국민참여재판에서의 검사와 변호인의 태도에 대한 일반인들의 인식

There is qualitative and quantitative differences in training and education for prosecutors and defense lawyers who participate in citizen participation trials. It seems that prosecutors receive systematic training and education in order to persuade jurors as well as up-to-date information about citizen participation trials is provided in compare to defense lawyers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the difference in perceptions of prosecutors and lawyers in Korean citizen participation trials. In order to examine the difference, the questionnaire was distributed to shadow jurors and trial audiences from citizen participation trials in Central District Court of Seoul. The questionnaire measured a number of general perceptions in trial preparations and tactics. The study results suggested that perceptions of prosecutors were more positive than the perceptions of lawyers in general. Limitations of the study and future research directions were also discussed.

칼슘, 무기질, 비타민 등이 풍부해 대표적인 쌈채소인 잎들깨는 최근 항산화 효과가 높은 로즈마린산이 많이 함유되어 있는 것이 알려지면서 일본 등으로 수출이 확대되고 있으며, 연중 고품질 생산을 위한 양액시설재배가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 양액의 조성 및 배지 등 잎들깨의 양액재배를 위한 재배법이 확립되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 잎들깨의 재배에 적합한 양액조성과 배지를 선발하기 위해 H1, H2 양액을 사용하여 잎들깨의 품질 및 병해충 발생양상을 조사하였다. 그 결과 H1 양액을 사용한 경우 정식 후 8주까지 생육 초기에 H2 양액을 사용한 것과 비교해 줄기 두께 경우및 잎의 생체중과 건물중에서 차이가 있었다. 줄기두께의 경우 H1은 7.0~7.6mm 인데 반해 H2는 5.8~6.7mm였다. 생체중과 건물중의 경우 H1은 각각 잎당 1.7~2.0g, 0.4~0.9g 이었으며, H2는 1.5~1.8g, 0.65~0.99였다. 토경시설재배 잎들깨와 품질 및 생산량을 비교한 결과 토경 및 양액 재배간 차이가 없었다. 병해충 발생의 경우 1월에서 5월까지는 발생되지 않다가 6월부터 노균병과 응애들이 관찰되어 재배 시기에 따른 발생이 확인되었다. 그러나 응애의 경우 주요 전염원이 작업자이고 실제 조사결과 응애 발생지에서 작업하던 작업자가 여러 농가를 방문 작업하는 것이 확인되어, 작업자의 위생관리에 따른 영향도 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서 외부작업자를 사용하는 경우 철저한 위생관리가 필요할 것으로 생각되었다.

사회복지 공무원을 위한 사회복지가치 교육프로그램 개발 연구

본 연구는 신규 사회복지 공무원과 배치전환 공무원의 복지가치 함양을 위한 교육프로그램 개발을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 현재 근무중인 사회복지 공무원의 복지마인드, 복지가치에 대한 인식 수준을 확인하고, 전문가 및 현업 공무원 인터뷰를 통하여 교육 필요점을 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 복지가치 교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교육 내용은 사회복지 가치의 세 가지 요소를 직접적으로 공유하고 현업에서의 실 사례 등을 함께 생각해보며 중요성을 인식할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 둘째, 교육 방법은 토론 및 발표를 통해 서로의 의견을 공유하고 피드백을 주는 활동으로 구성하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하였다. 사회복지 공무원이 기본적으로 가져야 할 복지가치가 내면화할 수 있는 교육프로그램을 신규직부터 직급별에 맞춰 체계적으로 개발하여 교육할 필요가 있다. This study was conducted to develop the educational program for enhancing newly hired social welfare and reshuffled officials’ welfare value. To this end, it verified social welfare officials’ perceptions on welfare mind and value, and drew educational necessity through interviews with professionals and incumbent officials, and thus developed the educational program of welfare value. The findings can be summarized: First, educational contents were designed for them to directly share three factors in social welfare value and also think examples observed in the field. Second, the educational method was organized to share opinions each other through discussions and presentations and provide feedbacks. From the findings, the following suggestion can be found. It is necessary to systematically develop and implement the educational program adjusted for each position from the lowest to the highest, in order for social welfare officials to internalize the fundamental welfare value that they should have.
