한국인 결절홍반, 경화홍반 환자들의 IGRA 양성률 조사

Background: Erythema nodosum (EN) and erythema induratum (EI) are similar inflammatory diseases of the lower extremities. Several factors (infections, drug hypersensitivity, inflammatory diseases, etc.) have been suggested as the cause of these diseases. Among them is Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) infection. However, there is still a lack of evidence supporting this finding. Objective: This study aimed to confirm whether Korean patients with EN/EI will exhibit positive interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) results and determine the association of these disease with tuberculosis. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics and IGRA test results of 62 patients (46 with EN and 16 with EI). Results: A total of 22 of 44 EN patients (50%) had positive IGRA test results, except for two with “undetermined” results, and 12 of 16 EI patients (75%) had positive test results. This result was higher than that of the control group (15.5%, 292/1887) and showed a statistically significant difference (each p=0.000). Moreover, the proportion of EI patients with positive test results was higher than that of patients with severe psoriasis (35.6%, 112/315; p=0.001). Among EN/EI patients with positive IGRA test results, those treated with antituberculosis therapy (HREZ) showed good response rate. The response rate was 85.7% (6/7) for patients with EN and 90% (9/10) for those with EI. Conclusion: High IGRA positivity was found in Korean EN/EI patients. This finding suggests a significant association between these diseases and tuberculosis. (Korean J Dermatol 2020;58(1):14∼19)

The electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) recently has been used in flight control fields for aircraft because of its benefits of minimizing oil leakage and weight, improving safety, and etc. while independently operating the hydraulic power source and eliminating complex hydraulic piping. The aircraft of which EHA is installed inside, has the thermal management issue of EHA, because of its limited cooling source as compared with the aircraft which installs the traditional central hydraulic system. So, the thermal analysis model which predicts the thermal characteristics of EHA, is required to resolve this thermal management issue. In this study, an oil circulation circuit inside the hydraulic power module comprised of hydraulic pump and electrical motor for EHA was applied. This is for the purpose of developing the internal rotary group of hydraulic power module, which operates under the conditions of high rotation speed and hydraulic pressure. After formulating an appropriate thermal analysis model, the thermal analysis results with oil cooled or no oil cooled hydraulic control module were compared and reviewed, for the purpose of predicting the thermal characteristics of EHA.
Zigbee 무선통신 네트워크 기반 변형측정 시스템 설계 및 개발

본 논문에서는 구조물의 안전한 관리를 위하여 진동현방식 센서를 이용하여 변형을 측정하고 Zigbee 무선네트워크를 통하여 원격 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현한 변형측정기는 진동현방식 센서를 구동하여 출력되는 신호의 주파수를 측정하여 변형을 계산하고, 변형 측정에 있어 요구되는 온도 보상을 위한 온도를 측정한다. 2축 가속도센서를 이용하여 변형의 방향을 측정할 수 있다. 개발한 변형측정기에는 보다 효율적인 모니터링을 위하여 유무선 통신 기능이 있다. 실험을 통하여 개발한 진동현방식 변형측정 시스템이 원격모니터링에 효과적임을 확인한다. In this paper, a system using vibrating wire sensor and zigbee wireless network has been implemented to monitor and manage the structure. The implemented strain controller drives vibrating wire sensor and computes strain from measuring frequency of the output signal. Temperature sensor is included to compensate strain by temperature. Using two axis acceleration sensor of strain controller can measure the direction of strain or deformation. To measure strain more effectively, wired and wireless communication function is included in this device. As results of experiments, it is shown that the developed system can be effectively applied to measure strain of the structure
공간분석기술을 활용한 사전환경성 검토 GIS 의사결정시스템 개발

현재 시행되고 있는 사전환경성검토는 부분 항목별 수치분석이 이루어지고 있어 종합적인 사전환경성검토가 어려운 실정이다. 또한, 수치자료의 활용이 미흡하여 환경성검토 분석결과의 객관성이 저하되고 있고, 평가비용과 시간도 많이 소요되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 8개 사전환경성 검토요소에 대한 지리정보체계의 공간분석기능을 도입하였으며, 개별 요소들의 평가결과를 통한 종합적인 검토를 수행할 수 있도록 사전 환경성검토 GIS 의사결정시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 사전환경성 검토 GIS 의사결정시스템과 기 구축된 GIS 데이터를 활용을 통해 환경성 검토에 객관성이 충족 및 시간ㆍ비용 절감이 가능하여 사업초기에 도로 노선선정 시 사전환경성 검토에 활용 가능할 것이다. 또한, 본 연구 개발된 시스템을 통하여 수치적이고 시각적인 자료를 활용한 평가로 주민의 합의를 보다 용이하게 이끌어 낼 수 있고, 사업초기에 비용과 시간을 절감하면서 도로건설에 따른 환경성을 검토할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The on-going pre-environmental investigation at present is performed by separate numerical analysis of each provision which makes integrated pre-environmental investigation is difficult. The application of numerical data is insufficient, which results to the deterioration of environmental investigation result's objectivity. A lot of time and money is required for the investigation. In this study, the spacial analysis function of GIS was applied on the 8 pre-environmental investigation factors. Pre-environmental investigation GIS DMS(Decision Making System) was constructed to make integrated investigation possible through the use of investigation results for each factor. Through the use of the developed pre-environmental investigation GIS DMS and the pre-constructed GIS data, the objectivity of environmental investigation is sufficient and time and cost are reduced. Therefore, this system can be used for pre-environmental investigation during route selection in the initial stages of road construction. Through the numerical and visual data obtained from the system developed in this paper, it is easier to gain the approval of the public. Furthermore, environmental problems due to road construction can be investigated with less time and money during the initial stages of road construction.
불규칙 삼각망을 이용한 골프장의 지표면적 산출에 관한 연구

In these days, surveying instruments are developing rapidly and the precision is improving continuously. The reappearance of three dimensional terrains of a great precision are possible and the calculation of the area or the volume has a high precision due to the development of the technique of the spatial information system using computer. But actually, in construction site they calculate two-dimensional area using the traditional method, plane table surveying, planimeter, and then get ground surface area through timing the slope correction factor. In this study, I show the defect and inefficiency of the calculation of the area by the traditional methods and survey the area with Electronic Distance Measuring equipment and GPS instrument. With these data, we made the three dimensional terrain model and calculated two-dimensional area and ground surface area. After that, I compared areas that calculated by algorithm method of irregular triangle and analysis of grid method with standardizing the area that calculated by the traditional method. Finally, I suggested more effective and precise method in calculating ground surface area.
