        증발량을 고려한 낙동강유역 다목적댐의 가용허가수량 추정

        The dam plan quantity of constructive and water supply quantity of present time are showing a difference with change in climate and augmentation of water demand for multipurpose dams in Nakdong river basin. But revaluates a water supply ability the method or the process is official for is not taking a position, so actual condition applies the plan quantity of dam constructive. Considers various situation of actual multipurpose dam from research sees consequently and in K-WEAP is an integrated water resources evaluation plan model applies as water permit availability multipurpose dam, currently water permit availability comparison, analyzed. In this study, the natural daily flow data and apply the dimensions of the reservoir, and for more than 30 years of the long-term water balance analysis conducted by Date Nakdong river basin can supply reservoirs are large quantity of permits available is presented.

        개방형 물관리 프로그램을 이용한 관개용 저수지의 거동 분석

        For optimal irrigation reservoir operation during flood and normal period, a general and systematic policy is suggested to make balance of the conflicting purposes between water conservation and flood control. We developed Open Water Management Program (OWMP) with an open architecture to deal with newly arising upgrade problems for optimal management of irrigation reservoir. And we evaluated the applicability of OWMP to estimate daily runoff from an agricultural watershed including irrigation reservoirs, and analyzed behaviour of irrigation reservoirs as irrigation water requirements considering frequency analysis of reservoir storage and frequency analysis water requirements for effective management of reservoir. When we executed OWMP with data produced from an experimental field, IHP basins, the mean relative errors of application of daily runoff and irrigation water requirement were less than 5%. We also applied OWMP to a Seongju irrigation reservoir to simulate daily runoff, storage and water requirement from 1998 to 2002, and the mean model efficiency between measured and simulated value was 0.76. Our results based on the magnitude of relative errors and model efficiency of the model simulation indicate that the OWMP can be a tool nicely adapted to the effective water management of irrigation reservoir for beneficial water use and flood disaster management.

        유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 장·단기 유출모형의 매개변수 최적화

        In this study, parameters of long and short term runoff model were optimized using genetic algorithm as a basic research for integrated water management in a watershed. In case of Korea where drought and flood occurr frequently, the integrated water management is necessary to minimize possible damage of drought and flood. Modified TANK model was optimized as a long term runoff model and storage-function model was optimized as a short term runoff model. Besides distinguished parameters were applied to modified TANK model for supplementing defect that the model estimates less runoff in the storm period. As a result of application, simulated long and short term runoff results showed 7% and 5% improvement compared with before optimized on the average. In case of modified TANK model using distinguished parameters, the simulated runoff after optimized showed more interrelationship than before optimized. Therefore, modified TANK model can be applied for the long term water balance as an integrated water management in a watershed. In case of storage-function model, simulated runoff in the storm period showed high interrelationship with observed one. These optimized models can be applied for the runoff analysis of watershed.

        Purpose: Recently, replantation of fingertip amputation, Zone I by Yamano classification, is still difficult because digital arteries branch into small arteries and also digital veins are hard to separate from the immobile soft tissue. However the replantation of fingertip in adults is a well-established procedure, but the replantation in infant or child is still uncommon. Therefore we present one case of replantation of the fingertip of the small finger in 12-months-old patient. Methods: We experienced a 12-months-old male amputation of small finger. It had been amputated completely at the level of Zone I by Yamano classification. Replantation was performed using the arteryonly technique with neither vein nor nerve repair. Because the artery has been damaged, it is still possible to make a direct suture by transposing the arterial arch in an inverted Y to I arterial configuration. Venous drainage was provided by an external bleeding method with partial nail excision and repaired margin for approximately 7 days. Results: We were performed replantation in infant with only-arterial anastomosis successfully, result in good recovery of aesthetic and functional outcome. Conclusion: In conclusion, although fingertip injury was difficult to replantation in infant and child, we must try it. Because of its functional and cosmetic advantage.

        영산강권역 대규모 농업용 저수지의 가용허가수량 추정

        Agricultural water reservoirs upstream of the intake on the basis of the intaking water volume is being made. Therefore, the supply capacity of reservoirs are not considered when the water balance analysis, storm water reservoirs are based on agriculture and further secured by the reservoir water is not used to using natural river water analysis. To overcome these problems can supply reservoirs are available to permit analysis of how much the quantity of water balance analysis, it should be reflected in the line to help. In this study, the natural daily flow data and apply the dimensions of the reservoir, and for more than 30 years of the long-term water balance analysis conducted by Date Youngsan river basin can supply reservoirs are large quantity of permits available is presented.

        모바일 클라우드 서비스 상에서 준동형 암호 기반의 형상 관리 방안

        스마트폰 사용자가 2,000만명을 넘어서며, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 제공하던 기업들이 다양한 모바일 장비를 지원하려고 한다. 특히, 다양한 모바일 장비를 통해 특정 문서를 서로 공유하거나, 편집/보기 등의 작업을 수행할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만, 여러사람이 하나의 문서를 공유해서 작업하는 경우 형상관리, 기밀성, 무결성이 보장되지 않는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 모바일 클라우드 서비스 사용자들이 문서를 효율적으로 공유하고, 암호화된 문서에 대한 연산을 통해 문서편집을 수행하고, 무결성 검증이 가능한 준동형 암호화를 기반으로 한 형상관리 방안을 제안하고자 한다. As smartphone users are over 20 million, companies, which offer cloud computing services, try to support various mobile devices. If so, users can use the same cloud computing service using mobile devices, as sharing document. When user share the work, there are problem in configuration management, data confidentiality and integrity. In this paper, we propose a method that cloud computing users share document efficiently, edit encrypted docuements, and manage configuration based on homomorphic encryption, which integrity is verifiable.

        기간별 저수 관리를 통한 소규모 댐의 밭 관개용수 확보

        The objective of this study is securement of upland irrigation water using storage level management of small dams. However, it is not new development of water resources but securement of water using storage level management of existing dam. This study has enhanced the water utilization coefficient of dam, after extra available water had been calculated by application of periodical management storage level and this water is used to other water like the upland irrigation water demand. As the result of application, it can secure extra available water except the water requirement. Minimum extra available water except flood is about $20,000,000\;m^3$ and crop irrigation water demand of 10yr frequency is about $2,033,000\;m^3$ in Seongju. The utilization of crop irrigation water can be possible. And extra available water is about $3,102,000\;m^3$ in 2000, $1,959,000\;m^3$ in 2001 except flood period and crop irrigation water demand of 10yr frequency is about $2,272,000\;m^3$ in Donghwa. It is judged that extra available water cannot be used to crop irrigation water during the dry season in Dongwha. Consequently, when management storage level is determined and more efficient use of water is gotten like this study, water utilization coefficient will be enhanced.

        강우-유출모형의 매개변수 보정을 위한 최적화 기법의 비교분석

        The conceptual rainfall-runoff models are used to predict complex hydrological effects of a basin. However, to obtain reliable results, there are some difficulties and problems in choosing optimum model, calibrating, and verifying the chosen model suitable for hydrological characteristics of the basin. In this study, Genetic Algorithm and SCE-UA method as global optimization methods were applied to compare the each optimization technique and to analyze the application for the rainfall-runoff models. Modified TANK model that is used to calculate outflow for watershed management and reservoir operation etc. was optimized as a long term rainfall-runoff model. And storage-function model that is used to predict real-time flood using historical data was optimized as a short term rainfall-runoff model. The optimized models were applied to simulate runoff on Pyeongchang-river watershed and Bocheong-stream watershed in 2001 and 2002. In the historical data study, the Genetic Algorithm and the SCE-UA method showed consistently good results considering statistical values compared with observed data.

        Flow-3D를 활용한 수질정화체가 설치된 농업용 배수로의 안정성 조사

        In this study, the effect of the purification materials is analyzed and tested by Flow 3D and Hydraulic model test. Three dimension numerical analysis led from the research that sees abnormal form and the size back of the water purification material conferred the flowing water conduct inside the test channel against the test condition. Comparison it analyzed the flux distribution, a water depth of the channel which establishes the water purification materials the cross section, an interval of the water purification material, a conference with general channel, it change executed. As a result, the cross section ratio of the purification materials against and a flux change from the test which it sees. The interval of the purification materials in order to prevent three dimension that follows in decrease of increase and flux must decide an interval.
