This experiment was carried out to clarify the effect of Royal Jelly collected by 24, 48 and 72 hours after grafting on the sperm motility of Korean cattle. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The average quantity of Royal Jelly production showed the highest amount when it was collected by 72 hours after grafting 2. Crude protein of Royal Jelly showed the highest content when it was collected by 24 hours after grafting, but amino acid content was variable depending on colling time, on the other hand, vitamin content was lower at 72 hours as compared with other treatments. 3. In all groups, the sperm motility seemed to decrease proportionately as the Royal Jelly concentration in the diluted solution increased, but under 1.0㎎ Royal Jelly concentration it was appeared to be better for presserving sperm motility than control. Especially, 0.2㎎ Royal Jelly concentration appeared to be the best for sperm motility (p$lt;0.01) than any other treatments. 4. Sperm motility was better when Royal Jelly was collected by 24 and 48 hours as compared to 72 hours (p$lt;0.05).

Nutritive value of dehydrated poultry waste (D.P.W.) as a broiler feed ingredient was studied. When the 10% level of D.P.W. was included in well-balanced rations no detrimental effects were observed on body gain of the birds, but D.P.W. was increased beyond the 10% level caused growth obstruction of chicks. All the rations that were included D.P.W. consumed uniformly more feed than that of control, therefore feed efficiency was progressively decreased as the amount of D.P.W. was increased gradually. No difference were observed on body gain according to its drying method(between D.P.W. and A.D.P.W.). The value of protein efficiency ratio (P.E.R.) were effected significantly as the level of D.P.W. was increased gradually. especially, 30% level of D.P.W. ration showed the lowest P.E.R. and also the highest mortality among the treatments. The chemical composition of meat and dressing percentage of chicks was not affected by the inclusion of D.P.W. However, the gizzard size showed a striking increase as the level of D.P.W. was increased. When the D.P.W. was included by the amount of 30% in chick ration no difference were observed in the flavor of meat as a result of panel test. The general economic aspect of including D.P.W. in poultry rations brought about dissatisfying result. Only the inclusion of D.P.W. at 5% level showed identical gross income as compared with the control ration.

The materialization of the way to fight for the Korean Armed forces in the future is the theme of this article. This is expressed as an ``operational concept`` in the US Armed forces, but it actually describes the way to fight for the US forces. The concept of how to fight should not linger as an ambiguous or a vague form of concept. It should be as concrete as for the military to make a doctrine, train the soldiers, and order needed weapons. In the country like South Korea where a specific threat has always been the same, the way to fight can be created to accomplish its military strategy. Its strategy will be the best to defeat the specific enemy and may require specific weapon systems and a way to apply its forces in a special way. Therefore, in the Korean theater, the first thing for the ROK military to do is to decide its military strategy to develop its way to fight. In the past history, there were several strategies used in the similar operational environment to the Korean peninsula. From these examples, the ROK military may take lessons and develop better concepts suitable for the Korean operational situation. If the strategy will be decided, then ``how to fight`` will be develop to carry out the strategy.

Using expected mismatch paradigm by Oliver (1981), this study investigates casual relationships among variables composed of expectations on quality of sale information, perceived performance, expectation congruency and the effects of these variables on consumers`` satisfaction from using real estate portal sites as well as their satisfaction with information provided. Empirical results show that, 1) expectations on quality of sale information are positively related to perceived performance of quality of sale information and expectation congruency, 2) perceived performance of quality of sale information positively influences expectation congruency, 3) perceived performance and expectation congruency lead to consumers`` satisfaction on quality of sale information, and 4) satisfaction on quality of sale information leads to satisfaction on the portal site that provides the information. Through these series of analyses, several suggestions are made to improve quality of sale information on real estate.

The application of the theory of the level of war depends on mostly the size of the area with which one nation``s military concerns. It cannot be applied indiscriminately. In Big countries like the United State, the Joint Chiefs of Staffs is strategic level while theaters and areas are operational level. On the other hand, middle and small country like Republic of Korea, the Joint Chiefs of Staffs is strategic level as well as operational level at the same time in the sense that the war plan for the Korean Peninsula has to be made at this level. Because of this complication, a thorough consideration is needed in applying miliary theory. Operational art is a skill that the commanders and staffs of the operational level echelon use to develop a campaign plan. Operational Design is a tool of the operational art the result of which is an Operational approach. Operational approach is the conceptual basis for structuring campaigns and operations. This conceptual basis becomes a campaign plan through the Joint operation planning process(JOPP). JOPP is a tool to develop a campaign plan and its encompass operational design and approach and other procedures in its process.

A fuel cell stack has a large number of long and narrow channels for reactant gases and coolant. If these channels are modeled by conventional CFD methods, the memory and time required to solve the fluid dynamics and performance of a fuel cell stack become impractically large. Image processing techniques have been introduced to generate a simplified model of the flow channels, resulting in significantly reduced solving times. This novel modeling method enables the numerical analysis of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and performance estimation of a whole fuel cell stack composed of more than 300 cells. The results of this research will be used to determine design parameters and operating conditions of fuel cell stacks.
