SIMULINK를 이용한 Fractional-N 주파수합성기의 모델링 기법

본 논문은 최근에 많이 연구되고 있는 PLL 기반의 fractional-N 주파수 합성기에 관하여 SIMULINK 및 Verilog-a를 사용하여 모델링하는 방법론에 대하여 설명한다. 전통적으로 PLL 설계에 적용되는 바텀-업(bottom-up) 방식의 트랜지스터 레벨 설계와 함께 탑-다운(top-down) 방식의 설계를 병행하여 적용함으로써 트랜지스터 레벨의 회로설계에 걸리는 시간을 크게 절약하고 SoC의 IP로서 아날로그 부분과 디지털부분이 같이 검증될 수 있는 방안을 고려하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 시스템의 동작여부를 빠르게 파악하고 top level에서의 검증이 용이한 SIMULINK 모델링과 트랜지스터 레벨과의 호환을 통해 블록 단위의 검증이 가능한 Verilog-a 모델링의 비교를 수행함으로서 효과적인 설계 방법을 제시한다. This paper presents behavioral models using SIMULINK and Verilog-a for a PLL based fractional-N frequency synthesizer. By adopting a top-down approach along with the traditional bottom-up transistor level design in parallel, the design time is greatly shortened, and a co-verification method for both the digital and the analog part is considered. Under this consideration, the SIMULINK modeling reduces simulation time and easily estimates the PLL's performance on the top level. Verilog-a is able to verify the feasibility of each blocks at first hand because it is compatible with transister level circuits. Then, an efficient way of the design is presented by comparing the results of both models.
온라인 코디자인 워크숍 참여 촉진을 위한 연구 -선행연구사례 중심으로-

As non-face-to-face services accelerated by COVID19 become commonplace, the nose design workshop methodologies, which were conducted in a face-to-face manner, are being converted online. However, research based on the specificity of online co-design such as 'interactivity' and 'two-way communication' is still insignificant. This study collected precedent studies to identify the current status of online co-design research and analyzed the characteristics of communication channel types currently used and the roles of participants and designers according to the purpose of the co-design workshop. In addition, factors that can promote participant participation in the online environment were derived by classifying them into the compositional aspect of sessions and tools, participant aspect, and designer aspect. Based on this, I would like to propose a research direction to promote participation in consideration of the characteristics of only the online co-design workshop. COVID19로 가속화된 비대면 서비스가 일상화되면서 대면 방식으로 진행되던 코디자인 워크숍 방법론들은 온라인으로 전환되고 있다. 그러나 아직도 ‘상호작용성’과 ‘쌍방향 커뮤니케이션’이라는 온라인 코디자인의 특수성에 기반한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 선행사례연구들을 수집하여 온라인 코디자인 연구 현황을 파악하고 현재사용되는 소통 채널 유형 특성과 코디자인 워크숍 목적에 따른 참여자와 디자이너 역할을 분석하였다. 또한 온라인 환경에서도 참여자의 참여를 촉진할 수 있는 요인들을 세션 및 도구의 구성적 측면, 참여자 측면, 디자이너 측면으로 유형 구분하여 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 온라인 코디자인 워크숍만의 특성을 고려한 참여 촉진 연구 방향성을 제안하고자 한다.
치과병원에 내원한 삼차신경통환자의 치험예 (34예 분석)

This study was carried out among 34 patients who visited Yonsei Dental Hospital from 1996. 1. to 1999. 5 for trigeminal neuralgia. By studying the patient's treatment prior to visiting our hospital, features of trigeminal neuralgia, treatment process of trigeminal neuralgia, prognosis of treatment, consultation with other professions and involvement of surgery, etc., the results are as follows: 1. 67.7% of onset age range from 40s to 60s, and average age is 50.2. 2. Ratio of right to left involvement is 1:2.1, male to female ratio is 1:1.9. 3. Occurrence rate of each branch is V3(44.1%), V2(11.8%), V1+V2+V3(11.8), V1+V2(8.8%). 4. Treatments prior to admission to our hospital are extraction(5.9%), endodontic treatment(5.9%), medication(11.8%), Oriental Medicine treatment(5.9%). 5. Routes of admittance to our hospital are by their preference(55.9%), local clinic referral(32.4%), E.N.T referral(5.9%), Neurology referral(5.9%). 6. 70.6% of patients treated at our hospital who were relieved of symptoms, were referred to Neurology(66.7%) and Pain Clinic(33.3%) for the reason of relapse, side effects of the drug itself, incomplete relief of pain. 7. 2 patients who were referred to medical part showed brain vessels contacting trigeminal nerve root on Brain MRangiography. But pain is being controlled by medication and no specific surgical procedure was carried out. The results show that 17.7% of patients admitted received inappropriate early treatment. In order to relieve tooth loss and patient's psychologic stress due to inappropriate treatment, precise differential diagnosis must be made among local teeth disease and idiopathic facial pain. Medication may show side effects of the drug itself, incomplete relief of pain or relapse of symptoms. Therefore, to treat trigeminal neuralgia appropriately by drug injection, surgery or radiation therapy, consultations among dentists, neurologists and anesthesiologists are required.
