시계열 예측의 변형된 ENSEMBLE ALGORITHM

신경망은 전통적인 시계열 기법들에 비해 대체적으로 예측성능의 우수함이 입증되었으나 계절성과 추세성을 갖는 시계열자료에 대해 예측력이 떨어지는 단점을 가지고 있다. 최근에는 Ensemble 기법인 Bagging Algorithm과 신경망의 혼합모형인 Bagging Neural Network이 개밭되었다. 이 기법은 분산과 편향을 많이 줄여줌으로써 더 좋은 예측을 할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 Ensemble 기법을 이용한 예측모형은 시계열자료를 적합 시키는데 있어 초기부여확률 및 예측자 선정시의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 더불어 예측력을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로 초기부여확률이 균일분포가 아닌 순차적인 형태의 분포를 제시하고 신경망을 예측자로 활용한 변형된 Ensemble Algorithm을 제안한다. 또한 예측모형의 평가를 위해 실제자료를 가지고 기존 예측모형들과 제안한 방법을 이용하여 예측하고 각 MSE의 비교를 통하여 예측정확도를 알아보고자 한다. Neural network is one of the most notable technique. It usually provides more powerful forecasting models than the traditional time series techniques. Employing the Ensemble technique in forecasting model, one should provide a initial distribution. Usually the uniform distribution is assumed so that the initialization is noninformative. However, it would be expected a sequential informative initialization based on data rather than the uniform initialization gives further reduction in forecasting error. In this note, a modified Ensemble algorithm using sequential initial probability is developed. The sequential distribution is designed to have much weight on the recent data.

통계학만 전공해도 취업이 잘 되고 생활이 보장될 수 있다는 긍지를 가질 수 있도록 통계에 대한 인식제고 및 사회적 대우를 고양할 수 있는 방안이 강구되어야 한다. 지방자치제 운영에 대비하여 지역통계발전에 대한 대비책을 마련하여 지역특성에 적합한 표본설계를 함으로써 조사통계의 활성화를 기하도록 해야 한다. 양질 통계만이 생산될 수 있도록 통계작성자에 대한 자격부여제도를 법적으로 마련할 수 있도록 연구하여 실행토록 해야 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to estimate the relation between the housing price and the macroeconomic variables by using the time series analysis. The macroeconomic variables consist of GNI, consumer price index, the price of stock, M3, and the rate of corporate bond, the area of building permit. Cross-correlation analysis, Granger-Causality test, cointegratiom-test, and VECM were employed as the analysis methods. Data from the first quarter of 1987 to the fourth quarter of 2005 in Korea are used in this analysis. The emprical results shows that the rate of corporate bonds and the area of building permit and cousumer price index have an effect on the housing price. But the stock price index and GNI were of little significant. But it is clear that the housing price is most affected by itself. 본 연구의 목적은 시계열 분석을 이용하여 주택가격과 거시경제 변수간의 관계를 추정하기 위한 것이다. 거시경제 변수는 GNI, 소비자 물가지수, 회사채 수익률, M3, 건축허가 면적, 주가지수로 구성되었다. 본 연구에서 이용한 분석방법은 교차상관분석, 그랜져 인과관계 검정, 공적분검정, 벡터오차수정모형이다. 자료는 한국의 1987년 1분기에서 2005년 4분기까지 자료를 이용하였다. 분석결과 회사채수익률과 건축허가면적이 주택가격에 영향을 미치고 GNI, 주가지수는 영향력이 작은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 주택가격의 변동은 주택가격 자체의 변화로 설명되는 부분이 크다는 것을 규명하였다.

create the value-added in the field of the shipbuilding, we have to vitalize the marine equipment industry. However the competitiveness is inclined to its outward than inward in the field of the shipbuilding in our country. Especially the field of the marine equipment industry needs to acquire the competitiveness as soon as possible in comparison with an advanced country. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the marine equipment, the present situation of the marine equipment industry, the present situation of the demand-supply, the localization of the marine equipment, so that it can raise the competitiveness of the marine equipment industry. Based on this paper, it is the purpose of this paper to derive the alternative for acquiring the competitiveness. This paper is trying to find the way to progress the marine equipment industry and suggest well-founded data for acquiring the competitiveness. 조선분야의 부가가치 창출은 조선기자재 산업 활성화에 있다. 하지만 우리나라 조선 분야 경쟁력은 내실보다는 외형에 치우치고 있는 것이 현실이다. 특히 조선기자재 분야는 선진국과 비교했을 때 빠른 시간 내에 경쟁력을 확보해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 조선기자재 산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 조선기자재 특성, 조선기자재 산업 현황, 수요공급현황, 국산화 현황 등을 분석하고 이를 근거로 조선기자재 산업의 경쟁력 확보방안을 도출하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구를 토대로 조선기자재 산업 발전방향을 모색하고 더불어 경쟁력 확보에 필요한 근거 자료를 제공하고자 한다.
