The purpose of this study was to design of a probabilistic model for optimum manpower planning in R&D department by Montecarlo simulation. Methods: We investigate the process and the requirement of manpower planning and scheduling in R&D department. The empirical distributions of necessary time and manpower for R&D projects are developed. From the empirical distributions, we can estimate a probability distribution of optimum manpower in R&D department. A simulation method of estimating the probability distribution of optimum manpower is considered. It is a useful tool for obtaining the sum, the variance and other statistics of the distributions. Results: The real industry cases are given and the properties of the model are investigated by Montecarlo Simulation. we apply the model to the research laboratory of the global company, and investigate and compensate the weak points of the model. Conclusion: The proposed model provides various and correct information such as average, variance, percentile, minimum, maximum and so on. A decision maker of a company can easily develop the future plan and the task of researchers may be allocated properly. we expect that the productivity can be improved by this study. The results of this study can be also applied to other areas including shipbuilding, construction, and consulting areas

1. 목적 · The aim of this study is to gain a competitive advantage in the global marketplace by examining the current situation of three domestic result` service. Furthem1ore, this study suggests the im-provement plans in the rapidly changing world situation. 2. 연구설계/ 방법론/ 접근방법 · Evaluate through comparing three domestic result` service based on the PQI(Premium Quality Index) model, developed by product quality evaluation experts group 3. 연구결과 · At first, we classified evaluation factors into three parts - usability quality, emotional quality - and each of the factors includes sub factors. Under this condition, the results of this study are as follows. the brand quality, emotional quality and usability quality are remammg at a high sat-isfaction level. 4. 실무적 시사점 · This study has shown at customers consider brand and usability quality factors as the most im-portant factor due to the nature of the service. 5. 독창성/ 가치 · Integrate the approach that has been made sporadically in the area of service management, ana-lyze the specific company to the target and present a new framework.
소부대 전투시나리오 기반의 UGV 효과분석 실험방안 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design an experimental simulation model for evaluating the UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle) effectiveness in a small unit combat scenario. Methods: We design and build a simulation model to evaluate the combat effectiveness of UGV in a small unit combat scenario. In order to build a simulation model, we used AnyLogic software tool which has functional advantages to describe agent-based simulation model. As for the combat scenario, we applied the typical engagement of mechanized unit equal or lower than battalion level. Analysis process follows the three phases. 1) Design an agent based conceptual medel in a small unit combat scenario. 2) Build a simulation medel using AnyLogic tool. 3) Analyze the simulation results and evaluate the UGV effectiveness. Results: The UGV effectiveness was measured and presented as a numeric values. Those numeric values were represented as a MOE(Measure of Effectiveness) which was the blue survival ratio. Conclusion: We developed an agent based simulation model which can provide a pattern of change how UGV effectiveness varied depending upon the number of UGV in a small unit combat scenario. We also found that the UGV effectivenes s grows in the given scenario as the number of UGV increases.
