본 연구의 목적은 한국형 도형심리유형 검사를 통한 성격 유형을 알아보고, 그 성격을 통해 긍정적 자기이해를 하고, 자기계발을 통한 타인과의 대인관계에서 어떻게 접목할 수 있는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 또한 타고난 기질 성격을 경영에 어떻게 접목 할 수 있으며, 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있는지에 대해 알아보고, 경영분야에서 효율적 인적 자원관리를 할 수 있는 방안을 탐색하고자 한다. 인간의 다양한 성격유형은 경영성과에 그리고 리더십 발휘를 통한 긍정적 반응을 볼 수 있다. 검사 도구를 통한 구성원들의 성향을 정확하게 분석할 수 있으며 이렇게 분석화 된 성격을 통해 경영학에서 인적 자원 관리를 잘 할 수 있는지에 대해서도 알 수 있다. 다양한 영역에서 인간의 내면의 깊이까지도 탐색할 수 있는 역동적인 프로그램인 한국형 도형심리유형 검사를 통하여 인간의 다양한 행동의 원인을 찾아 낼 수 있다면 그들의 행동을 예측하는 것뿐만 아니라 그들의 행동을 긍정적인 방향으로 안내할 수 있는 강력한 도구가 될 수 있을 것이다. 이에 한국형 도형심리유형을 통하여 경영조직에서 구성원들의 성향을 정확하게 분석할 수 있으며 이는 경영학의 본질인 최대의 성과를 내는데 가장 중요한 자원인 사람을 조직화하는데 가장 큰 역할을 하게 될 것이다. 경영학내에서 인사조직, 마케팅 분야에서 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 이 중 내부고객인 종업원 다루는 인사조직영역 내에서 접목 할 수 있을 것이다. 한국형 도형심리유형 검사를 리더십과의 관련성 연구에 중심을 두었다. The objective of this study was to discuss how one can understand his/her personality characteristic through the graphic type test, how to apply geometric psychology to business administration, and how to utilize each person’s personality characteristic in enhancing the organization’s managerial performance and apply it to interpersonal relationships with others. A person’s inborn temperament and personality characteristic and various resultant behaviors can be scrutinized more deeply through geometric psychology, which is a dynamic program that allows in‐depth exploration not only of the outside but also the inside of a person. If we can find the causes of various human behaviors through geometric psychology, it can be a powerful tool for predicting people’s behaviors and for guiding their behaviors in a positive direction. Through the graphic type test, therefore, we can analyze accurately the personality characteristic of the members of a business organization and this will make a great contribution to the organization and management of human resource, the most important resource in maximizing the outcomes of business activities pursued by business administration. Considering that the essence of geometric psychology is exploring and understanding people, it may be applicable in areas dealing with humans within the discipline of business administration such as personnel and organization, management, marketing, and education and counseling. Most of all, it can be introduced to the area of personnel and organization related to employees who are internal customers. Accordingly, this study adopted an approach from the perspective of personnel and organization, particularly focusing on the relationship between personality and leadership.
