인체적혈구막(人體赤血球膜) 안정화(安定化)에 미치는 인지질(燐脂質)의 영향(影響)

Phospholipids were examined for their capacity to protect human erythrocytes against hemolysis induced by hypotonic solution, p-hydroxymercuribenzoate or hematin. The following results were obtained. 1. Phosphatidyl choline, lysophosphatidyl choline and phophatidyl ethanoleamine as well as chlorpromazine prevented the osmotic hemolysis of human erythrocytes which occurred due to water influx into erythrocytes from medium, but showed no effect on hematin-induced hemolysis which occurred without the volume change of erythrocytes. 2. Human erythrocytes were found to be most sensitive to the antihemolytic action of phospholipids among mammalian erythrocytes from sheep, rabbit, rat and mouse. 3. Phospholipids at the concentrations showing their strong antihemolytic effect on human erythrocytes against osmotic hemolysis had no influence on methylene blue uptake and volume change of erythrocytes in hypotonic solution. 4. Phospholipids increased erythrocyte deformability 2 to 3 times over control group and there was aclose relationship between their antihemolytic action and increase of deformability as a function of their concentrations. 5. The phospholipids increased the resistance to osmotic hemolysis of human erythrocytes by increasing membrane elasticity through their incorporation into lipid bilayer without altering glucose metabolism and water influx to erythrocytes.

A magnetic cataclysmic variable has a rotating magnetic white dwarf which accretes matter from its late type companion. Kim & Beuermann (1995) presented a phenomenological model of the accretion from its surrounding structure e.g., a disk into the magnetosphere of the white dwarf, and presented results for the spin modulated X-ray spectrum and light curves. Using this model, we calculate the optical continuum and line emission which result from reprocessing of X-rays in the accretion stream within the magnetosphere. Penning (1985) suggested the observed spin-modulated radial-velocity variations might result from reprocession of X-rays in the disk. We, however, find the radiation can be originated from the magnetosphere accretion stream. We use the same geometrical model to calculate the optical and the X-ray behaviour. The results from the two wavelength bands are internally consistent. We conclude that this approach will increase the diagnostic accuracies of the results.

이 글은 <최척전>과 <김영철전>에 나타난 전란 체험을 살펴보는 데 일차적 목표를 둔다. 이어서 동시대 전란을 다룬 두 작품에서 동아시아 3국이 겪는 다문화 양상을 고찰해 보고자 한다. 먼저 <최척전>에서는 주인공들의 전란 체험이 문학적 환상성과 적절하게 교구(交構)되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 전란 체험이 문학적 환상성과 결합됨으로 인해 전란의 참상은 일시적으로만 나타난다. 그 외의 인물 서사는 초현실적 환상성과 결합되어서 전란의 아픔 이후에 겪는 가족 간의 재회와 아픔의 치유에 무게감이 놓인다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 이에 비해 <김영철전>에서는 작품의 서두에서부터 결말 부분까지 김영철과 같은 민중들이 겪는 전란의 참상이 사실적으로 그려져 있다. 여기에는 그 어떤 초현실성의 개입이 없이, 매우 사실적으로 당대 사회를 그려내고 있다. 다문화적 성격에 있어서도 두 작품은 차이를 보인다. <최척전>의 경우에는 조선인, 후금으로 귀화한 조선인, 명나라 장수 여유문, 명나라 상인 주우, 왜병 돈우, 조선인 포로 옥영, 명나라 사람으로서 조선인과 결혼한 홍도, 명나라 탈영병 진위경 등은 서로 적대적이지 않다. 이들은 국적도 다르고 살아온 문화도 다르지만, 모두가 하나같이 생존네트워크를 형성한 다문화양상을 보인다. 이에 비해 <김영철전>에서는 이러한 생존네트워크에 의한 다문화적 결합정도는 매우 미약하다. <김영철전> 속 인물들은 서로의 목적을 위해 잠시 서로를 받아들이고 이용할 뿐이다. 그 목적성이 다하면 이들은 과감하게 서로를 버린다. 특히 주인공 김영철에게 있어서 후금의 처자식과 명나라 등주 처자식은 끝까지 이방인으로 존재할 뿐이다. 그는 오로지 고향으로 돌아갈 생각밖에 없다. 이런 점에서 <김영철전>에 나타난 다문화는 국적과 문화의 이질성이 강하게 나타난다는 특징이 있다. <김영철전>에는 <최척전>과 같은 공존의 다문화는 나타나지 않는다. This study aims to research the war experience in 〈Choichuk-Jeon〉 and 〈Kimyoungchul-Jeon〉. Also, the multiple culture feature of three East Asian countries was examined through two works including the contemporary war. First, the hero’s war experience connects to the literary fantasy in 〈Choichuk-Jeon〉. The horrors of war appear temporarily because the war experience combined to literary fantasy. Other character narration connects with supernatural fantasy that family’s reunion after suffering war and the cure of it were highlighted. In comparison, the horror of war that people like Kim-youngchul suffered was portrayed realistically from the beginning of the work to the end of it in 〈Kimyoungchul-Jeon〉. the horrors of war were described without the surreality’s intervention. There is a difference of multiple cultural feature between two works. Characters don’t have antagonistic relations in 〈Choichuk-Jeon〉: the Joseon people, the Houjin people from Joseon, Yeoyumun from Ming, the merchant Ju from Ming, the prisoner Okyoung from Joseon, Hongdo from Ming who married a Joseon people, the runaway soldier Jinwikyoung from Ming are not hostile. They have different nationality and different culture but they have the same multiple cultural feature for the survival network. On the other hand, the multiple cultural union for the survival network is very weak in 〈Kimyoungchul-Jeon〉. Characters accept each other for purpose and use their relations. They break the relations when the purpose of union disappears. The hero, Kimyoungchul considers his wife and children from Houjin and Ming as strangers to the end. He only wishes he could go back to his hometown. In this reason, the multiple culture has strong difference between nationality and culture. 〈Kimyoungchul-Jeon〉 does not have the coexistence of multiple culture like 〈ChoiChuk-Jeon〉.
