As customer’s interest in scalp care is on rise lately, the specialty of the scalp care tends to cometo the front. Apart from the management heavily sided with hair-styling, the scalp care system is needed for the special service area to expand the customers of the scalp care treatment. Through the recognition survey of inner staffto activate scalp care and expand the customers of scalp care treatment, what the important factors that the workers responsible for scalp care treatment is to be identified whereby it aims to increase beauty shop’s revenue and enhance customer loyalty with continued scalp care by suggesting improvement method of scalp care treatment and at the same time by activating scalp care service.

In our rapidly changing society, demands of customers have also become diversified and individualistic. To what extent their demands are satisfied has become the deciding factor of companies’ success. As the role of service workers who interact directly with customers become larger, providing differentiated services and goods tailored to different types of customers, which are designed according to customers’ personality, behavior, attitude, and so on, has become necessary. In this study, through the social styles proposed by David Merrill and Roger Reid, various personality types were understood, and the effects customer-type-based services have on customer satisfaction levels were investigated through a lot of literature. In the future, empirical research on service tailored to different personality types in terms of customer behaviors is needed, and the results should be utilized as basic data for beauty service education so that customer-tailored service can be aimed for through the understanding of different types of customers.

The compressor is used for many fields not only in the industrial sector, but also as a general household product. The energy consumption required for the compressor operation is very large. The reciprocation compressor is widely used as an air compressor. Regarding the reciprocating air compressor, the discharge of the gas compacted by the method of compressing the gas by using the oscillation of the piston is generated by the piston reciprocation 1 church 1 number. When compressing after compressing the air by the oscillation of the piston, the marine reciprocating air compressor is the vibration generated in the compressor and surrounding structure due to the energy of the generated inertia. If the effect of these harmful elements can be reduced, it supports the service of the vessel. In addition, accidents generated by the noise of the vibration can be prevented. Therefore, in this research, firstly, the structural analysis of the piston part was performed, the safety factor in all results was drawn based upon this, and the reliability of the interpretation was examined in order to create the optimal design for the air compressor.

As customer`s interest in scalp care is on rise lately, the scalp care treatments show to be increasing not only at beauty shops but also various places such as scalp care center, hospitals and clinics and skin care shops. In the meantime, since the beauty shops do much more on hair-styling and service scalp care service as one of options, they showed the limitation to fail to satisfy the customers enough who want scalp care and have beginning alopecia and the specialty in scalp care of beauty shops became an issue. Therefore, the needs for scalp care as a special service in order to expand the customers with scalp care treatment of beauty shops. To do so, in addition to the recognition survey of the workers for scalp care factors, there is believed to be scalp care avoidance factors recognized by the workers, which led the expansion of scalp care customers to a failure despite of continued education and system at the beauty shop. the problem recognition at the workers avoidance factor of scalp care customers indicated work force lack. The worker`s recognition and the status of the scalp care are to be identified, whereby the purpose of the study was to increase revenue of the beauty shop from continued scalp care and enhance the customer loyalty by making scalp care service active with development of beauty shop`s differentiated care programs and various care manuals so as to meet customer needs as well as to suggest improvement methods of scalp care treatment.

전기 아이론 웨이브 시술온도에 따른 S-웨이브 유지시간, 모발의 물리적 성상과 형태학적 변화

Recently, electronic waving iron is often applied for elegant S-wave formation and hair straight because of easy and simply using procedure. So that, in this study, the S-wave maintenance time, change of the physical properties and morphology in hair were investigated after treatment of the waving iron at 140oC, 160oC and 180oC. The results showed that the elastic S-wave was formed at 160oC and 180oC. Swave became loose quickly in the one hour (11.3~19.5%) to 6 hours (36.5~38.2%), and became loose very slowly from after 12 hours (40.4~41.2%) until 48 hours (48.2~50.1%), and the speed of becoming loose was the lowest at 160oC. The thickness of hair was decreased 12.9% at 140oC, 13.7% at 160oC, and 14.7% at 180oC. The tensile strength was reduced by 14.8% at 140oC, 17.2% at 160oC, 20.1% at 180oC, compared to the tensile strength before the waving iron. The change in the physical properties was the most noticeable at 180oC, which was found to show the most serious damage to hairs. After the waving iron, the thickness of cuticles became thinner as the waving iron temperature higher. And the waving iron at 160oC showed lower damage in observing hair thickness, tensile strength and the thickness and shape of hair cuticles. It is concluded that the desirable maintenance time for elastic S-wave is one hour to 6 hours after waving iron. And the optimum temperature to show natural and glamourous wave and give less damage to hair is at 160oC.

Cystein 처리 후 산화제 반응시간이 컬형성과 컬유지력에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was evaluated the formation and sustainability of curl and hair damage minimization during the permanent waving. So that, sodium bromate and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant have been treated with cysteine on normal hair for 5-, 10-, 15- and 20- minutes and then the wave form, physicochemical properties and morphological change have been observed. As the results, optimal reaction time of oxidants has been confirmed as 20-minutes application of sodium bromate and 10-minutes application of hydrogen peroxide. When comparing two oxidants, hydrogen peroxide was excellent in formation rate of wave and sodium bromate was superb in curl sustainability. Considering the decrease in hair thickness was lower in sodium bromate than in hydrogen peroxide but was same in both 10-minutes treatment of sodium bromate and 20-minutes treatment of hydrogen peroxide. In addition, tensile strength was higher in treatment of hydrogen peroxide. When it comes to morphological observation of hair cuticle, hair damage turned out to be low because hydrogen peroxide with strong oxidizing capacity reacts to hair for a very short period of time. Therefore, it is considered that sodium bromate should be used to preserve elastic S-curl for a long time and to reduce the perm frequency and hydrogen peroxide should be treated to curtail the time required in permanent waving and to minimize hair damage.

The National Hairstyling Competition improves the quality of hairstyles and encourages the participants to create creative hairstyles in terms of style and color. They need to come up with a high level of hairstyles with creativity and strenuous efforts. Thanks to these efforts, they can build and accumulate new skills. In most previous studies, review of the National Hairstyling Competition and comparison and analysis of certain topics were major concerns. Hence, the general analysis of each event and hairstyling has been relatively poor. Therefore, this study has attempted to analyze hairstyles, focusing on systematic hairstyling events based on previous studies. According to the study, beautiful, gentle, and feminine aspects were emphasized in hairstyling events. In addition, modern, creative, bold, and formative aspects were commonly observed. In terms of color, contrast, or natural beauty of gradation was detected. It is expected that this study will set the direction for the development of hairstyling events in the National Hairstyling Competition, make more hairdressers become interested in the competition, and lead a new trend in various sectors by improving the quality of hairstyling.

은과 아연을 코팅한 실리카입자의 항균과 화장품 방부효과

Silver and zinc ion coated silica (ACTOSIL) was synthesized for using a preservative of cosmetics and personal care product. Synthesized ACTOSIL has 0.12 μm of particle size (D50). To evaluate the antimicrobial activity of ACTOSIL, MIC tests were performed against various microorganisms. The MIC values of ACTOSIL against various bacteria and fungi were from 12.5 to 100 ppm and from 100 to 500 ppm respectively. Challenge test were conducted to test the antimicrobial effect of ACTOSIL on various types of cosmetics. At the concentration of 200 ppm, ACTOSIL meets the recommendation of CTFA microbiological guideline. Furthermore, the result of MTT assay with ACTOSIL showed low cell cytotoxicity. ACTOSIL can be used as a safe preservative for cosmetics and personal care products.

18세기 후반부와 19세기 초의 프랑스 문학의 중요한 큰 흐름은 감수성의 진화와 자연관의 변화라 할 수 있다. 자연이라는 대상을 새롭게 맞이하여 시각적으로 재발견하였고 또한 감정에 의해 새롭게 보게 되었던 것이다. 그리하여 자연의 객관적 묘사 대신에 감성이 개입되고 또한 자아가 투영된 자연의 주관적 발견은 자아의 해방과 개인적 감정의 표출의 표현인 낭만주의 문학으로 이어지게 된다. 여기에 인간존재의 심층에서 울려 나오는 본능의 순수한 소리에 귀기울이며 문명에 때묻지 않은 ‘자연에의 복귀’ 를 주장한 루소 Jean-Jacques Rousseau에게서 우리는 낭만주의 문학의 선구자의 모습을 발견하게 된다. 심정과 원초적 순수에 대한 깊은 향수를 담아낸 그의 문학은, 새로운 감수성을 표현하였고 자연을 작품 속에 처음으로 진지하게 끌어들이면서, 프랑스 전기 낭만주의의 본질적인 여러 면모를 보여주며 낭만주의 문학을 꽃피우는데 가장 중요한 영향을 미쳤다.
