아토피 피부염 환자에서 집먼지 진드기 항원에 대한 Pharmacia CAP system FEIA의 효용성

N/A Barkground : Specific serum IgE determination is widely used in the diagnosis of IgE-mediated allergic diseases. House dust mite allergens are known to show good sensitivity on in vitro tests. We report the results of specific IgE against house dust allergen by Pharmacia CAP system FEIA and compared them with those of in vivo test. Objective : The aim of this study is to find out the clinical application of Pharmacia CAP system FEIA in atopic dermatitis. Methods : In 46 atopic dermatitis patients, skin prick test and Pharmacia CAP system FEIA were performed for Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae allergens. For all patients, atopy and family histories were taken. Results : 1) The positive results were more frequent in adult patients(over 16 years old, 73.3%) than in child patients(below 15 years old, 38.7%) in skin prick test for both Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae allergens. 2) When skin prick tests were used as a reference standard, the sensitivity of Pharmacia CAP system FEIA was 89.5% for Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and 90.0% for Dermatophagoides farinae, and the specificity of Pharmacia CAP system FEIA was 77.8% for Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and 80.8% for Dermatophagoides farinae. 3) Correlations were found between Pharmacia CAP system FEIA results and serum total IgE(r=0.574 for Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and r=0.534 for Dermatophagoides farinae) Conclusion : Our results suggest that Pharmacia CAP system FEIA offers high sensitivity and can be an effective method of screening for allergies to Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae in atopic dermatitis. We report a case of vitiligo developed on the sites of DNCB application for the treatment of alopecia areata in a 53-year-old woman. Histopathologic studies of the depigmented patches showed absence of melanin pigmentation at the basal layer of the epidermis and a negative reaction for the Fontana-Masson stain. The current theories explaining vitiligo development after topical sensitizer application are that topical sensitizers induce the vitiligo by a direct cytotoxic effect on the melanocytes, or by unmasking latent vitiligo as a result of the Koebner phenomenon due to contact dermatitis, but the exact mechanism is still unclear. The construction CALS standards are now going to spread into RCMO(Regional Construction Management Office) and public organization. The management and maintenance of the CALS standards is required for revising the standard to accept the request from other organizations and disseminating the standards and improving the standard supporting tools. The National Geographic Information Institute in the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs made a public announcement of "the Guideline of CAD drawing for the numeric map modification". So, prompt modification of the national geographic information using as-built drawing is essential and information integration between CAD drawing and nuneric map is necessary. The purpose of this study is to develop the construction CALS standards for the numeric map modification.
발생 중인 마우스 콩팥에서 Angiopoietin-1, Angiopoietin-2, 및 Tie2의 발현

배경: Angiopoietins는 내피세포에 특이적으로 존재하는 수용체인 Tie2에 작용하는 ligands로서 발달과정에서 혈관형성에 관여한다. 혈관형성과정은 태생기에서 기관이 발달할 때 아주 필수적인 과정이지만 일부 후천적 질환에 관여하기도 한다. 방법: 신장은 혈관이 풍부한 장기이므로 혈관의 형성과정이 신장의 발달과정에 중요하기 때문에 이 연구에서는 신장의 발달 단계에 따라 angiopoietin-1 (Ang1), Ang2 그리고 Tie2 단백질을 시기적으로 위치적으로 발현 양상을 관찰하였다. 결과: Ang1 단백질은 태생 후 28일까지 지속적으로 증가하였고, Ang2 단백은 태생 후 14일째, Tie2 단백질은 태생 후 7일째 최고로 증가하였다. Ang1 단백질은 신수질과 피질의 세뇨관 상피세포 일부에서 발현하였고 Ang2 단백질은 피질의 세뇨관 상피세포와 사구체 일부에서 발현하였다. Tie2 단백질은 사구체내의 내피세포로 생각되는 부분과 수질부에서 vasa recta로 생각되는 부분에 발현하였다. 결론: 이상의 결과를 종합하면 Ang1, Ang2 그리고 Tie2은 발달과정의 신장에서 발현되어 있었다. Background : The Angiopoietin 1 (Angl). Angiopoietin-2 (Ang2) and Tie2 have essential role in angiogenesis in development. Ang1 and Ang2 are ligands which binds to their receptor. Tie2. Methods : Expression of these proteins was sought during mouse kidney maturation from embryonic day 16 (E16) to 28 days postnatal (P28). Results : Using RNase protection assay and Western blot, these three molecules were expressed throughout the experimental period with peak levels at P28 (Ang1), P14(Ang2) and P7 (Tie2). By immunohistochemical analysis, Ang1 protein was found to localize to condensing renal mesenchymal cells, and tubules, Ang2 proteins were detected in differentiating outer medullary tubules and the vasa recta bundle area. Tie2 protein was detected in a portion of glomerular tufts and cortical interstitium, and medulla including vessels in the vasa recta. Conclusions : These data suggest that Ang1, Ang2 and Tie2 proteins are expressed in renal development. (Korean J Nephrol 2004;23(3):385-395)
도로공사의 공정 및 공사비 연계활용을 위한 디지털 수량산출정보시스템(QDBS) 개발 연구

공정 및 공사비는 건설사업관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 정보들로써, 건설사업관리는 이들 정보를 얼마나 효율적으로 관리하는지에 달려 있다. 국내에서는 아직 체계적인 공정관리가 정착되지 못하였으며, 공사비와의 연계관리 또한 정보의 연계성 부족과 많은 노력의 필요로 인하여 실용성이 부족한 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 공정, 공사비 정보의 연계관리를 위하여, 도로공사를 대상으로 사업초기단계부터 공통작업분류체계를 기준으로 디지털수량산출정보(QDB)를 작성하는 방안과 이를 기반으로 하는 디지털 수량산출정보시스템(QDBS)을 제안하고자 한다. Cost and Schedule is the most important information, and how efficiently manage this information is the key issue for Construction Project Management. Domestically, systematic scheduling method such as CPM network is not only used widely but integration of time and cost information also is. In order to effectively integrate and use the time and cost information, it is suggested that WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) based QDB(Quantity Database) should be generated from the design phase and, WBS and QDB related system tool should be supported. It could be helpful to relate and integrate other construction project information.
