are as follows: 1. 67.7% of onset age range from 40s to 60s, and average age is 50.2. 2. Ratio of right to left involvement is 1:2.1, male to female ratio is 1:1.9. 3. Occurrence rate of each branch is V3(44.1%), V2(11.8%), V1+V2+V3(11.8), V1+V2(8.8%). 4. Treatments prior to admission to our hospital are extraction(5.9%), endodontic treatment(5.9%), medication(11.8%), Oriental Medicine treatment(5.9%). 5. Routes of admittance to our hospital are by their preference(55.9%), local clinic referral(32.4%), E.N.T referral(5.9%), Neurology referral(5.9%). 6. 70.6% of patients treated at our hospital who were relieved of symptoms, were referred to Neurology(66.7%) and Pain Clinic(33.3%) for the reason of relapse, side effects of the drug itself, incomplete relief of pain. 7. 2 patients who were referred to medical part showed brain vessels contacting trigeminal nerve root on Brain MRangiography. But pain is being controlled by medication and no specific surgical procedure was carried out. The results show that 17.7% of patients admitted received inappropriate early treatment. In order to relieve tooth loss and patient's psychologic stress due to inappropriate treatment, precise differential diagnosis must be made among local teeth disease and idiopathic facial pain. Medication may show side effects of the drug itself, incomplete relief of pain or relapse of symptoms. Therefore, to treat trigeminal neuralgia appropriately by drug injection, surgery or radiation therapy, consultations among dentists, neurologists and anesthesiologists are required.
