        The Analysis of Korean Traditional Color of Obangsak through Bibimbob color

        본 연구의 목적은 한국의 전통음식 중의 하나인 비빔밥의 재료들의 색채 범위를 분석하여 메뉴북에 인쇄되어지는 재료별 색채범위를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 과정을 통해 진행하였다. 먼저 한국의 전통음식에 근거한 비빔밥 사진과 레시피를 확정하였으며, 요리 전문 사진가를 통해 메뉴북에 가장 보기 좋게 인쇄되어질 수 있는 촬영 기준을 선정하였고, 위의 환경에서 비빔밥 사진을 촬영하였다. 세부적으로 3회 정도의 사진 촬영을 한 후 가장 좋은 상태의 사진을 선정하여 이 때 각 재료들의 색채 값을 측정하였다. 색채 범위 측정을 위해서 Lab 값과 CMYK 값을 적용하였는데, Lab 값은 밝기, 붉은색, 황색을 측정하는 값으로 육안으로 표현되어지는 색이며, CMYK 값은 메뉴 북에 인쇄되어지는 색의 값을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결과, 육안으로 보여지는 색깔과 메뉴북에 인쇄되어지는 값이 다르게 보여진다는 결과를 보였다. 최적 상태 각 재료별 인쇄 값은 다음과 같다. 청포묵은 C23 M5 Y8 K0였고, 호박은 C75 M24 Y100 K9였으며, 고사리 C64 M55 Y76 K55였다. 콩나물은 C38 M24 Y55 K1였고, 당근은 C12 M75 Y87 K2였으며, 표고버섯은 C45 M37 Y78 K11였다, 시금치는 C82 M44 Y100 K48였으며, 도라지는 C25 M5 Y24 K0였고, 계란은 C26 M19 Y100 K0였으며, 마지막으로 쇠고기는 C66 M5 Y72 K0였다.

        레스토랑 디자인 구성요소가 디자인 수행도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        오늘날 디자인은 사회가 요구하는 다양한 목적을 충족시키고 조정하는 역할을 수행하는 것이며 미래의 가치를 창출하고 새로운 비전을 만들어 가는 것이다. 기업의 궁극적인 목적은 최대의 이윤을 확대하는 것인데 이러한 논리는 제품이미지와 기업이미지가 서로 밀접한 관계를 이루는 것이 효과적인 커뮤니케이션을 위해서 필수적이라는 할 수 있다. 특히 이러한 측면에서 외식산업을 살펴보면 레스토랑을 찾는 사람들이 음식의 질은 말할 것도 없이 분위기에 대한 관심을 높게 갖고 있기 때문에 레스토랑의 분위기 창출을 위한 노력을 소홀하게 다루어서는 안 된다. 브랜드아이덴티티가 없는 레스토랑 즉 창의성 없이 선도업체를 따라가는 레스토랑은 수익성에서 차이가 많을뿐만 아니라 미래가치라는 측면에서 경쟁력을 상실하게 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 한식 레스토랑을 이용한 경험이 있는 고객을 조사대상으로 선정하여 레스토랑 디자인 구성요소의 디자인 수행도를 현황 분석하였다. 이는 레스토랑의 컨셉과 디자인커뮤니케이션 구성요소들의 전체적인 이미지가 어느 정도 조화를 이루고 있는지에 대한 분석으로 레스토랑 디자인 구성요소의 디자인 수행정도에 따라 레스토랑의 브랜드 이미지를 형성하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. The design communication elements, which create the total atmosphere of a restaurant, shall be expressed with consistency. This is one of the scheme which may make a strong impression on customers, and it is aiming at making a differentiation in the brand image by integrating the restaurant atmosphere to be one. This study was designed to analyze the identity of restaurants on the basis of the design communication elements, which create the unified images of restaurants, so that the consistent restaurant image might be built up. The importance of design is getting intensified as much as the design became influential in the whole fields of industry, such as value creation by design and design management. In consideration of these respects, it is assumed that the design marketing may have a great utility in the dining-out market as a whole. So, the exploration research was carried out to apply the concept of design identity to the eating-out marketing.

        록소닌 정 ( 록소프로펜 나타륨 무수물 60mg ) 에 대한 록시펜 정의 생물학적 동등성

        A bioequivalence study of the Loxipen tablets (Dae Wha Pharmaceutical Co., Korea) to the Loxonin tablets (Dong Hwa Pharmaceutical Co., Korea), formulations of sodium loxoprofen anhydrous 60㎎, was conducted. Sixteen healthy Korean male subjects received each formulation at the dose of 60㎎ as sodium loxoprofen anhydrous in a 2×2 crossover study. There was a 2-week washout period between the dose. Plasma concentrations of loxoprofen were monitored by an HPLC method for over a period of 6 h after each administration. AUC (area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to infinity) was calculated by the linear trapezoidal and extrapolation method. C_(max) (maximum plasma drug concentration) and T_(max) (time to reach C_(max)) were compiled from the plasma drug concentration-time data. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that there are no differences in AUC, C_(max) and T_(max) between the formulations. The apparent differences between the formulations in these parameters were all far less than 20% (i.e., 5.88, 7.81 and 6.09% for AUC, C_(max) and T_(max), respectively). Minimum detectable differences (%) at α=0.1 and 1-β=0.8 were all less than 20% difference in these parameters between the formulations were all over 0.8 (i.e., 15.81, 13.13 and 19.85 for AUC, C_(max) and T_(max), respectively). The 90% confidence intervals for these parameters were also within ±20% (i.e., -16.52∼4.77, -16.65∼1.02 and -19.45∼7.28% for AUC, C_(max) and T_(max), respectively). These results satisfy the bioequivalence criteria of the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) guidelines (No. 98-51). Therefore, these results indicate that the 2 formulations of loxoprofen are bioequivalent and, thus, may be prescribed interchangeably.

        한국,중국,일본 음식 컬러 비교 분석에 관한 연구

        ABSTRACT Korea, China and Japan are neighboring countries in the Northeast Asia, having an influence upon a lot of social elements such as politics and culture in the past history, and they have a great number of similarities in the aspect of many social elements. In addition, they have similar natural environment and historically maintain close relations, creating a similar cultural area. This paper is aimed at studying uniqueness of the tradition of Korean food colors, through study on the Korean, Chinese and Japanese food and colors representing one of Asian culture. Currently it is necessary to prepare principal data for expanding food industry and globalizing Korean food. Accordingly, this study is intended to survey the Korean, Chinese and Japanese food colors, having a direct and indirect influence on various fields each other, and analyze color uniqueness and characteristics of each country, before prepare basic data for globalizing Korean food.

        Desulfovibrio Desulfuricans과 제올라이트를 이용한 해양 내의 Zn, As 제거용 미생물 담체 개발

        In this study, we have developed a microbe-carrier that combined Desulfovibrio desulfuricans and zeolite for removal of Zn and As in contaminated seawater. Desulfovibrio desulfuricans, one of the sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) microorganism was exhibited stable growth characteristics in highly salted water and strong resistance to Zn and As contaminated seawater. Moreover, zeolites are one of the most useful carrier to remove heavy metals from wastewaters. The results showed that SRB immobilized zeolite carrier can enhance removal ratio of Zn and As. In addition, heavy metals tended to be better removed in medium at conditions of 37 °C. In case of heavy metal concentration, they were effectively removed ranging from 50 to 100 ppm. These results show that SRB-zeolite carriers hold great potential to remove cationic heavy metal species from industrial wastewater in marine environment.

        대장암에서 Prostaglandin의 역할

        Colon cancer is one of the major leading causes of cancer-related deaths in the Western countries. In Korea, the incidence of colon cancer is increasing due to changes in environment and lifestyle such as diet. Chemoprevention strategy using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) has been under intensive clinical and epidemiological research as these drugs suppress colorectal cancer. The best known targets of NSAIDs are cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which convert arachidonic acid to prostaglandins (PGs) and thromboxane. Among these PGs, prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) can promote tumor growth by binding its receptors and activating signal pathways which control cell proliferation, migration, apoptosis, and angiogenesis. Therefore, COX inhibition is promising approach for chemoprevention of colorectal cancer. However, the prolonged use of COX-2 inhibitors is associated with unacceptable cardiovascular side effects. Thus, new targets involved in PGs metabolism are under investigation. 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase (15-PGDH), a key metabolic enzyme of PGE2, was up-regulated in normal colonic epithelium, but decreased in colon cancer. Recent findings suggest that 15-PGDH is involved in the neoplastic progression of initiated colonic epithelial cells. Also, new players related with PGs metabolism including prostaglandin transporter (PGT) and microsomal prostaglandin E synthase (mPGES) were reported to play a role in colorectal cancer development. This review presents current knowledge about the role of prostaglandins and associated proteins in colorectal cancer development and progression. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2008;51:274-279)

        시니어 브라탑의 사이즈스펙 개발

        노년여성의 연령에 따른 체형특성과 라이프스타일을 고려하여 50대를 중심으로 한 액티브시니어 여성과 60대를 중심으로 한 시니어 여성을 대상으로 브라탑의 사이즈스펙을 개발하고 노년여성을 위한 사이즈 적합성이 높은 브라탑의 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 시니어 집단의 체형차이를 분석한 결과 액티브시니어와 시니어는 20대보다 젖가슴과 배부위가 발달한 땅콩형 체형이며 젖가슴이 처지고 벌어져 있으며, 이는 연령이 높을수록 큰 차이를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 액티브시니어와 시니어는 20대보다 상반신의 자세가 뒤로 젖혀져 있는 체형이나, 시니어는 액티브시니어보다는 상반신이 숙인체형으로 나타나 가령의 영향으로 상반신이 숙여진 체형임을 알 수 있었다. 2. 액티브시니어 브라탑 사이즈는 5% 이상의 다빈도 구간을 기준으로 하였으며, 컵사이즈를 2.5cm로 할 경우 75A, 80A, 80B, 80C, 85A, 85B의 6개 사이즈로 커버율은 52.57%이며, 컵사이즈를 5cm로 할 경우 75A, 75C, 80A, 80C, 85A, 85C, 90A, 90C의 8개 사이즈로 커버율은 84.29%이다. 3.시니어 브라탑 사이즈는 5% 이상의 다빈도 구간을 기준으로 하였으며, 컵사이즈를 2.5cm로 할 경우 75A, 80AA, 80A, 80B, 85A, 85B, 85C, 90A, 90B 의 9개 사이즈로 커버율은 66.19%이며, 컵사이즈를 5cm로 할 경우 75A, 80A, 80C, 85A, 85C, 90A, 90C의 7개 사이즈로 커버율은 79.72%이다. 브라탑의 디자인과 브라탑 컵의 커버력에 따라 각 타깃의 두 종류의 사이즈스펙을 선택하여 적용한다면 생산업체는 보다 적은 종류의 사이즈를 생산하여 재고에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있어 생산효율을 높일 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to present source data for the development of high appropriate-size bra tops for senior women in the manner of developing the size specifications of bra tops for active senior women in their fifties and for older senior women in their sixties in consideration for their different somatotype characteristics and lifestyles depending on age. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. An analysis of differences in their somatotype between the two senior groups shows that active seniors and older seniors have a peanut-shaped somatotype featuring the more developed breasts and abdomen than those of young women in their twenties and also sagging and wide breasts, which are more remarkable with older age. It was found that both active seniors and older seniors had a body shape characterized by the leaning-back bust compared to those in their twenties, however older seniors had the more leaning-forward bust than that of active seniors, which suggests that aging has an effect on such the change in body shape. 2. The sizing of bra tops for active seniors was based on at least 5% of high-frequency interval: if the bra cup size is set to 2.5cm, six sizes including 75A, 80A, 80B, 80C, 85A and 85B lead to 52.57% of coverage rate; and, if the cup size is set to 5cm, eight sizes including 75A, 75C, 80A, 80C, 85A, 85C, 90A and 90C have 84.29% of coverage rate. 3. The sizing of bra tops for older seniors was based on at least of high-frequency interval: if the bra cup size is set to 2.5cm, nine sizes including 75A, 80AA, 80A, 80B, 85A, 85B, 85C, 90A and 90B lead to 66.19% of coverage rate; and, if the cup size is set to 5cm, seven sizes including 75A, 80A, 80C, 85A, 85C, 90A and 90C have 79.72% of coverage rate. Based upon the results above, it is concluded that if the two types of size specifications are selectively applied to target users according to the designs and cup coverage of bra tops, the manufacturers will improve their production efficiency by producing less different sizes of bra tops and thus lowering inventory burdens.

        남성 정장 재킷의 대량맞춤생산을 위한 체형 분류 방법

        Background/Objectives: The purpose of present study is to develop a new body shape classification method, that can be used for the mass customization of men’s formal jackets, using variables measured on the men’s flattened body surfaces. Methods: Male participants in their 20s-50s were extracted from the 5th Size Korea database. The body surfaces were flattened into three-panels according to the conventional structure of men’s formal jackets. Variables were measured on the flattened panels, and those were inputted into the PCA. K-means clustering was conducted to categorize the flattened figure types. A logistic regression model was established to predict the body surface types. Results: 152 individuals were extracted for the body surface flattening. The 3D meshes were formed on the body surfaces, and those were flattened using distortion minimizing algorithm. Seventeen angles and two size differences were measured on the flattened figures, and five factors were extracted by the PCA. Five flattened figure types were extracted through k-means clustering: “normal”, “sway-back”, “bend-forward” “lean-back-b” and “lean-back-I”. The correspondence between the logistic regression model and K-means clustering was 90.79%. Conclusion/Implications: The classification method developed in the present study enable the quick and convenient decision of apparel customer's body shape type. It is optimized for mass customization of men's jackets because the variables were measured by converting the body surface into a jacket pattern structure.

      • 업종별 메뉴의 색채배색에 관한 연구

        Food plays a central role in determining taste based on colors of primary vision before perceiving real taste. By associating images of tastes through colors, such colors serve as the determinants of choosing food, while, most consumers would enjoy a more sensory preferable food, by applying food colors and, using colors good enough for taste. Thus, the research thesis was aimed at making an analysis on each color combination of food menus, developing products or menus, and design of food, to enhance the food delivery industry. The result indicated that preferred colors of each food were mainly consisted of pale white with black food, under the influence of health-oriented consumer patterns, while, the color combination frequency of each field took on the most similar form.
