With regards to environmental conservation, it is necessary to promote an eco-friendly industry and to recycle wastes. In this study, the physical properties and hand values of material recycled PET knit fabrics prepared with various recycled PET yarns were investigated. Bursting strengths of 3 recycled PET knit fabrics were higher than that of regular PET knit fabric. 3 Recycled PET knit fabrics were more flexible than those of the regular PET knit fabric. Lightness of regular PET knit fabric was the highest among the 5 samples. Fabric knitted with recycled non-circular PET yarns had a more yellowish tinge. Mechanical properties were measured using the KES-FB system. Bending properties, shear properties, weight, and thickness were increased in recycled PET knit fabrics. The compressional linearity and energy of 3 recycled PET knit fabrics increased. However, their compressional resilience was reduced. In addition, coefficients of friction were similar. Regular PET knit fabric demonstrated a smooth appearance. Numeri was the highest in the hand values.

To improve the physical properties of recycled polyester chips, virgin PET chips were compounded with the ratio of 20 wt%, 40 wt%, and 70 wt%. Recycled PET chips blended with virgin PET chips exhibited decreased molecular weights and intrinsic viscosities compared with 100% recycled PET chips and virgin PET chips, and this was caused by thermal and hydrolytic decomposition. End-group contents and MFI both increased in the blended PET chips. As the virgin PET chip contents increased in the recycled PET chips, the melting temperature tended to increase. Recycled PET chips exhibited a higher crystallization temperature compared with virgin PET chips. Morphologies of recycled PET films were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Yellowing of recycled PET chips resulted from intramolecular cross-linking and oxidation reactions. As virgin PET chips were compounded with recycled PET chips, yellowing was reduced. The ash contents were increased in the recycled PET chips which were blended with virgin PET chips. As recycled PET chip contents were similar to those of virgin PET chips, the ash contents were the highest in the experimental materials.

악성 종양의 자연 치유는 어떠한 치료도 받지 않거나 일반적으로 확립되지 않은 치료법으로 악성 질환의 소실을 야기하는 것을 말하는 것으로 매우 드문 현상으로 알려져 있다. 대개 이러한 현상은 모든 암종에 걸쳐 일어날 수는 있지만 소화기계 관련된 암종의 자연 치유의 예는 극히 드물며 본 저자들은 내사경적, 조직학적 진단으로 위암을 진단받은 뒤 약 1년 반 동안 별다른 증상 없이 지냈으며 추적 관찰하여 시행한 내시경적, 조직학적 검사상 악성 소견을 발견할 수 없어서 위암의 자연 치유로 결론 짓고 잦은 외래 추적관찰을 결정한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Spontaneous regression is shown to occur in malignancies such as neuroblastoma, Wilms` tumor, leukemias, melanoma and retinoblastoma and is extremely rare in carcinoma of the stomach. Many theories exist regarding the possible factors such as genetic, hormonal, immunological and psychological factors. Some reports of spontaneous regression have implicated surgery or operative trauma as an element that can increase immunological resistance to tumor growth. We here report one case of spontaneous regression of carcinoma of the stomach with review of the literature.

사이버나이프 로봇 방사선 수술 시스템은 환자를 치료하는 동안 환자의 내부 기준 마커를 이용하여 종양의 위치를 실시간으로 추적 할 수 있는 시스템이다. 최근 폐종양 치료의 경우 기준 마커의 삽입 없이 폐종양의 밀도 차이를 이용하여 실시간 종양 추적을 할 수 있는 폐종양추적시스템이 개발되어 치료에 적용되고 있다. 최근 개발되어 국내 최초 도입된 폐종양 추적치료시스템의 위치 추적 정확도의 분석은 동적흉부 팬톰과 GafChromic film을 이용하였다. 폐종양추적시스템을 이용하여 종양의 위치 추적 정확도는 평균 오차 $0.85{\pm}0.22$ mm로 분석되었다. 기준마커 삽입 없이 폐종양추적시스템을 이용하여 폐종양 치료에 매우 유용한 것으로 판단되었다. To track moving tumor in real time, CyberKnife system imports a technique of the synchrony respiratory tracking system. The fiducial marker which are detectable in X-ray images were demand in CyberKnife Robotic radiosurgery system. It issued as reference markers to locate and track tumor location during patient alignment and treatment delivery. Fiducial marker implantation is an invasive surgical operation that carries a relatively high risk of pneumothorax. Most recently, it was developed a direct lung tumor registration method that does not require the use of fiducials. The purpose of this study is to measure the accuracy of target applying X-sight lung tracking using the Gafchromic film in dynamic moving thorax phantom. The X-sight Lung Tracking quality assurance motion phantom simulates simple respiratory motion of a lung tumor and provides Gafchromic dosimetry film-based test capability at locations inside the phantom corresponding to a typical lung tumor. The total average error for the X-sight Lung Tracking System with a moving target was $0.85{\pm}0.22$ mm. The results were considered reliable and applicable for lung tumor treatment in CyberKnife radiosurgery system. Clinically, breathing patterns of patients may vary during radiation therapy. Therefore, additional studies with a set real patient data are necessary to evaluate the target accuracy for the X-sight Lung Tracking system.

Hydrogel is prepared using triblock copolymer of poly(ethyleneoxide-propyleneoxide-ethyleneoxide) with different block contents. Each hydrogel showed different rheological and thermal behavior according to the conditions of gelation such as solution temperature, the content of block copolymer, and block ratio between ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. In this hydrogel system, poly(propyleneoxide) and poly(ethyleneoxide) acted as hydrophobic and hydrophilic domains, respectively. In aqueous solution, block copolymer acts as a surfactant, and then formed micelles due to the hydrophilic-lyophobic balance. These micelles aggregated and formed a lattice structure. In temperature sweeping using Rheometer, transition of aqueous block copolymer solution was developed from a liquid state through soft-gel state to hard-gel state as increasing temperature. Hydrogels with different block ratio of PPO and PEO represent different sol-gel and gel-sol transition point.
