To maintain design-knowledge database and manage configuration for requirement of performance test and safety standard of High Speed Railroad , It is established that managment system of performance test and safety standard and then constructed that design-knowledge database and documented a performance test and safety specification for supporting performance test and safety system using computer-aided tool.
상관도를 갖는 Nakagami 페이딩 전송로에서의 방송통신융합시스템의 용량

본 논문에서는 방송통신 융합시스템의 일환으로 기존에 구축되어 있는 방송 또는 통신망과 같은 back-bone 네트워크를 이용한 부가 서비스 시스템의 개념과 모델을 제시한다. 이를 위해 부가 정보가 무선 페이딩채널을 통하 여 얼마만큼의 신뢰성 있는 정보를 전송할 수 있는지를 알아보기 위해 채널용량 수식을 근사화 하여 유도한다. 유도 된 수식으로부터 채널 및 시스템 변수의 변화에 따른 채널용량의 변화를 확인한다. In this paper, we propose a concept and model of an additional service system as a kind of convergence system of broadcast and telecommunication. The proposed system use existing back-bone network such as broadcasting or communication networks. For this, we derive channel capacity formula as an approximated closed-form expression in order to show how many reliable additional data can be transmitted through wireless fading channel. From the derived formula, we confirm that the channel capacity is varied according to channel and system parameters.

Generally, a system or service is verified by requirements if it has met them in transforming customer requirements into a system or service. But as the national research and development projects to develope safety systems or standards or process in railway system domain, it can be quite limiting that the product or systems verification process presented the international or industrial standards to be applied. This paper has analyzed and made up for the general verification process and persented the effective and efficient verification process about safety system, safety standard, process, and safety documents and the methods to manage the outcomes of verification process.
