1978년 국내산 잎담배에 대하여 Ha,Mg,Fe,Ui, Cu, Mn, Zn의 함량을 조사연구하였다. 그 결과 Mg은 5370$\mu{g}/g-7640\mu{g}/g$으로 Burley>Flue-cured>Native의 순이었다. Mn과 Fe는 210$\mu{g}/g-1290\mu{g}/g$, 330$\mu{g}/g-590\mu{g}/g$으로 Burley >Flue -cured >Native의 순이었다.Zn는 50$\mu{g}/g-100\mu{g}/g$으로서 Native>Burley>Flue -cured의 순이었으며 Na, Ni, Cu는 세품종이 비슷하였으며, Na는 200~300$\mu{g}/g$,Ni는 $10\mu{g}/g$, Cu는 7~9$\mu{g}/g$이었다. 이들 무기성분의 함량과 등급과는 Na, Mg, Mn, Ni, Cu는 후옅 5, 3,1등의 순으로 감소하는 경향을 보이다가 박엽 1,3,5등의 순으로 점차로 증가하는 상향곡선으로 나타났다. 등급과 무기성분과의 상관관계는 Hicks, SC-72, Va 115세품종이 Mg와 0.l%수준에서 고도의 유의성이 있었다. The contents of Sodium, Magnesium, Iron, nickel , Copper, Maganese and Zinc in Korean tobacco leaves Produced in 1978, were investigated. The contents of each mineral element in tobacco leaves of various varieties were as follows ; Mg was 5370$\mu{g}/g-7640\mu{g}/g$, Burley> Flue -cured >Native. Mn was 210$\mu{g}/g-1290\mu{g}/g$, Burley>Flue -cured>Native. Fe was 330$\mu{g}/g-590\mu{g}/g$, Burley>Flue -cured>Native. Zn was 500$\mu{g}/g$ -100, Native > Burley>Flue-cured. Na, Ni and Cu showed no difference between the types. The contents of Ha, Mg, Mn, Ni and Cu were reduced in the order of Heavy 5, 3, 1 and increased in the order of Light 1, 3, 5 grades. The correlation coefficient (r) between Mg and grade in Hicks, SC 72 and HC 2326 were 0.770-0.981, and significance level was 0.1 % .

포자형성 세균인 Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus 및 Clostridium perfrigens의 $-18^{\circ}C$동결균체와 우육에 접종한 균체의 감마선 조사에 의한 방사선 감수성을 조사하였다. 동결균체의 $D_{10}과\;12D_{10}$ 값으로 나타낸 방사선 감수성 Bacillus subtilis가 0.29kGy 와 3.48kGy, Bacillus cereus가 0.39kGy와 4.68kGy, Clostridium perfrigens가 0.46kGy와 5.52 kGy를 나타내었으며, 3kGy 와 5kGy에서의 불황성화계수는 6.52~10.34 및 10.87과 17.24였다. 이에 반해 우육에 접종 시킨 균체는 $D_{10}$값이 0.59~0.76kGy, $12D_{10}$값은 7.08~9.12kGy, 불활성화 계수는 3.95~8.47 범위로 동결균체에 비해 방사선 감수성 낮음을 알 수 있다. The effect of gamma irradiation on the survival of spore bacteria was investigated in frozen cells ($-18^{\circ}C$) with 0.1 M phosphate buffer and inoculated cells in beef. In the case of the frozen cells at log phase, the radiation $D_{10}\;and\;12D_{10}$ values were 0.29 kGy and 3.48 kGy in Bacillus subtilis, 0.39 kGy and 4.68 kGy in Bacillus cereus and 0.46 kGy and 5.52 kGy in Clostridium perfrigens. And inactivation factors were 6.52~10.34 and 10.87~17.24 at the dosage of 3 kGy and 5 kGy, respectively. The radiosensitivity of inoculated cells in beef showed the $D_{10}$ value of 0.59~0.76 kGy, the $12D_{10}$ value of 7.08~9.12 kGy, and inactivation factors of 3.95~8.47. The radiosensitivity of the frozen cells was higher than that of inoculated cells in beef.
방사선 조사가 파보바이러스 예방용 IgY를 함유하는 난황분말의 살균과 안정성에 미치는 영향

The gamma irradiation has been used as a method of sterilization which is often needed for long-term storage of various dried-foods by preventing them from decomposition. In present study, we tested the sterilization effects of gamma irradiation on the egg yolk powder containing anti-canine parvovirus yolk antibody (IgY) which can be used for controling canine parvovirus infection. Egg yolk powder was gamma irradiated at various levels (0.08, 0.4, 2, 10 and 50 kGy), stored at 4℃ and 20℃ for 60 days, and measured on sterility and antibody titer. Counting of aerobic bacteria indicated that samples irradiated at 0.4, 2 and 10 kGy were 89-94, 93-99 and 100% sterilized, respectively compared to non- irradiated control. ELISA test showed that gamma irradiation at 2 kGy or less did not make significant influence on antibody titer, whereas irradiation at 10 kGy induced about 15% reduction of antibody titer. Neither bacterial count nor antibody titer was affected by storage temperature after gamma irradiation. Conclusively, the proper level of gamma irradiation was about 2 kGy to achieve maximum sterilization on egg yolk powder without diminishing antibody titer.
