        거제(巨濟) 동아광산(東亞鑛山)의 지질(地質) 및 광상(鑛床)

        The geology of the mine consists of Cretaceous lower andesitic breccia member, tuffaceous black shale, upper tuffaceous sandstone member and andesitic dike. Ore bodies are two parallel veins of breccia originated from hydrothermal activity of later acidic igneous intrusion. First two periods of mineralization, gold and silver, and copper, and later copper enrichment was identified. The first two might have been occurred during boiling of hydrothermal solution that formed breccia and copper enrichment was accomplished by enhancement of $CO_2$ fugacity from the organic material contained in the black shale. With all the geologic and mineralogic data and inferences attained from other investigators it was estimated that the optimum depth of the ore mineralization was between 500m and 300m below the surface of Kyong-Sang series.

        청간산(淸肝散)이 흰쥐의 알코올 대사(代謝) 효소(酵素) 활성도(活性度)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Chunggansan was tested for the effects on detoxication mechanism of alcohol. Chunggansan was treated firstly into samples, and then ethanol intoxicated animal models were set with them. The administration of Chunggansan to the rats increased proportionally in alcohol dehydrogenase activities in liver in relation to the level of concentration and days of treatment. Especially, the alcohol dehydrogenase was the most active when the concentration of extract was 200mg/kg and it was 7th day. The enzyme activities of alcohol dehydrogenase and aldehyde dehydrogenase in liver highly increased in Chunggansan pre-medicating group compared to that of ethanol treated group. Also, the blood ethanol concentration in rats was considerably decreased. In conclusion, Chunggansan recovers the damage of liver due to acute alcohol intoxication by the increased enzyme activities of alcohol dehydrogenase and aldehyde dehydrogenase.

        골수이형성증후군(骨髓異形成症候群) 환자(患者) 일례(一例)에 대한 증례(症例) 보고(報告)

        In order to look about the effect and possibility of oriental medical diagnosis and treatment of pancytopenia of myelodysplastic syndrome. For a patient who has pancytopenia. we diagnose him as myelodysplastic syndrome by CBC, LFT, Ultrasonic wave, Vitamin B12 test, Bone marrow test, Folic acid test and doing Herb-medication, Moxa-Tx continually, we observed the change of WBC, RBC. HGB. MCV, Platelet. ESR with following up CBC test ten times Finally, WBC increased by 900, RBC increased by 400000, MCV was reduced by 7fl. HGB increased by 1.3g/dl. Hct increased by 3.2%, ESR was reduced from 127 to 35mm/h. We diagnosed myelodysplastic syndrome as 'CONSUMPTIVE DISEASE' in oreintal medicine. The treatment effect of pancytopenia was achieved by Herb-medication and Moxa-Tx for invigorating qi, enriching the blood, invigorating the spleen and the kidney-yang, Now we need the study of oriental medical treatment for Aplastic Anemia and AML which is similar this.

        부정생진탕(扶正生津湯)이 방사선(放射線) 조사(照射) 부작용(副作用)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        To evaluate the radioprotective effects of Bujeongsaengjintang studies were done experimentally. The results were obtained as follows: 1. WBC, Platelet and RBC were significantly increased in Bujeongsaengjintang treated group as compared with control group after exposure to radiation by Liniac. 2. By FACS analysis of splenic leukocyte after exposure to radiation by Liniac, T cell, T-helper cell and macrophase were significantly increased in Bujeongsaengjintang treated group. 3. In histological changes of ileum and jejunum of Balb/C mice after exposure to radiation by Liniac, exclusion and fusion of villi were decreased in Bujeongsaengjintang treated group as compared with control group. From above results, it is suggested that Bujeongsaengjintang is available to a clinic for the protection from damage by radiotherapy to cancer.

        김해지역 상동광상산 견운모의 광물화학 및 안전동위원소 조성

        Mineral chemistry and stable isotope compositions of sericites from the Sangdong mine in the Kimhae area, Kyungsangnamdo, were studied. The Sangdong sericite deposit occurs in rhyolitic tuff of late Cretaceous age and considers to have been fonned by the hydrothennal alteration. The sericites are classified as $2M_1$ polytype and are characterized by less celadonite substitution indicating muscovite-phengite series. Their compositions are very close to that of the ideal muscovite but net layer charge ranges 1.71~1.91 which is less than 2 per formula unit of ideal muscovite. Predominant interlayer cation is K and K/(K+Na) ratio ranges 0.91 and 0.93. ${\delta}^{18}O$ values of sericites and quartz separated from the ore range 7.70~9.07 and 8.20~10.87‰, respectively. The formation temperature of sericite can be estimated as $315{\sim}340^{\circ}C$( based on ${\delta}^{18}O$ value of sericite and ${\delta}D$ value of of Cretaceous meteoric water. Their formation temperature discrepancy between coexisting sericite and quartz indicates that they are in isotopically inequilibrium. Two types of quartz, coarse grained phenocrysts and micrcrystalline aggregates are observed and the former must have been formed during volcanic eruption and remained isotopically unexchanged during hydrothermal alteration period. ${\delta}^{14}S$ values of pyrites range 1.9~4.5‰ which is within a range of volcanogenic sulfur, indicating magmatic source.

        The objective of research provides the physical therapy of good quality to the patients to search for the problem pant against a physical therapy accident and it simultaneously respects physical therapy company law, the possibility of preparing a system defensive ability in order to be. The data were collected from 2000 October 1 to December 30th, and analyzed by a frequency and a percentage, oneway ANOVA, Scheffe method, $x^2$ official approvals. Conclusion (1) the accident where the patient falls from inside the treatment 'room is many and occasionally' 29.3% (63 people) with was many most.         자가 확장형 전방십자인대 고정장치의 고정 특성에 대한 연구

        This paper studied the influences of the main design parameter-the expansion angle and the material properties of the self-expansion anterior cruciate ligament fixation device on the contact condition with the bone and the initial stability of the device. Using finite element analysis, the stress distributions of the ring part of the device and the wall of the bone tunnel were calculated. And the micro-migration of the device by the pull-out force was calculated. From the analysis results, it was found that when designing the self-expansion type anterior cruciate ligament fixation device, it is desirable to use the material having higher Young's modulus and to design the fixation device that all wedges uniformly maintain contact with bone to obtain initial stability after operation.

        Phenazine 유도체의 합성과 항균성에 관한 연구 (제 1 보)

        7-Substituted 2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxides were synthesized by the reaction of 4-aminophenol with 6-substituted benzofuroxan derivatives which had been obtained from aniline derivatives bearing methoxy, methyl, acetyl, and nitro group at the para position. 2-Aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide was also prepared by the reaction of 4-aminophenol with benzofuroxan. The antimicrobial activities of these phenazine dioxide derivatives were investigated in terms of minimum inhibitory concentration by the common twofold dilution technique. It was observed that the antimicrobial activity of the phenazine dioxides bearing electron releasing substituents was stronger than that of those bearing electron withdrawing substituents. From this result, it was concluded that the antimicrobial activity of phenazine dioxide derivative has a direct relationship with the electronic effect of the substituents. 파라위치에 메톡시, 메틸, 아세틸 및 니트로기를 가진 아닐린유도체를 출발물질로 하여 6-substituted benzofuroxan 유도체를 합성하고, 이들과 4-아미노페놀을 반응시켜 7-Substituted 2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxides류를 합성하였다. 그리고 benzofuroxan과 4-아미노페놀을 반응시켜 2-Aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide도 합성하였다. 이들 phenazine 유도체의 항균성을 희석법에 의하여 최소 발육저지 농도로서 조사하였는데, 전자를 주는 치환기를 가진 phenazine dioxide 유도체들이 전자를 당기는 치환기를 가진 phenazine dioxide유도체들 보다 항균성이 더 강하였다. 이 사실로부터 phenazine dioxide 유도체에서 치환기의 전자효과와 항균성사이에는 직접적인 연관성이 있다는 것을 알았다.

        Phenazine Ring을 가진 界面活性劑의 合成과 그 抗菌性 (제3보)

        7-Alkyl-2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxides bearing butyl, hexyl and octyl group were synthesized by the reaction of 4-aminophenol with 6-alkylbenzofuroxans which had been obtained from aniline and n-alkyl alcohols. And 2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide was prepared by the reaction of 4-aminophenol with benzofuroxan. Infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrophotometers, and elemental analyzer were employed to identify the products concerned with the synthetic processes. Surface tension of aqueous solutions of these phenazine derivatives was determined by surface tensiometer and it was found that the surface tension decreased with an increase of the number of carbon in the alkyl group. Antimicrobial activities were evaluated in terms of minimum inhibitory concentration by a dilution method. The butyl derivative showed the highest activity among these derivatives. It was observed that the antimicrobial activity of these alkyl substituted 2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxides was stronger than that of 2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide. Aniline과 n-alkyl alcohol類로 부터 6-alkylbenzofuroxan을 얻고 이것과 4-aminophenol을 反應시켜 butyl, hexyl, octyl기를 가진 7-Alkyl-2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide를 合成하였다. 그리고 benzofuroxane과 4-aminophenol을 反應시켜 2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide도 合成하였다. 生成物들은 IR, NMR, 元素分析등으로 확인하였다. 이들 phenazine 誘導體의 수용액에 대한 表面張力을 測定하였는데 alkyl기의 탄소수가 증가할수록 表面張力이 底下됨을 알았다. 또한 抗菌性을 稀釋法에 의하여 調査하였는데 alkyl기의 탄소수가 4개인 butyl 誘導體의 경우가 가장 抗菌性이 강했으며, alkyl기가 없는 2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide보다는 alkyl기가 置換된 2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide의 抗菌性이 더 강하다는 것을 알았다.
