This study examines the present status of the social welfare institutions and the conditionally-registered or unregistered social welfare institutions in the countrywide and Kyonggi-do by comparing and analyzing them, and then tries to find the plans for improvement and the counterplans for support. For this, this study re-analyzes the problems by thoroughly reviewing the problems of the unregistered social welfare institutions, which have been found in the previous studies, and the conditionally-registered system that is being pushed by Government. As a result, it is concluded that the research for the actual state of the conditionallyregistered social welfare institutions and unregistered social welfare institutions should be made again, and as a counterplan for this kind of problem, the extension of public lease housing such as group home system may be needed.

기업 정책자금 지원 효과 연구 : 지방 8개 도를 중심으로

본 연구는 지방 8개 도 소재 기업에 대한 정부의 지원 효과를 전체 지원 사업과 함께 출연 사업, 융자 사업으로 구분한 분석과 수도권 및 특·광역시 소재 기업 간 지원 효과 비교를 목적으로 한다. 자료의 특성을 고려해 고정효과 패널 분석과 함께 정교한 효과 추정을 위해 성향점수 매칭 분석을 시행했다. 지원 효과를 나타내는 지표로는 자기자본증가율(성장성), 투하자본수익률(수익성), 부가가치비율(생산성), 총자산회전율(활동성)을 사용했다. 분석 결과 출연 지원의 성향점수 매칭 분석에서 지원 정책의 성장성, 수익성, 생산성 측면에서 통계적으로 유의한 성과 개선이 발견되었으나 융자 지원의 경우 성향점수 매칭 분석에서 성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 도출되지 않았다. This study focused on analyzing the effects of the government policy funds on the 8 local provincial companies by dividing policy projects into government fund projects, loan projects as well as total support projects. According to the characteristics of the data, we focus on Propensity Score Matching(PSM) method for the sophisticated estimation. As a dependent variable, we use 4 performance index-net sales growth rate, return on assets rate, productivity of capital, and total assets turnover rate. Based on the data and models above, the important results are as follows; Statistically significant results were rarely observed in the case of total support projects and no statistically significant results were observed in the case of loan projects. However, on PSM analysis for government fund projects, we found statistically significant improvements effect of policy in terms of net sales growth rate, return on assets rate, and productivity of capital.

사물 인터넷은 세상에 존재하는 모든 객체가 다른 객체 또는 주변 환경을 식별하고 인지하여 정보를 수집하고, 수집한 정보를 주고받고 처리함으로써 사람들이 생활하거나 일하는 방식을 편리하게 하는 패러다임 전환을 의미한다. 사물 인터넷 기술은 새로운 기술이라고 보기보다 유비쿼터스의 실현을 위한 각종 센서 기술과 무선기술, 인터넷기술, 로봇기술, 임베디드 기술 등의 종합기술이다. 본 논문에서는 사물 인터넷의 보안 취약점이 존재하는 상황이기 때문에 사물 인터넷의 신뢰성과 안전성이 요구하는 보안 기술에 대해 살펴 보고자 한다. Internet is a world of things, all objects that exist in the environment around other objects, or to identify and collect information, whether the information collected to send and receive by people living or working paradigm transition methodology. See the new technology called the Internet of things technologies for the realization of various sensor technologies and more ubiquitous wireless technology, Internet technology, robot technology, embedded technology, such as the synthesis of technology. In this paper, there is a vulnerability in the Internet of things technology, because reliability and safety requirements about the technology.
