        요추 전만 각도와 요통 경향성의 상관관계에 대한 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between lumbar lordotic angle and low back pain patterns. Methods: We randomly selected the 1191 patients (595 males, 596 females) who have visited Bu-Chun Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine with low back pain. We have taken lumbar x-ray films and measured their lumbar lordotic angle, the angle formed between L1 superior margin and S1 superior margin. We investigated 1191 patients' low back pain patterns(date of occurence, existence of radiating pain, trend of increasing pain with lumbar extention and flexion, trend of increasing pain with standing and sitting positions) and analysed the relationship between lumbar lordotic angle and low back pain patterns. Results: 1. The lumbar lordotic angle of the acute phase patient is more straight than the chronic one. 2. The lumbar lordotic angle of the patients with radiating pain is more straight than the patients without radiating pain. 3. At acute phase, the lumbar lordotic angle of the patients with increasing pain from lumbar extention is more straight than those with increasing pain from lumbar flexion. 4. At chronic phase, the lumbar lordotic angle of the patients with increasing pain from lumbar flexion is more straight than those with increasing pain from lumbar extention. Conclusions: There was a significant correlation between lumbar lordotic angle and low back pain.

        연소합성법으로 제작한 ZnGa<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 나노형광체의 광학적 특성

        $ZnGa_2O_4$ powder were prepared by combustion method and $Mn^{2+}$ ions, a green luminescence activator, and $Cr^{3+}$ ions, a red luminescence activator were separately doped into $ZnGa_2O_4$. The characteristics of the synthesized nano powder were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and photoluminescence (PL). The various $ZnGa_2O_4$ peaks, with the (311) main peak, appeared at all sintering temperature XRD patterns. The PL specctrums of $ZnGa_2O_4$ powder showed main peak of 425 nm, and maximum intensity at the sintering temperature of $1200^{\circ}C$. SEM images shown that nano sized particles(about 200 nm) were of spherical shape. The characteristics of $ZnGa_2O_4$ containing 0.004 mol $Mn^{2+}$(505 nm, green) and $ZnGa_2O_4$ containg 0.002 mol $Cr^{3+}$ (696 nm, red) were shown to be the best.

        모의비행훈련장치 제도 개선방안 연구

        As the domestic aviation industry develops, demand for pilots is increasing. As a result, the demand for flight training using flight simulation training devices that implement the same or similar interior of aircraft is also increasing. Despite this increase in demand, domestic laws, regulations and management systems related to flight simulation training devices have remained unchanged since 2009. As a result, the criteria for designation of new or developed flight simulation training devices are ambiguous. In addition, proper improvement of the current system should be prioritized for designation of new devices such as UAM and VR, along with developing flight simulation training devices. It is intended to present measures to improve the domestic flight simulation training system by investigating and analyzing advanced cases overseas.

        제자리 비행 조건에서 쿼드로터의 감쇠 테이프를 이용한 수동적 진동 제어 설계 방법 연구

        본 논문에서는 쿼드로터형 드론의 제자리 비행 상태에서 제어부에 전달되는 수직 방향 진동을 저감하기 위한 수동적 진동 제어 방법에 따른 설계 방법을 제시하였다. 쿼드로터형 드론의 진동 해석을 위해 유한요소 기반 이산화 모델 및 번지 케이블을 이용한 지상진동시험 모사 모델을 구축하였다. 제자리 비행 상태에서의 하중을 부여하여 동특성 평가 및 공진 회피 설계를 위한 모드 해석을 수행하여 결과를 분석하였으며, 강제진동응답해석을 수행하여 제자리 비행 상태의 운용주파수 범위 내에서의 정상상태응답을 도출하였다. 또한 감쇠 재료의 유무에 따른 진동 저감 효과를 비교하기 위해 동일한 조건내에서 제어부에 전달되는 진동을 유발할 수 있는 위치에 점성 감쇠 테이프를 적용하여 이에 따른 정상상태응답을 도출하고 감쇠 재료를 적용하였을 경우의 진동 저감 효과 및 부착 위치에 따른 진동 저감 효과를 평가하였다. This paper presents a design approach for passive vibration control to reduce vertical vibrations transmitted to the control unit during hovering flight of a quadrotor drone. Ground vibration test simulation based on finite element model was performed for forced vibration analysis of the quadrotor drone. First, modal analysis was performed to evaluate dynamic characteristics. Forced vibration response analysis was then performed to obtain the steady-state response within the operating frequency range under the hovering flight condition. Furthermore, to obtain the vibration reduction effect, a viscous damping tape was applied at positions that could induce vibrations transmitted to the control unit under the same conditions. Such a passive vibration control approach was investigated. Relevant vibration reduction effect was assessed with respect to the application of damping materials and the attachment position.

        김승옥 시나리오의 현대적 이미지 연구 : 현대적 공간의 시각적 이미지화를 중심으로

        영화 시나리오는 영화의 영상을 구상화한다는 점에서 시나리오 내에 형상화된 영상이미지를 시지각 양상에서 고찰하는 데에 적합한 텍스트가 된다. 서양은 세계관과 기술의 상호소통 과정을 거쳐 새로운 영상적 시지각을 형성한 반면, 한국은 인식론적 배경이 미흡한 상태에서 영상기술의 영향을 받은 경향이 짙다. 이는 1970년대의 김승옥 각색 시나리오에서 작가가 포착한 현대적 감수성이 이미지적인 상상력을 통해 만들어진 형상화와도 관련된다. 본고에 선별된 작품들은 현대도시인인 청년들의 욕망과 좌절의식을 현대적 도시 공간에 대한 영상 이미지를 통해 보여준다. 이 영상 이미지들은 현대도시 안 주체의 문제를 제기하지만, 작품들의 낭만적인 서사전개와 결말로 인해 관객대중들에게 현대적 주체에 대한 고찰의 기회를 직접적으로 제공하는 데에는 긍정적이지 못하다. 이와 같은 양상은 김승옥 시나리오의 현대 도시 공간에 대한 이미지들이 부조리에 대한 관객대중들의 인식을 고정화하며, 이미지를 다양성으로서 재생산하는 데에 기여하지 못했다는 추론을 가능케 한다. 이는 김승옥의 의도와 상관없이 그의 각색 시나리오에 시각의 헤게모니가 은밀하게 작동하고 있었음을 알려준다. 주체가 단일한 시선이 아닌 다양성을 내재한 시선으로 세계와 만날 때 현대성과 주체의 문제는 좀더 적극적인 해결방안을 모색할 수 있을 것이다. This study explores the general contour of the so-called archetype story and totemism related to indigenous people in Siberia. The focal point of this study, the archetype story, has been considered the original source in contemporary industry of culture contents, in which a culture usually reproduces as a product, not as common knowledge. Generally speaking, Siberian people have thousands of their own archetype story. Due to some obstacles such as instable geographical reasons, weather conditions, and other language barrier, the archetype story could be able to be kept even now a days. More importantly, this archetype story provides not only a nexus between Korean cultures, but a clear clue for the understanding of whole-scale archetype story. Needless to say, Siberian archetype story is closely related to totemism. Totemism, which had been submerged into the creation myth and other myth of a foundation of a certain nation, has passed down to the next generation. For this right reason, an analysis of totemism plays a key role in the study of whole-scale archetype story. On the other hand, in totem myth of South Siberia, there are three plots: plot of animal-ancestor, plot of activity of animal as creator, and national heroic plot. The object of this cult is mainly devoted to bear and eagle, ancestor, and Shaman’s helper, supernatural beings.

        요추 전만 각도 및 요추 추간판 각도와 요추 척추관 협착증의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        ObjectivesThe purpose of this study is to find out clinical and radiological correlation be-tween lumbar lordotic angle, lumbar intervertebral disc angle and lumbar spinal stenosis.MethodsTotal 250 patients` who had visited Bu-Chun Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine lumbar lordotic angle, intervertebral disc angle of L4/5 and dural sac dimension of L4/5 were measured by X-ray and MRI films. We analysed correlation between lumbar lor-dotic angle, intervertebral disc angle of L4/5 and lumbar spinal stenosis in terms of clinical and radiological aspect.Results1. The mean intervertebral disc angle of L4/5 were 10.72±3.98o, the mean lum-bar lordotic angle were 41.97±11.73o and the mean dural sac dimension of L4/5 were 133.18±45.46 mm2. 2. This study shows that dural sac dimension of L4/5 was inversely reated to intervertebral disc angle of L4/5 by statistically (p<0.05). 3. There was visible dif-ference regarding intervertebral disc angle of L4/5 between patients who had been diag-nosed with lumbar spinal stenosis by clinically and patients who had not been diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis by clinically; The former`s angle was relatively higher than the latter`s (p<0.05).ConclusionsThere was a statistical significance between intervertebral disc angle of L4/5 and lumbar spinal stenosis in single-segment.         Gallbladder (GB) injuries after blunt abdominal trauma are uncommon. An isolated blunt GB injury is extremely rare, due to the anatomic location of the GB that is protected by the liver, intestines, omentum and ribs. A GB injury follows a vague and insidious clinical course, and therefore GB injuries are commonly undiagnosed until an exploratory laparotomy is performed. Early diagnosis is important, as trauma to the GB should be treated surgically and a delay in treatment can result in considerable mortality and morbidity. We encountered a patient who was diagnosed with a GB rupture based on computed tomography that showed a hemoperitoneum, high-density material in the GB lumen and a leakage of contrast material. The patient underwent an exploratory laparotomy. We report a case of isolated GB rupture after blunt abdominal trauma.

        의료계약에 있어서 비밀유지의무위반의 민법상 책임

        의료계약으로부터 발생하는 권리의무에는 다양한 것이 있지만, 그 중 환자의 비밀에 관하여 의사 혹은 의료기관이 부담하는 비밀유지의무도 존재한다. 이러한 의무는 형벌법규 및 여러 특별법에서 인정하고 있지만 민사법적으로는 아직 명확하게 규정되어 있지는 않다. 이는 의료계약 자체가 민법상 전형계약으로 다루어지지 않는 것에도 기인한다. 그렇다고 하더라도 의사의 비밀유지의무는 의료계약이라는 사법상 관계에 있어서도 분명 인정되어야 한다. 다만 그 법적 지위에 관해서는 여러 가지로 볼 수 있겠으나, 일반적으로 계약상의 보호의무로서 보는 것이 타당하다고 여겨진다. 그리고 비밀유지의무를 위반한 경우 그 책임의 성질에 관해서는 채무불이행 책임과 불법행위 책임이 모두 인정될 수 있다. 채무불이행 책임으로 보게 되면 보호의무 위반에 따른 불완전이행으로 다루어야 할 것이고, 불법행위 책임으로 보는 경우에는 비밀유지의무를 위반한 것과 위법성과의 관계에 대하여 면밀히 검토하여야 할 것이다. 이 두 가지 책임은 공통적으로 손해배상책임을 인정하게 되고, 효과 면에서는 큰 차이가 없다. 다만 증명책임과 관련하여서는 불법행위 책임보다는 계약책임을 주장하는 것이 환자 측에 상대적으로 더 유리하다는 차이는 있다. 비밀유지의무가 의료계약에서 인정되고 있음에도 불구하고 그 요건과 효과에 관해서는 명확한 기준이 존재하지 않는다. 비밀이라는 것이 상대성을 갖고 있다는 특징 등에 비추어볼 때 최소한의 판단 기준은 법규로 마련되는 것이 타당할 것이며, 이는 의료계약의 입법화와 동시에 논의되어야 하는 문제라고 본다. There are many rights or duties came from medical contract, and among them the Duty of Confidentiality exist. Doctors or medical institutions have the duty. Criminal law and many special laws have regulations about the duty of confidentiality, but in Civil law there is no obvious and definite rules. This is also came from the reason that the medical contract doesnt treat as a named contract in Korean Civil Law. Though it certainly should be recognized as one of duties in the relationship of private law like medical contract. But it presents a variety of views on the legal status of that duty. Generally it is meant to be appropriate that the duty is regarded as one of the Duty of Protection in contract. When doctors or medical institutions are against the duty of confidentiality, two liabilities occurred : Non-Performance Liability and Tort Liability. And both liabilities are accepted. In case of non-performance liability, it should be treated as a imperfective performance from violation of the duty of protection. And in case of tort liability, the relationship of violation and illegality must be examined closely. Compensation for damages appears from both liabilities commonly, and in terms of effect theres no great difference between them. But on the burden of proof, it is relatively advantageous to the patient that claims a contract liability. Nevertheless the duty of confidentiality is accepted in medical contract, there is no clear criteria about requirements and effects. It is appropriate that the minimum standards of judgement are arranged as a regulation, because the Secrecy has nature of relativity. And this is discussed in tandem with legalization of medical contract.

        Al2Ca를 함유한 A356 합금에서의 다양한 열처리 조건에 따른 공정 Si 개량화 거동

        This study is focused on the effect of Al2Ca as a modifier on eutectic Si modification of A356 alloy. Microstructural observation was carried out for as-cast, as-solution treated and as-aged samples. Solution treatment and aging were performed for 2, 4, 6 and 10 hrs at 540oC and 170oC, respectively. Although A356 alloy, which Al2Ca was added, has no significant difference in as-cast phases with normal A356 alloys, it shows much more modified eutectic Si, grain refinement and improved tensile property both in as-cast and as-heat treated conditions. TGA result shows that Al2Ca added A356 alloy has a certain improvement in oxidation resistance.
