Reclamation area has a characteristic nature surroundings than a town-region or a inland area. It has a adverse conditions; low temperature, gale, much sunshine, moistured salt; at climate than inland area. In case propelling development with examining enough topography and climate characteristics of Water Front, climatic environment would grow worth. And it would lead to a rise of energy and maintenance expenses by calculating inaccurate capacity of installed equipments and by occurrence of defects of equipments. I looked into the whether state and drew up the Standard Whether Date of the harbor area in Busan which is reclaiming and developing now. In this research at the base of the Standard Whether Date, I will calculate the load of facilities for commerce, business and residence and then I utilize the results of the load calculation as basic information to determine facility capacity in the rear city of the new harbor area.

The pipes used in buildings are generally categorized into metallic or plastic materials. Metal pipes, such as copper and stainless steel pipes, are mainly used for water and hot water supply, and for the heating system. However, plastic pipes made of polyethylene and cross-linked polyethylene are used for floor heating, water drainage, and air vent systems. Usually, plastic pipes have thermal demerits, such as high linear expansion coefficients and bending phenomenon by hot water, although the pipes have several merits of light weight, low price, low thermal conductivity, and the comparatively high workability of metal pipes. Therefore, if those kind of demerits are overcome, plastic pipes can be easily accepted for hot water systems. This research is aimed to evaluate the applicability for vertical heating pipes of a plastic pipe system consisting of electric fusion fitting of a conductive carbon compound and propylene random glass fiber pipe, through measurement of the expansion rate and leakage in summer and winter seasons, in the apartment construction field.

This study is to propose a prototype model of an energy-efficient apartment building and to predict how much energy it can save. The case study used as a baseline is ‘Namyang-ju Byeol-rae Apartment complex’ that consumes 22.5% less energy than normal apartments. In order to develop a more energy-efficient apartment compared to the baseline, ‘Sustainable Housing Construction Standards and Performance’ is used as a reference guideline. To meet the requirements indicated in the guideline, building energy saving ratios, thermal insulation performance of building envelope sand applicability of renewable energy are examined. The most energy-efficient alternative is chosen as a prototype model and it results in about 40% energy saving compared to normal apartments.

This study developed a KRESS program designed to find the optimization ratio for new and renewable energy systems and analyze the effects of building energy consumption characteristics on the ratio. In spite of clear differences in predicted energy consumption and energy consumption by the loads among 18 facilities, the current formula for obligatory supply ratios applies a correction coefficient according to the building purposes based on energy consumption per each unit area in medical facilities and thus reflects no energy consumption characteristics according to the building purposes. The optimization ratio for new and renewable energy systems was the same for all facilities when the correction coefficients by the building purposes and new and renewable energy sources were all applied. When the correction coefficients were not applied, however, the optimization ratio varied according to building energy consumption characteristics. The findings raise a need to test the correction coefficients in order to select new and renewable energy systems that take into account energy consumption characteristics by the building purposes and loads and reflect economy, environmental performance, and technology.

On this study, final object is selecting a friendly environment facility system and establishing a accurate energy supply and demand program in grasp of climate characteristic on reclaiming and developing in Busan Newport Area. So we drew up it based on AWS(Automatic Weather System) measure data and standard climate data in Busan Newport Area.
