한국인 임신성 고혈압과 angiotensinogen 및 angiotensin - converting - enzyme 유전자 다형성의 연관성에 관한 연구

N/A Objective : Previous studies have suggested an association of pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) with several genes involved in cardiovascular control. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the association between PIH and angiotensinogen(AGT) M235T gene and also to study the association between PIH and angiotensin-converting- enzyme(ACE). Methods : DNA was extracted from whole blood, cheek swabs, and blood spot cards of 39 PIH patients and 54 controls. Controls consisted of women who had undergone at least two term pregnancies unaffected by PIH. All samples were genotyped for all the polymorphism using PCR of known alleic variants. Results were ananlyzed with a χ2 contingency table. Results : Four of 13 women with mild PIH(30.8%) and thirteen of 26 women with severe PIH(50.0%) were heterozygous for AGT M235T mutation compared with 26 of 54 controls(48.1%). Two of 13 women with mild PIH(15.4%) and two of 26 women with severe PIH(7.7%) were homozygous for AGT M235T mutation compared with 10 of 54 controls(18.6%). Six of 7 women with mild PIH(85.7%) and ten of 21 women with severe PIH(47.6%) were ID type for ACE gene compared with 31 of 56 controls(55.4%). One of 7 women with mild PIH(14.3%) and seven of 21 women with severe PIH(33.4%) were DD type for ACE gene compared with 15 of 56 controls(26.7%). There was no significance between mild, severe PIH patients and controls for AGT M235T mutation and ACE gene polymorphism. Conclusion : In Korean population, AGT M235T mutation and ACE gene are not associated with an increased risk for PIH.
임실군 보건의료원의 갱년기장애 극복 프로그램에 참여한 갱년기장애 여성의 치료 결과 분석

Objectives: This study has been conducted on public health purposes for people with Menopausal disorders in rural areas. Methods: From February, 2017 to June, 2017, we performed the Korean Medicine in the “Menopausal Disorder Overcoming Program" conducted by the department of Health service, Imsil-Gun bogun Hospital. Menopausal women who participated were treated with acupuncture, moxibustion, Jaeumganghwa-tang for 20 weeks. Of the 34 patients, 16 patients were excluded due to absence of treatment at least once. And 18 treatment outcomes were analyzed. Results: The KI results showed that the average score decreased in 7 out of 11 questions after treatment. The results of BDI, the mean scores of the 17 questions except the 4 questions of the 21 questions after the treatment decreased. 12, 16, and BDI total score were statistically significantly reduced before and after treatment. Conclusions: The results of the Korean Medicine treatment seemed to be effective in alleviating facial flushing, insomnia, depressive symptoms and other symptoms in menopausal disorders.
건국대학교 Ludwieg Tube 개념 설계에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 실기체 환경 모사(고도 모사)가 가능한 극초음속 Ludwieg tube 개념설계 도구를 개발하고, 전산유체해석을 통해 Ludwieg tube 개념설계 도구의 성능을 검증하였다. 극초음속 Ludwieg tube 개념설계 도구를 개발하기 위해 Ludwieg tube의 작동원리를 연구하였고, 도구를 활용하여 목표 성능을 만족하기 위한 Ludwieg tube의 제원을 결정하였다. 마하수 4에서 10의 유동을 모사할 수 있고, 특히 마하수 4 유동은 고도 모사가 가능하다. A preliminary design tool of a hypersonic Ludwieg tube facility which simulates realflight environment was developed and its performance was verified by CFD(Computation Fluid Dynamics) calculations. The operating theory of Ludwieg tube was studied to develop the preliminary design tool. Using the preliminary design tool, Ludwieg tube specifications were determined to satisfy target performance. The Ludwieg tube which produces high speed flows(the Mach number ranging 4 to 10) was designed. Especially altitude simulation at Mach 4 flow could be performed.
고고도/실기체 환경 모사를 위한 건국대 초음속 풍동 가열 시스템 성능 개선

초음속 비행체 개발의 필요성이 증가됨에 따라 저고도에서부터 고고도까지 다양한 고공환경을 비행하는 비행체의 공력특성 데이터 확보가 요구되고 있다. 기존의 건국대학교 불어내기식 초음속 풍동(MAF)의 유동가열장치를 개선하여 고고도/실기체 환경 모사가 가능하도록 장비를 구축하였다. 본 장비를 활용하여 유도무기체계 및 초음속 비행체 선두부에 발생하는 유동과 그에 따른 온도 분포 및 속도 분포에 관하여 연구할 예정에 있다. As the necessity of development of supersonic vehicle increases, securing an aerodynamic data from low to high altitude is requested for flying vehicles crusing in various high-tech environment. Therefore our research team built equipment by improving heating device of Model Aerodynamic Facility(MAF) of Konkuk University to simualte a real gas environment. Guided weapon system and temperature and velocity distribution according to the flow that is produced from the pier of supersonic vehicle is planned to be researched by using this equipment.
