OTT 플랫폼 환경에서의 국내 콘텐츠 기업의 경영전략: 동적 역량 접근을 중심으로

본 연구는 급변하는 미디어 환경에 대응하기 위해 콘텐츠 기업이 어떻게 인적, 물적 자원과 역량을 통합하거나 재배치하여 경쟁우위를 만들어 가는지 동적 역량 (Dynamic Capabilities)의 관점에서 분석하였다. 즉, 글로벌 OTT 플랫폼의 경쟁이 심화되고 국내 콘텐츠의 해외 진출 가능성이 높아지면서 국내 콘텐츠 제작사가 제작 및 유통 역량 강화를 위해 자원을 어떻게 재배치, 재구성하였으며, 전략의 변화에 따라 경영 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 스튜디오드래곤과 제이콘텐트리/JTBC스튜디오를 중심으로 사례 분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 콘텐츠 제작 역량 강화를 위해 두 제작사는 기업공개를 통해 제작비용을 유치하고, 경쟁력 있는 제작사의 인수합병을 통해 제작 인력을 강화하고, 공동제작을 통해 글로벌 시장에 소구할 수 있는 콘텐츠 제작 경험을 학습하고, 유통채널의 다각화를 위해 디지털 플랫폼에 적합한 새로운 콘텐츠 개발을 시도하고 있다. 또한 제작사는 유통채널의 다각화와 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 해외 제작사와의 공동제작 전략을 실행하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 국내 영상 콘텐츠 제작사의 환경변화에 따른 제작 및 유통 역량 강화를 위한 전략의 변화를 이해하고 콘텐츠 제작사의 역량 강화를 위한 함의점을 제안하였다. This research examined how content companies integrate or rearrange internal resources to create a competitive advantage in the rapidly changing media environment from dynamic capabilities view. As competition among global OTT services grows intense and local contents are distributed globally, case analysis focusing on Studio Dragon and JTBC Studio shows how local content production studios reallocated and reconfigured existing resources to reinforce production and distribution capabilities and how the change of strategies affected financial performance. According to the research results, to reinforce content production capabilities, production studios are raising financial investment through corporate disclosure, increasing production-related resources through merger and acquisition of other competent production studios, and developing new type of contents targeting digital platforms to diversify distribution channels. To diversify distribution channels and acquire global competitiveness, production studios have started to execute co-production strategy with U.S. production companies. Research results provided how local production studios adapted their production and distribution strategies in the competitive landscape characterized by rapid market changes.

노인의 소득에 따른 의료비 및 의료이용 변화에 대한 종단연구

대체로 사람들은 노년에 이르면 소득이 감소하고 잦은 질병으로 의료이용의 필요성은 증가한다. 그러나 생애주기 중 의료이용을 가장 많이 하고 있는 노인의 소득과 의료이용간의 관계에 대한 연구는 많지 않으며 일관된 결론에도 도달하지 못하였다. 대다수의 연구들이 적용한 횡단연구방법으로는 명확한 인과관계를 증명하기 어려웠을 것으로 짐작된다. 이에 본 연구는 노인의 소득이 의료이용 및 의료비에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하기 위해 한국복지패널 7차 ~ 11차 merge데이터를 활용하여 종단연구를 실시하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 노인의 소득이 외래진료 횟수, 입원 일수, 입원 횟수, 의료비에서 동일하게 정적(+)으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 노인의 소득이 감소 할수록 의료이용과 의료비가 모두 감소한다. 이러한 결과는 소득이 낮은 노인들이 의료비지출과 의료이용에서 제약을 받고 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구결과를 통해 노인의 소득과 의료이용 간의 관계를 명확하게 밝힘으로써 노인의 의료접근성 제고를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. As most people grow older, they need more medical care utilization. However, there have not been many studies conducted on the interrelationships between the income of the elderly, which the medical care utilization are most required, and their actual medical care utilization, and no consistent conclusions have been presented. I assume that the majority of studies applied single-track cross-sectional studies, making it difficult to prove its clear causality. This study has been conducted using longitudinal studies using the 7th (2012) to 11th (2016) merge data of the Korean welfare Panel to check how the income of the elderly affects medical care utilization and medical expenses, and the results are as follows: The income of the elderly has the same proportional effect on the number of outpatient care, length of hospitalization, the number of hospitalization, and medical expenses. In other words, as the income of the elderly decreases, both medical care utilization and medical expenses decrease. These results show that elderly people with low incomes are constrained by medical expenditures and medical care utilization. Through the results of this study, I hope important implications for the policy for improving the medical accessibility of the elderly can be provided, by clarifying the relationship between the income and medical care utilization of the elderly.

사회적 자본이 재난피해자의 사회적응에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 중심으로

사회적 자본이 재난피해자의 사회적응에 미치는 영향력과 이들 간의 영향 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 재난피해자의 사회적응을 돕기 위한 방안을 모색할 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 국립재난안전연구원에서 제공하는 재난피해자 삶의 변화 추적조사 패널 3차 조사 자료를 활용하여 재난피해자 총 2,311명을 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 자본은 재난피해자의 사회적응에 정적(+) 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 자본은 재난피해자의 회복탄력성에도 정적(+) 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 사회적 자본과 재난피해자의 사회적응과의 관계에서 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 사회적 자본과 회복탄력성을 증가시키고 사회적응을 높이기 위한 방안을 제안하였으며, 어떻게 하면 빠르게 극복하여 원래 상태로 회복할 수 있는가라는 국가 재난정책 패러다임에 맞춰 재난피해자의 사회적응과 관련한 이론적 근거를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. This paper aims to prove the influence of social capital on the social adjustment of disaster victims and the mediated effects of resilience in their influencing relationship, thereby seeking a way to help the social adjustments of disaster victims. For this study, research data from the third follow-up survey on the live of disaster victims, provided by the National Disaster Management Research Institute, was used for the final analysis of 2,311 disaster victims. The results are as follows. First and foremost, social capital was shown to have a positive influence on the social adjustment of disaster victims. Secondly, social capital was shown to have a positive influence on the resilience of disaster victims. Third, resilience was proven to mediate in the relationship between social capital and the social adjustment of disaster victims. Based on such results, a measure was proposed to increase the social capital, resilience, and the social adjustment. Moreover, theoretical basis on the social adjustment of disaster victims was provided in accordance with the national disaster policy paradigm of how to recover and restore quickly.

웹툰 플랫폼의 국제적 다각화 전략 -네이버웹툰과 카카오웹툰의 일본 진출 사례를 중심으로-

레거시 미디어와 디지털 플랫폼이 콘텐츠 확보를 위해 치열하게 경쟁하는 디지털 콘텐츠 환경에서 지적재산권(IP)에 대한 수요는 지속해서 증가하고 있다. 웹툰은 미디어 엔터테인먼트 산업에서 핵심 IP 원천으로 가치를 주목받고 있으며, 웹툰 플랫폼은 시장의 주요 사업자로 성장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 시장에서 성공을 거둔 비즈니스 모델을 해외 국가에서도 적극 활용하고 있는 웹툰 플랫폼 사업자인 네이버웹툰과 카카오웹툰의 사업 다각화 전략 및 국제적 다각화 전략을 사례연구를 통해 국내 콘텐츠 서비스 플랫폼의 유용한 전략적 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 또한, 만화산업의 전략적 시장인 일본에 진출한 네이버의 라인망가와 카카오의 픽코마가 일본시장에 시도한 현지화 전략을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 네이버웹툰과 카카오웹툰은 사업 다각화를 위해 웹툰의 오리지널 IP를 기반으로 2차 저작권 시장으로 사업 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 국내 및 해외에서 영상 콘텐츠 제작사를 설립하거나 인수하고 있으며, 연예 매니지먼트사와 전략적 제휴를 맺거나 인수하여 미디어 엔터테인먼트 기업으로서 역량을 확대하고 있다. 한편, 국제적 사업 다각화를 위해 가입자를 확보하고 사업 확장의 토대를 마련하기 위해 시장 영향력이 크거나 IP를 다수 보유한 현지 웹툰 및 웹소설 플랫폼을 인수하였다. 해외 시장에 먼저 진출해 선점 효과를 누리고 있는 네이버는 현지 아티스트와 협업하여 오리지널 IP를 제작하는 현지화 전략을, 카카오는 스튜디오를 설립하여 공동으로 IP를 개발하는 전략을 취하고 있다. 또한, 네이버는 미국 시장 중심으로, 카카오는 일본 시장 중심으로 글로벌 웹툰 사업 조직을 개편하였다. 일본 시장에서 네이버는 콘텐츠 현지화 전략과 다양한 비즈니스 모델 개발, 카카오는 시장검증을 마친 웹툰을 제공함으로써 단기간 내에 급성장하는 성과를 보여주고 있다. 향후 웹툰 서비스 플랫폼의 해외 시장 진출 시 사업운영 주력 국가의 발굴과 해외 이용자의 취향을 고려한 콘텐츠 발굴 및 기존 서비스로부터의 차별화, 그리고 웹툰 콘텐츠 IP의 적극적 2차 저작권 사업 활용이 필요하다는 함의를 도출하였다. In the digital content environment where legacy media and digital platforms compete fiercely to secure content and the demand for intellectual property(IP) continues to increase, Webtoon(Korean cartoon) is attracting attention as a key IP source in the media entertainment industry and webtoon platforms are growing as major players in the market. This study used case analysis method to draw strategic findings from business diversification strategies and international diversification strategies of two major Korean webtoon platforms, Naver Webtoon and Kakao Webtoon, who adapted their successful local strategies in overseas market. Additionally this study examined localization strategy by Naver’s Line Manga and Kakao’s Picoma in Japanese market, which is a strategic market of global cartoon industry. The findings show that both Naver Webtoon and Kakao Webtoon are entering secondary intellectual property industry, based on webtoon’s original IP. In Korea and overseas, both companies are strengthening their capabilities by establishing or acquiring content productions and forming strategic alliances with or acquiring talent management companies and expanding the business into the media entertainment industry. Meanwhile as part of international business diversification the two companies acquired webtoon or webnovel platforms with large market influence or possessing large IP volumes to secure subscribers and lay the foundation to grow business in the regional market. Naver is enjoying the preoccupation effect by advancing into the overseas market first and is taking a localization strategy to produce original IP in collaboration with local artists, while Kakao is taking a strategy to jointly develop IP by establishing a production studio. In addition, the global webtoon business was reorganized with Naver focusing on the US market and Kakao focusing on the Japanese market. Naver’s content localization strategy and development of various business models and Kakao’s market-verified webtoons offering resulted in two companies showing rapid growth in a short period of time in the Japanese market. The implications are that the webtoon platforms who seek international expansion should prioritize the main country for business operation, develop contents that target the taste of local users, provide differentiated strategy from existing local services, and actively utilize webtoon contents IP for secondary intellectual property business.

노인의 사회활동 특성이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향과 인지기능의 매개효과: 독거노인과 비독거노인 비교를 중심으로

본 연구는 노인의 사회활동이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 그 과정에서 인지기능의 매개효과를 살펴보았으며, 이러한 결과가 동거 여부에 따라 차이가 있는지를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 고령화연구패널조사 7차년도(2018) 자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 사회활동과 인지기능과의 관계에서 사회활동 모임 수, 모임참여 횟수는 인지기능의 다섯 가지 모든 항목에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 인지기능과 삶의 만족도 관계를 살펴보면 주의집중 및 계산과 기억회상, 언어 및 시공간 구성은 삶의 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치지만 지남력과 기억등록은 삶의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 사회활동과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 사회활동 모임 수는 삶의 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치지만 모임참여 횟수는 삶의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회활동과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 인지기능의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 사회활동모임 수와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 인지기능은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났지만 모임참여 횟수와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 인지기능은 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 동거 여부에 따른 집단 간 경로 차이를 확인한 결과 사회활동 모임 수가 언어 및 시공간 구성에 미치는 영향, 모임참여 횟수가 지남력, 기억등록, 주의집중 및 계산, 기억회상, 언어 및 시공간 구성에 미치는 영향, 언어 및 시공간 구성이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향, 성별 및 연령이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 차이가 발견되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위한 개선 방향에 대하여 제언하였다. This study focuses on the effect of social activities on life satisfaction of the elderly, observing the mediation effect during the process, as well as determining whether the result differs for those living alone compared to those living with family. To determine the purpose, this research used data from 2018, collected around the country by Korea Employment Information Service (KEIS). The results analyzed in this study are as follows. First, in the relationship between social activity and cognitive function of the elderly, it is shown that both the number of social activity meetings and the number of social activity participation statically influence all five categories of orientation, memory registration, attention and calculation, memory recall, was well as language and visual-spatial composition. Second, in the relationship between cognitive function and life satisfaction of the elderly, it is shown that attention and calculation, memory recall, as well as language and visual-spatial composition statically influence life satisfaction, but orientation and memory registration do not have a significant influence on life satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between social activity and life satisfaction, it is shown that the number of social activity meetings statically influences life satisfaction but the number of social activity participation does not have a significant influence on life satisfaction. Fourth, in the relationship between social activity and life satisfaction, it is shown that cognitive function has a mediation effect on the relationship between the number of social activity meetings and life satisfaction. On the other hand, in the relationship between the number of social activity participation and life satisfaction, it is shown that cognitive function has no mediation effect on the relationship between the number of social activity participation and life satisfaction. Fifth, as a result of finding the difference between those living alone and with family, there was a difference in the following: the influence of the number of social activity meetings on language and visual-spatial composition; the influence of the number of social activity participation on orientation, memory registration, attention and calculation, memory recall, as well as language and visual-spatial composition, the influence of language and visual-spatial composition on life satisfaction; and the influence of sex and age on life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, suggestions were made for improvement directions to increase the life satisfaction of the elderly.

We fabricated undoped and Sb-doped $SnO_2$ thin films on glass substrates by a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) process. Undoped and 2 - 8 wt% $Sb_2O_3$-doped $SnO_2$ targets with a high density level of ~90% were prepared by the spark plasma sintering (SPS) process. Initially, the effects of the deposition temperature on undoped $SnO_2$ thin films were investigated in the region of $100-600^{\circ}C$. While the undoped $SnO_2$ film exhibited the lowest resistivity of $1.20{\times}10^{-2}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ at $200^{\circ}C$ due to the highest carrier concentration generated by the oxygen vacancies, 2 wt% Sb-doped $SnO_2$ film exhibited the lowest resistivity value of $5.43{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, the highest average transmittance of 85.8%, and the highest figure of merit of 1202 ${\Omega}^{-1}{\cdot}cm^{-1}$ at $400^{\circ}C$ among all of the doped films. These results imply that 2 wt% $Sb_2O_3$ is an optimum doping content close to the solubility limit of $Sb^{5+}$ substitution for the $Sb^{4+}$ sites of $SnO_2$.

In his poetry, the question of time is increasingly religious: How and to what extent cxle can acfiieve apprehension of and union with a timeless God (eternity) in spatialised time. There is an unbreakable relationship betwPxn poetry and religion. Eliot based his poetic pattern and content on religious corxpts. His poetry cannot be fully understood without references to the religious ideas they assume and use. Religion, for Eliot, is a pattern of order, and the pattern of order he shows most fully is the union of time and timeless, at tte still point of the taming world and Logos in his poetry.
