        대학생의 암에 대한 지식, 태도 및 예방적 건강행위의 관계

        Purpose: The study was to identify the relationships between levels of knowledge, attitude and preventive health behavior about cancer in university students. Methods: The data were analyzed with the SPSS/Win 18.0 program. The participants of this study were 200 university students. Three kinds of instruments were used for this study, questionnaires about cancer-related knowledge, attitude and preventive health behavior from Suh et al. (1998). Results: The mean score for knowledge about cancer was 14.33±5.32, the mean score of attitude toward cancer was 31.76±3.75 and the mean score of preventive behavior for cancer was 57.20±8.48. There was slightly positive correlation between knowledge of cancer and attitude toward cancer. There was positive correlation between the attitude toward cancer and preventive health behavior for cancer. Conclusion: It is necessary to consider the related factors for the development and implementation of systematic education programs that can encourage and promote preventive health behavior for cancer among university students.

        남자간호사의 직업이미지에 관한 주관성 연구

        본 연구는 남자간호사의 직업이미지에 관한 주관성을 탐색하고 유형화하며 각 유형에 따른 남자간호사의 직업이미지 향상을 위한 방안을 모색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 인간의 주관성 연구에 적합한 Q 방법론을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 P 표본으로 선정된 남자간호사 35명에게 최종 도출된 37개의 Q표본을 9점 척도 상에 강제 분포하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PQMethod program에 의한 주성분요인분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 남자간호사의 직업이미지에 관한 주관성은 4개로 유형화되었으며 ‘자부심이 높은 양성평등적 사고형’, ‘이상과 현실 사이의 갈등형’, ‘직업적 시선을 가진 발전지향형’, ‘낮은 만족도를 가진 이직의도형’으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서는 남자간호사들의 직업적 정체성을 확인하고 연구결과에서 나타난 다양한 남자간호사의 직업이미지에 관한 주관성 유형에 따라 남자간호사들의 직업에 관한 인식이 개선될 수 있는 전략을 논의하였다. Purpose: This study was conducted to explore and classify the types of the subjectivity on the job image of male nurses using Q methodology. Methods: 37 Q statements were selected as the Q sample through literature review and interview. Q sorting was conducted by 35 people who are hospital male nurses or have been before as P sample. The collected data was analyzed using PQMethod program. Results: Four distinctive types of the occupation image about male nurses were identified: Type Ⅰwas ``Gender equality thinking type with great pride``. TypeⅡ was ``Conflict type between the ideal and the real``. Type Ⅲ was ``Development orientation type looking at nursing as just a job``. Type Ⅳ was ````Turnover intension type with dissatisfaction``. Conclusion: This result will be contribute to find the identification of male nurses and provide the strategies for improving the job image of male nurses.

        유방암 환자의 의료인 관련 불친절 경험

        Purpose: This phenomenological study aimed to identify breast cancer patients’ experience of unkindness of healthcare providers. Methods: Ten participants who were diagnosed with breast cancer were recruited to participate in the study and asked to share their experience related to healthcare providers. Data were analyzed using the phenomenological method of Colaizzi. In-depth interviews were conducted from November, 2014 to March, 2015. Results: Seven consistent categories and fourteen theme clusters emerged from collected data. The seven themes were ‘being treated thoughtlessly’, ‘not giving special services for breast cancer patients’, ‘cold and authoritative manner’, ‘incomplete explanation‘, ‘not accepting an appeal’, ‘being sorry for having short consultation hours’, and ‘unskilled and careless treatment’. Conclusions: It is needed to develop health care services in the view of beneficiaries. This may reduce the patients’ experience of unkindness of the healthcare providers and improve the satisfaction of health care service.

        재가노인의 지각된 건강상태, 자아존중감, 삶의 질이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 재가노인의 지각된 건강상태, 자아존중감, 삶의 질이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었 다. 연구방법은 G시 3곳의 노인대학을 다니는 노인 269명을 대상으로 한 횡단적 서술적 조사연구로, 2014년 3월 23일부터 2014년 4월 15일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 통계방법은 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램으로 t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계분 석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 연구대상자들의 생활만족도에 대한 평균점수는 27.05점 이었고, 연구대상자 들의 자아존중감은 생활만족도와 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(r=.676, p<.001), 지각된 건강상태(r=-.602, p<.001)와 삶의 질(r=-.536, p<.001)과는 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구대상자의 생 활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 다중 회귀분석한 결과, 지각된 건강상태, 자아존중감, 삶의 질이 생활만족도에 영향을 미치 는 요인으로 설명력은 59.3%로 나타났다. 이상의 본 연구 결과를 토대로 지각된 건강상태, 자아존중감, 삶의 질이 생활만족도 에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 지역사회 재가노인의 지각된 건강상태를 긍정적으로, 자아존중감과 삶의 질을 증가시켜 생활만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. This study was to examine the effect of perceived health status, self-esteem and quality of life on life satisfaction of community dwelling elders school participants. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with a survey of 269 older people in person 3 senior center welfare at G City. The data were analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The mean score of the was life satisfaction 27.05±6.63. Life satisfaction was had a positive correlation with self-esteem (r=.676 p<.001) and a negative correlation with perceived health status(r=-.6.02, p<.001) and quality of life(r=-.536, p<.001). The result of the regression indicated that perceived health status, self-esteem, quality of life explained 59.3% of variance in life satisfaction. The result suggest that it is necessary to develop strategies to promote life satisfaction for community dwelling elders to improve life satisfaction.

        일선간호관리자의 간호단위 관리 경험

        Purpose: This study aimed to explore the nursing unit management experience of frontline nurse managers using the phenomenological research method. Method: Data was gathered using in-depth interviews from 11 participants between July 2017 to December 2019, and analyzed using Colaizzi’s phenomenological approach. The main question was, “What is your experience of nursing unit management as a frontline nurse manager?”. Results: In this study, 5 themes and 14 themes clusters were derived. The 5 themes were ‘Object of condemnation from many parties involved’, ‘Constant struggle to lower nursing staff turnover’, ‘Serve as an intermediary between active staff’, ‘Creating a workplace troubleshooting and work flow system’, and ‘Bearing fruits after overcoming difficulties’ Conclusion: Based on our findings, frontline nurse managers are focused on human resource management and coordination. A comprehensive understanding of the experiences of frontline nurse managers could provide effective education and strategic proposals for administrative and individual support.
