전이 췌장암 환자의 Gemcitabine과 방암탕 가감방 및 건칠단 병용투여 치험 1례

Objectives: This study was aimed to report a patient with metastatic pancreatic cancer treated with modified Bangam-tang and Gunchil-dan in conjunction with gemcitabine. There were better survival-related outcomes compared to gemcitabine alone. Methods: The patient with metastatic pancreatic cancer received gemcitabine as palliative chemotherapy since June 2016 concurrent with modified Bangam-tang and Gunchil-dan since October 2016 to October 2017. To evaluate the effect of treatment, tumor markers (carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)), Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1, and overall survival were checked. Adverse events were evaluated according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) version 5.0. Results: After 12 months with the combination treatment, levels of CA19-9 were decreased from 8747 to 265.7 ng/ml and CEA from 42.2 to 6.5 U/ml. Clinical partial response state was shown until May 2, 2017 and stable disease state was maintained from August 4, 2017. In March 2018, the patient got an operation including pancreatectomy and diagnosed with no evidence of disease state in September, 2018. In conclusion, it showed the overall survival of 29 months from June, 2016 to November, 2018. Serious adverse events were not identified. Conclusions: This study suggested that combined treatment with modified Bangam-tang and Gunchil-dan may show better outcome in patient with metastatic pancreatic cancer than gemcitabine alone.

항암화학요법 유발 말초신경병증에 대한 한약의 치료 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타 분석

Objective: This study was aimed to report the therapeutic effects of herbal medicine on chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Methods: The prior studies were searched from the databases included PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, CNKi, CiNii, KISS, NDSL, KMBASE, and OASIS until September 2020. The main search keywords were chemotherapy, peripheral neuropathy, and herbal medicine, and only randomized controlled trials that analyzed the therapeutic efficacy of herbal medicine were included. The Cochrane's Risk of Bias was used for assessment of the risk of bias and the Review Manager 5.3 program was used for meta-analysis. Meta-analyses were grouped by the administration routes of herbal medicines (oral administration or topical use). Results: Nine studies with a total of 563 participants were included. Compared with usual care, the effective rate was higher in oral administrated herbal medicine (RR 1.67, 95% CI 1.25 to 2.23; p<0.001, I2=31%). In addition, topical herbal medicine showed an significantly higher effective rate than placebo (RR 2.20, 95% CI 1.52 to 3.18; p<0.001, I2=0%) and usual care (RR 2.24, 95% CI 1.74 to 2.89; p<0.001, I2=66%). There was no severe adverse effect in all participants. Conclusions: Herbal medicine appears to improve neuropathy caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients more than conventional therapy of CIPN. However, as there is heterogeneity between the included studies and a lack of blinding, further well-designed researches are more needed.

겹치기 마찰교반접합 된 Al6061/HT590 합금의 기계적 특성 평가

This study was carried out to evaluate mechanical properties of the jointed Al6061/HT590 alloys by friction stir welding (FSW). FSW was conducted under the conditions with tool rotating speed of 500 RPM and traveling speed of 300 mm/min., where Ar gas was introduced to prevent the materials from corrosion during the welding process. Electron back-scattering diffraction (EBSD) was used to characterize microstructures such as grain size, misorientation angle and crystal orientation. Evolution of intermetallic compounds in Al6061 during the process were examined in terms of morphology, size and aspect ratio at three distinct zones Al base material, heat affected zone and stir zone, where transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used. It was revealed that FSW gave rise to refinement of grains as well as growth of intermetallic compounds in Al6061. The morphological changes of intermetallic compounds exerted an influence on mechanical properties, resulting in occurrence of fracture in the part of the base material instead of the jointed parts (heat affected zone and stir zone). This study systematically evaluated the microstructural evolutions during the FSW for joining Al6061 with HT590 and their effect on mechanical properties.

마찰접합 된 A6063 합금의 미세조직과 기계적 특성 평가

This study was carried out to evaluate the developed microstructures and mechanical properties of friction welded A6063 alloy. For this work, specimens were prepared at a size of 12 mm ${\O}{\times}80mm$, and friction welding was carried out at a rotation speed of 2,000 RPM, friction pressure of $12kgf/cm^2$ and upset pressure of $25kgf/cm^2$. To perform an analysis of the grain boundary characteristic distributions, such as the grain size, orientation and misorientation angle distributions, the electron back-scattering diffraction method was used. In addition, in order to identify the dispersed intermetallic compounds of the base and welded materials, transmission electron microscopy was used. The experimental results found that the application of friction welding on A6063 led to significant grain refinement of the welded zone relative to that of the base material. Besides this, intermetallic compounds such as AlMnSi and $Al_2Cu$ were found to be dispersed with more refined size relative to that of the base material. This formation retains the mechanical properties of the welds, which results in the fracture aspect at the base material zone. Therefore, based on the developed microstructures and mechanical properties, the application of friction welding on A6063 could be used to obtain a sound weld zone.

청소년이 지각한 사회적 자본이 유데모니아에 미치는 영향: 인권의식을 매개로

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of human rights consciousness on the relationship between social capital and eudaimonia perceived by adolescents. Methods: The participants of this study were 9,021 adolescents, with data taken from the 6^th year(2018) panel survey. All variables were evaluated by self-report of adolescents. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results: First, social capital perceived by adolescents had a direct effect on eudaimonia. Second, social capital perceived by adolescents had an indirect effect on the eudaimonia through human rights consciousness. Conclusions: This study highlighted that human rights consciousness was identified as important mediator in the relationship between capital perceived by adolescents and eudaimonia. These results can be used as an important contribution to further research and educational practices for promoting the eudaimonia in adolescents.

첫 자녀 출산 예정인 예비부모를 위한 부모존경-자녀존중 예비부모교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 검증

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to develop the Respected Parents & Respected Children program for first-time expectant parents, and to investigate the effectiveness of the program. Methods: The program aims to help participants adjust to the transition to parenthood. The weekly program, composed of three phases - introduction, development, and closing - consists of a total of six two-hour sessions. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, a pretest-posttest control group design was used. The participants in this study were 78 first-time expectant parents in Seoul, Gyeonggi province, and Daegu Metropolitan City. Sixteen couples were assigned to an intervention group and 23 to a control group. The data were analyzed by independent two-sample t -tests and repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS 21.0. Results: The couples in the intervention group showed positive changes in parenting beliefs, as well as increases in life satisfaction and marital intimacy as compared to those in the control group. Regarding the changing patterns, life satisfaction and marital intimacy increased in the intervention group, but decreased in the control group. In addition, child-centered views in the intervention group were little changed, while those in the control group were weakened. Parenting beliefs became more personality centric in the intervention group and more intellect centric in the control group. Stress during pregnancy was decreased in both groups. Conclusions: This study confirmed the effectiveness of the program and emphasized the need for preventive intervention for first-time expectant parents.

This thesis aims to examine the narration strategy of <Legender>, a TV animation produced in Japan and now showing in Korea. In case of Japanese animation occupying over 70% of world market, possession of fictional narrative in cultural industry strategy of one-source multi-use encroaches upon actual lives such as costumes, character toys and games simultaneously. Frequent contact of goods related to narrative in daily life makes Korean children and adolescents fascinated to TV narration more effectively and strongly."Tarispod"in <A Legend of Dragon, Legender> is the medium that connects the past with present and the world of imagination with that of the reality. In the mean time, real items of"Tarispod"that can be directly purchased and touched is used as a narration strategy of absorbing into narrative, making users confused of reality and fiction. In addition, by shoring the sex discriminative narration strategy that emphasizes sexuality of female characters, motherhood myth, dichotomous sex role of private area and public areas as well as human superiority and capitalism cheerfully and brightly, it leads young viewers to follow in the fixed idea of patriarchic ideology unconsciously. That is, <A Legend of Dragon, Legender> excludes the dream and reality of girls but disseminate eager for forceful power and pleasure of sexual image, targeting only boys.

미용학과 졸업생의 전공에 따른 전공만족도 조사

This study is aimed at using results of a survey on beauty art department graduates` satisfaction with curriculum and educational environment as basic data for finding improvements of beauty art education. A survey was conducted about 350 men and women in their 20s-40s living in the Metropolitan areas from June 21 to July 30 last year. A total of 350 copies of questionnaire were distributed and 325 copies out of recovered 340 copies, excluding 15 copies containing unfaithful or omitted answers. were used for analyses as follows. First, a frequency analysis and a crosstabulation analysis were conducted to know demographical features of the respondents according to their majors. Second, an independent samples t-test was executed to know satisfaction of beauty art department graduates with their major. Following are results of a survey on beauty art department graduates` satisfaction with their major, curriculum and educational environment. According to results of an analysis of characteristics of students who chose the beauty art department, up to 182 of the respondents, or 56.0%, first learned about beauty art at professional private institutes and there were significant statistical differences following their majors (p<.01). To a question asking the biggest reason for choosing beauty art as their major, 149 of the respondents, or 45.8%, said that beauty art was suitable for their aptitude and there were significant statistical differences following their majors (p<.01). About curriculum, the highest ratio of the respondents were satisfied with improvement of theoretical knowledge after completing the courses (M=3.55) and there were significant statistical differences following their majors (p<.05). About the educational environment, the highest ratio of the respondents were satisfied with the overall educational subjects (M=3.05) and there were significant statistical differences following their majors (p<.01).

일본 소매전력 자유화와 시민사회의 대응

2016년 4월부터 소매전력의 전면 자유화가 실시되면서 일본 시민들은 전력회사와 전기 공급을 직접 선택하게 되었다. 시민들은 일상적으로 ‘전기요금 비교 사이트’를 검색하거나, 가스나 스마트폰, 인터넷 등 다양한 전기요금과 ‘결합상품 할인’ 등을 참고하고 있다. 소매전력의 전면 자유화 이후 시민들은 전기요금의 가격 인하를 기대함과 동시에, 가능하다면 재생 가능 에너지를 선택하고 있다. 이 연구는 전력산업의 다변화라는 관점에서 일본 경제산업성(METI)이 주도하는 전력 자유화를 둘러싼 정책 변화와 관련된 논점들로서 경쟁과 규제, 전기요금, 탈원전 등에 주목했다. 이러한 변화는 전후부터 최근까지 지역 발송전 독점형태로 운영되어왔던 일본 전기사업의 시장이 개방되는 것을 의미한다. 그러나 전력 자유화 이후 2018년 홋카이도 정전사태는 전력의존적 사회의 모습을 드러냈고, 2021년 겨울 일본 전력시장에서 일본도매전력거래소(JEPX)의 거래 가격은 사상 최고치 기록하기도 했다. 이 연구에서는 일본 시민들이 일상생활에서 접하고 있는 전력 자유화의 가능성과 한계를 고찰하고 간략한 함의도 제시해 보았다. The Japanese government began the full liberalization of retail electricity markets in April 2016. Citizens could choose their own electricity supply. Japanese citizens routinely search “Compare cheap energy prices and suppliers sites” or referring to “bundle discounts” that combine various services such as gas, smartphones, and the internet with electricity bills. After the full liberalization of retail power, people are expecting to cut the price of electricity bills and, if possible, choose renewable energy. This study has considered the issues such as competition and regulation, electric charges, nuclear phase-out of policy change surrounding electric power liberalization led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in the perspective of diversification of the electric power industry. These changes mean market liberalization for the electricity business, which had been operated the decades-long monopoly of Japan’s regional power companies from postwar Japan until recently. After liberalization of electricity industry, Hokkaido blackout in 2018 revealed dangers of electricity-dependent society, the power prices (baseload) surged in Japan Electric Power Exchange (JEPX) in winter season 2021. It means power liberalization does not only mean a price cut. While this study examined the possibility and limits of liberalization of power that Japanese citizens encounter in everyday life, it also briefly presented implications.
