본 논문에서는 CMOS 이미지 센서의 웨이퍼 레벨 어셈블리를 위한 스페이스 제작 방법을 설명하였다. 스페이스 제작을 위해서 SU-8, PDMS, Si-interposer를 이용하는 세 가지 방법을 제안하였다. SU-8 스페이스에서는 균일한 두께 특성을 위해서 웨이퍼 회전 장치를 고안했으며, PDMS 스페이스에서는 glass/PDMS/glass 구조의 정렬 접합을 위해서 새로운 접합 방법을 제안하였다. Si-interposer를 이용한 스페이스 제작에서는 DRF을 이용한 접합 조건을 확립하였다. 세 가지의 실험 결과 Si-interposer를 이용한 스페이스 제작 시 glass/스페이스/glass 구조의 접합력이 가장 뛰어났으며, 접합력의 크기는 32.3MPa의 전단응력을 나타내었다. This paper describes the methods of spacer-fabrication for wafer-level CIS(CMOS Image Sensor) assembly. We propose three methods using SU-8, PDMS and Si-interposer for the spacer-fabrication. For SU-8 spacer, novel wafer rotating system is developed and for PDMS(poly-dimethyl siloxane) spacer, new fabrication-method is used to bond with alignment of glass/PDMS/glass structure. And for Si-interposer, DFR(Dry Film Resist) is used as adhesive layer. The spacer using Si-interposer has the strongest bonding strength and the strength is 32.3MPa with shear.

A case of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis in a 46-year-old woman is presented. The patient showed repeatedly developed erythematous, indurated plaque studded with srnall yellowish pustules on flush area of the left cheek with blood eosinophilia and biopsy revealed histopathological findings of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis. The patient responded well to systemic administration of corticosteroid and dapsone.

For CIS package application, this paper reports fabrication-improvements for laminating of DFR as bonding material and effects of this improvements on the structure of glass/Si-interposer/glass. A few jigs and punching machine are used for optimizing DFR-laminating. Each thickness of the fabricated structure of glass/Si-interposer/glass is 500㎛/500㎛/500㎛ and the size of a diced cell is 4.4×4.4㎟.

Povidone-iodine (PVP-I) is a widely used antiseptic for the skin and mucous membrane. It is known that povidone-iodine rarely induce contact sensitization. Recently, we have experienced 2 cases of povidone-iodine contact dermatitis. Standard patch test with PUP-I, PVP and, iodine were performed.

Accessory tragi are rare congenital malformations of the external ear. They are present from birth and appear as solitary or multiple papules located between the pretragal and sternoclavicular regions. Accessory tragi may be multiple but are almost always unilateral and rarely bilateral. We report two cases of bilateral accessory tragus and a typical case of unilat,eral accessory tragus manifesting as skin-colored papules on the preauricular area. Pulse oximetry, which monitors non-invasively the oxygen saturation in blood, is influenced by patient's respiration, movement or a factor of an environment. Specially, it's difficult to measure a PPG (Photoplethsmography) signal from the moving patient because of the motion artifact. Accordingly, it is required to extract the pure PPG signal from the PPG signal to measure oxygen saturation. In this paper, we propose an adaptive noise canceller to improve the performance of motion artifact removal. Then we design a hardware system for real time monitoring of the oxygen saturation. The proposed algorithm estimates the slope of transition rate between two different wavelength signals.

Reactive perforating collagenosis(RPC) is a rare perforating disorder characterized by transepithelial elimination of altered collagen. Two types of RPC occur:inherited and acquired. The acquired type arises during adult life without a familial tendency. It is accompanied by scratching and usually is associated with diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure, lymphoma and AIDS. We report three cases of the acquired form of RPC. Pruritus was the common factor among them. In two patients, chronic renal failure and hyperthyroidism were associated with RPC. Histopathological and ultrastructural findings showed transepithelial elimination of collagen. Control of itching was helpful for clearing the lesions.(Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(1):204∼208)

Diffuse alopecia areata is the least common clinical type of alopecia, and this diffuse form lacks the characteristic hairless patches of alopecia and it begins as diffuse hair loss. Diffuse alopecia areata has been poorly characterized. In 2002, there was a suggestion to define this form of alopecia areata as acute, diffuse and total alopecia of the female scalp (ADTAFS). ADTAFS is characterized by a marked female predominance, tissue eosinophilia and a uniquely short clinical course. We report here on one case of ADTAFS. (Korean J Dermatol 2008;46(10):1407∼1410)
