3차원 시선추적에 의한 단거리 유도탄의 지령 유도 및 사격제어

단거리 유도탄의 유도 조종이나 직사화기의 사격제어를 시각 추적 방식으로 처리하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 조준식 대전차 무기 또는 대공 유도 무기에서는 조준기를 통하여 표적과 발사탄을 보면서 조종기로 직접 유도탄을 목표물로 유도하는 방식을 쓰고 있다. 그러나, 본 연구에서는 유도탄을 발사하는 병사가 전차나 항공기와 같은 목표물을 계속 응시하기만 하면, 시각추적 시스템이 병사의 응시점을 추적하여, 목표물로 유도탄을 유도하는 효율적이고 새로운 유도 방식을 고안하였다. 이 방법은 발사기에 설치된 카메라로부터 양안의 응시 방향벡터를 각각 구하고, 두 벡터의 교점으로부터 실시간 3차원 목표점을 산출하여, 발사체를 목표점으로 유도 조종하는 방식이다. 제안된 방식은 단거리 유도 무기뿐 아니라 대공포 등의 직사 화기의 사격제어 장치로도 그대로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this writing is to conduct organic study on the view of painting and works of Ji Unyeong who worked from the end of 19th century to the beginning of 20th century focused on his life and paintings. Ji Unyeong was in the spotlight as a person who played the leading role in introduction of photography in the time of enlightenment, and was a recognized painter of the day who was recommended to the imitation work of king’s portrait in 1900. Although he started to devote himself to painting activities in earnest only after the age of 50, he left many of his paintings to the present through his long life of 84 years of career activities. Ji came from the middle-class family, with his brother Ji Sukyeomg(1855-1935) spotlighted as a person who made important achievement in the history of medicine. Previous studies exist which conclude that his family came from ruined Yangban class, but it could be confirmed through Maecheonyarok of Hwang Hyun that his family came from official translator families. Ji’s ideological genealogy was still not clearly identified but it could be inferred through his social relationship with Yeoheung Min’s family who supported him in his governmental service period and through his rapidly-changing political attitude after Gapsin coup that he might have been influenced by the ideas of Nak Theory scholars such as Yoo Shinhwan with his pen name of Bongsuh. Through Ji’s literary epilogues and literary activities, it was confirmed that ‘I-pin Theory’, Dong Qichang’s painting theory which had great influence at the end of the Joseon Dynasty, ‘Sahyoongeok Theory’ and ‘Sooye Theory’ of Yeohang writers of 19th century continued at that time, significantly influencing the formation of Ji’s painting style. With the banishment following the failure of assassination of Kim Okgyoon becoming the turning point of his life, he started to lead his career of painter in earnest later in his life, but showed well that he led the art circle at that time in his many works of art where he reflected his life while witnessing rapidly-changing trend of art circle of his day, which may be one reason he can be called as one of representative modern painters. In other words, as an intellectual of modern times in the period when tradition was being connected to modern age, and enlightenment to conservatism, Ji Unyeong tried to create modern style of painting by flexibly accommodating new stream of times while following traditional aspects. These efforts of his can be identified in the fact that he made continuous efforts to cultivate his international taste by publishing his painting collection in Shanghai district in the middle period of his painting style and tried to create new painting style through ‘Mi family’s style in landscape’ even in his later life, through which he sufficiently showed the aspects of the art circle in the period of transformation to modern times from the end of Joseon Dynasty.
IDI 압축 착화기관에서 동물성 유지를 이용한 바이오 디젤의 연소 특성 연구

Due to environmental pollution and depletion of fossil fuels, research of eco-friendly energy source that can replace the fossil fuels being actively performed. Although biodiesel by vegetable oil has been produced, the interest in the animal fats is increasing due to the food shortages and rise of grain price. In this study, we have performed for exhaust emission and combustion characteristics of indirect injection (IDI) compression ignition engine by using lard biodiesel 5-30% mixture of diesel at various engine speeds and operational conditions. We have obtained that the results of engine performance operated by lard biodiesel at various engine load and speed was slightly decreased, but brake specific energy consumption (BSEC) at using lard biodiesel below 15% was better than diesel fuels. When the mixing ratio of biodiesel increased, PM was a significantly reduced. However, NOx was a slight increase. Therefore, that the biodiesel of animal fats is available for alternative fuel of diesel engine was confirmed.

In this study, we have performed exhaust emission and combustion characteristics of IDI engine and CRDI engine by using lard biodiesel 5-30% mixture of diesel at various engine speeds and loads. When we measured a PM size, we used FE-SEM We have obtained that the results of engine performance operated by lard biodiesel at various operating conditions. When the mixing ratio of biodiesel increased, PM and CO emission were reduced. And When the mixing ratio of biodiesel increased, PM size decreased. However, NOx increased. Therefore, we confirmed that the biodiesel of animal fats is available as on alternative fuel of diesel engine was confirmed.

According to the investigation for exhaust emission gas in National institute of environmental research, the CO, NOx is more than half in total exhaust emission gas. Especially, Diesel vehicle is regulated EURO 5 and will be apply to EURO 6 in 2014. Thus, researches have been performed to meet the strict emission regulations. We have obtained that the results of engine performance operated by lard biodiesel at various engine load and speed was slightly decreased, but brake specific energy consumption (BSEC) at using animal biodiesel below 15% was better than diesel fuels. When the mixing ratio of biodiesel increased, NOx was a slight increase. But PM and CO was a significantly reduced. Therefore, that the biodiesel of animal fats is available for eco-friendly fuel of diesel engine was confirmed.

본 연구는 범죄인의 재범방지를 통하여 범죄로부터 국민을 보호하기 위해 도입된 전자감독제도의 현황과 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전자감독의 일반적 현황과 대상자의 특정범죄 재범률 및 전자장치의 훼손 실태에 대해 분석하였으며, 그 결과 전자감독제도는 재범의 억제에 효과가 있으나 재범이 발생할 경우 그 위험성이 상승하며, 재범 및 전자장치의 훼손에 의한 사건이 매년 증가하고 있다는 문제점을 확인하였다. 따라서 전자감독제도의 효율적 운영을 위해 자치경찰을 활용한 전담부서를 설치하여 재범 및 훼손사건에 신속히 대응할 수 있도록 하고, 전자발찌의 훼손 등에 대응하기 위해 장비의 내구성을 높이는 한편 훼손에 대한 벌칙의 강화 및 보호수용제도의 도입 필요성을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the current status and problems of the electronic monitoring system introduced to protect the public from crimes through prevention of recidivism of criminals, and to suggest improvement measures. To this end, the general status of electronic monitoring, the recidivism rate of specific crimes, and the damage to electronic devices were analyzed. As a result, it was confirmed that the electronic monitoring system is effective in deterring recidivism, but the risk increases when a recidivism occurs, and the number of cases due to recidivism and damage to electronic devices is increasing every year. Therefore, for the efficient operation of the electronic monitoring system, a complete charge department using the autonomous police is installed to prompt respond to recidivism and damage cases, and to respond to the damage of the electronic anklet, the durability of the equipment is increased, and the The necessity of strengthening penalties and introducing a probation system was suggested.
