센서네트워크에서 시그니처 기반 데이터 집계를 이용한 이동객체 트래킹 기법

현재, 센서네트워크 기술을 이용한 많은 응용들이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 많은 응용 가운데 이동객체 트래킹 기법은 중요한 이슈 중에 하나이다. 그러나 현재 이에 대한 연구는 많은 연구가 이루어지지 않은 상태이며, 존재하는 연구는 다음과 같은 2가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 이동객체의 트래킹을 위해 반복적으로 센서노드를 방문해야하는 오버헤드가 발생한다. 둘째, 여러 이동객체를 동시에 지원하지 못한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 시그니처 기반의 효율적인 데이터 집계를 이용한 이동객체 트래킹 기법(SigMO-TRK)을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 첫째, 공간 필터링 방법을 이용하여 효과적으로 이동객체들의 궤적을 집계하기 위한 지역적 라우팅 계층트리를 구성한다. 둘째, 시그니처를 사용하여 효율적으로 모든 이동객체들의 궤적에 대한 트래킹을 수행한다. 또한, SigMO-TRK를 확장하여 주어진 질의에 대한 이동객체의 유사궤적을 검색한다. 마지막으로, TOSSIM 시뮬레이터를 사용하여 제안하는 이동객체 트래킹 기법이 기존의 트래킹 기법보다 에너지 효율성 측면에서 우수함을 보인다. Currently, there are many applications being developed based on sensor network technology. A tracking method for moving objects in sensor network is one of the main issue of this field. There is a little research on this issue, but most of the existing work has two problems. The first problem is a communication overhead for visiting sensor nodes many times to track a moving object. The second problem is an disability for dealing with many moving objects at a time. To resolve the problems, we, in this paper, propose a signature-based tracking method using efficient data aggregation for moving objects, called SigMO-TRK. For this, we first design a local routing hierarchy tree to aggregate moving objects' trajectories efficiently by using a space filtering technique. Secondly, we do the tracking of all trajectories of moving objects by using signature in a efficient way, our approach generates signatures to method. In addition, by extending the SigMO-TRK, we can retrieve the similar trajectories of moving objects for given a query. Finally, by using the TOSSIM simulator, we show that our signature-based tracking method outperforms the existing tracking method in terms of energy efficiency.

United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC) is one of the international environmental convention with the goal of stabilizing Greenhouse Gas(GHG) concent in the atmosphere and preventing potentially dangerous change in the earth's climate. The purpose of this convention is to reduce fossil fuel consumption and to prevent GHG emission. The Republic of Korea was one of the Annex-II parties submitted its national communication to the UNFCCC. As a developing county, there is no GHG emission reduction commitments made by South Korea during first commitment period(2008~2012). On the contrary, South Korea' status as an OECD member, joining in 1996, ranks 6th in GHG emission. Furthermore the rate of increase of GHG is first among OECD countries in year 2005. As a result, Korea will probably be incorporated into Annex-I in second commitment period (after 2013). So, Korea government established and announced Voluntary GHG Reduction scheme to reduce emissions of 4%(accounting for 30% reduction base on Business As Usual) from the 2005 level by the year 2020 for mitigation of reduction duty impact. In specific case of Korea, transportation section occupied almost 21% of total energy consumption and nearly 17% of total GHG emission at 2005, so systematic emission management is required. To do so, in this research, we focus on systematic way of GHG management system to handle GHG reduction duties in Railroad section.

This paper describes determination of optimal lubricant quantity for driving gear unit. The purpose of selecting optimal lubricant quantity is to evaluate durability of driving gear unit. Lubricant quantity of driving gear unit is important factor affecting durability. The determination methode of lubricant quantity evaluation is used calculation necessary lubricant quantity first, then selection of optimal oil quantity as a base for moving of oil temperature according to changing oil quantity.

Along with response of the Climactic Change Convention the government is demanding a measuring and reporting system for green-house gas emission and energy consumption on the railroad sector in order to make a transition to a low carbon green railroad system. According to the plans to electric railway line and increase the number of electric rolling stock the electric consumption is increasing more than the consumption of diesel. Therefore the development of monitoring device for green-house gases became important issue. In this study we developed a prototype of the monitoring system for estimating electric consumption. This study is expected to make accurate GHG emission inventory and be used to have confidence of emission factor.

In this thesis I tried to research a motion and time study in mixing and pressing operation of a manufacture in Korea. On this thesis I would like to summarize as follows: (1) The motion and time study have been found as an important element, also in the under-development of industrial management in our country, therefore we are in a position to suggest several important policies for the improvement to the management, according to the research of this kind. (2) A general, instead of partial, observation is needed in order to determine the base time of the operation in this kind of enterprise. The general observation is an average of the observations on every specific time-usually one hour-through all operating time in a whole day. (3) The base time of the pressing operation was observed as follows: the average one: 5.69 second the longest one:6.28 second the shortest one: 4.53 second (cf. table 27) (4) The average allowance percentage of the pressing operation was observed as follows: Job allowance: 18.5% Personal allowance: 1.0% Fatigue allowance: 5.7% Process allowance: 26.1% Total allowance: 51.3% The longest one was 84.5% and the shortest was 40.0% in total allowance percentage. (cf. Table 128) (5) Both the base time and the allowance percentage of the operation in night time was a little longer than in day time operation.(cf. Table 17. 18. 19. 139. 141. 142) (6) If the incentive wage plan will be adopted, and the operation will be improved by determining the standard time and the task according to this time study, the products will not be decreased even though the labour time would be shortened to a certain extent, and therefore they will able to promote the operation and good effects to both of employee and employer.

The Climate Change has been emerged as one of the most important social and economic issues and is affecting our daily life. The Post-Kyoto Protocol aims to reduce GHG(Greenhouse Gas) emission and mitigate climate change. Under this protocol, developed countries which are classified as Annex I implements programmes and strategies confronting against the climate change. South Korea has set voluntary GHG reduction goal of 30% reduction compared to BAU(Business As Usual) in 2020 and prepares National GHG inventory system and Negotiated Agreements(NA) with industries. It will affect seriously to industry and transport sector and its obligation to reduce GHG emission will be strengthened gradually. Therefore, there will be large impact on industry structure. In Korea, various strategies against climate change are being prepared as researches of development of GHG emission reduction technologies and integrated GHG emission management system in transport sector. In this study, strategy on climate change in transport sector is proposed by being based on developed countries’ respond to climate change in transport sector.

when electric traction system used DC 1500V runs on decline of rail road track and slows down, dc voltage goes beyond regular voltage. In this case extra power is forcibly wasted by resister because rectifier of substation and electric train including power converter and so on are out of order. This paper described a DC electric railway system, which can generate the excessive DC power form DC bus line to AC source in substation for traction system. The purpose of this study was the development of the regenerative inverter system which suppress extra DC-line voltage and regenerate the energy instead of using a resister. That is Developed regenerative inverter system returns the regenerative energy from the DC line voltage to the utility. In addition, the inverter can be compensate the harmonics caused by the power conversion devices used in the DC traction system.

Using a LCA method is authorized as one internationally as one kind of decision factor to accomplish the target of sustainable development and environment policies. It is quick development scientifically and intentionally fair standard of assessment method for pursuing environmental friendly in environment regulation policy. This paper deals with the study trend of practical application of LCA by reviewing of the domestic and abroad.
