외국인 의료관광객의 만족영향력 예측 연구

본 연구는 외국인 의료관광객을 대상으로 의료관광 만족에 영향을 줄 수 있는 특성요인을 찾는데 있다. 의 료관광 민족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 대상자의 특성에서 유의한 차이를 나타낸 변수들을 가능한 영향 요인으로 선정하여 분석한 결과에서는 전체여행 예산, 의료서비스를 위한 방문 횟수, 직업(자영업), 학력(대학 졸업 이 상), 월평균 가구 소득, 의료비 예산, 방문기간이 유의한 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 영향요인들이 대상자의 의 료관광 만족을 43.5% 설명하였으며, 가장 높은 영향요인은 전체여행 예산으로 나타났다. 의료관광 만족이 구전의사와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향력을 예측하기 위한 분석결과에서는 의료관광 만족요인이 구전의사와 재방문의도에도 유의 한 예측 영향요인으로 나타났다. 즉 의료관광 만족이 1단위 높을수록 구전의사가 있을 확률은 없을 확률보다 1.57배 높았고, 재방문의도가 있을 확률은 없을 확률보다 1.85배 높았다. The purpose of this study was to forecast which factors provided satisfaction for the foreign medical tourist. The study concluded that the following key factors most affected the satisfaction of medical tourism: total travel budget, number of visits for medical services, occupation, education, monthly household income, budget for medical expenses, and the visiting period. Overall satisfaction of medical tourism explained was 43.5%. The influence of satisfaction on medical tourism through a word-of-mouth and the revisit intention was significant. These conclusions suggest that overall satisfaction with medical tourism based on this study's key factors may be an important factor for increasing the word-of-mouth and the revisit intention by the medical tourist in the future.

탄성체 경계 트랙션을 구하는 문제에서 상호 수직 기저 함수를 사용한 역문제 해석 방법의 개발

대부분의 구조해석 문제는 외부에서 주어진 하중에 대한 변형과 응력에 관심을 두고 있지만 많은 경우에서 표면 또는 내부에 주어진 응력이나 트랙션을 구하는 역문제 해석이 필요하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 구하고자 하는 트랙션에서 멀리 떨어진 영역의 변위를 측정하여 미지의 트랙션을 평가하는데 유한요소법을 사용한 역문제 수식화를 적용하였다. 일반적으로 역시스템의 불안정으로 인하여 측정 변위의 작은 오차는 해석 결과에 큰 영향을 주게 된다. 이와 같은 역시스템의 불안정성을 개선하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 구하고자 하는 트랙션에 가까운 단면의 변위를 Gram-Schmidt 수직화 기법을 통한 수직 기저함수 사용하여 예측하고 보다 안정된 역문제를 해석하는 방법을 개발하였고 장점들을 수치 예제를 통하여 보여주었다. Most structural analyses are concerned with the deformations and stresses in a body subjected to external loads. However, in many fields, inverse problems have to be interpreted to determine surface tractions or internal stresses from displacements measured on a remote surface. In this study, the inverse processes are studied by using the finite element method for the evaluation of internal stresses. Small errors in the measured displacements often result in a substantial loss of stability of an inverse system. In order to improve the stability of the inverse system, the displacements on a section near the region of the unknown tractions are predicted by using orthogonal basis functions. We use the Gram-Schmidt orthogonal technique to determine two bases for the displacements on a section near the region of the unknown tractions. Advantages over previous methods are discussed by using numerical examples.

남북한 관광자원개발 계획특성에 관한 우선순위 비교분석

본 논문은 남북한 관광자원개발 계획특성에 대한 우선순위를 비교분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 실증분석 을 위한 자료수집은 남한과 북한 및 중국의 관광자원개발 전문가를 대상으로 하였다. 유효표본은 252부이었고, 남한 에서 회수된 설문지는 154부, 중국에서 회수된 설문지는 98부였다. 조사기간은 2012년 5월 15일로부터 12월 5일까지 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면 관광자원개발 계획영역별 우선순위 분석결과에서 남한은 개발내용이 우선순위 1위였고, 북한은 개발주체가 우선순위 1위로 평가되었다. 관광자원개발 평가대상별 우선순위 분석결과 개발내용 평가대상 가운 데서 남한은 문화관광대상개발 북한은 자연관광대상개발, 개발목표 평가대상 가운데서는 남북한이 관광경제성, 개발 형태 평가대상 가운데서 남한은 특수목적관광자원개발 북한은 관광특구(단지)개발, 그리고 개발주체 평가대상 가운데 서는 남북한 모두 제3섹터형이 우선순위 1위로 평가되었다. The purpose of this study is to identify the priorities with respect to the characteristics of tourism resources development plan between the South and the North Korea. Through a preliminary investigation 287 lists of questions were distributed from May 14, 2012 to December 5, 2012 and from among them 252 lists were used. Expert Choice 11.5 was used to do pairwise comparisons and priorities assessment. Based upon the results of empirical analysis, the priority order sets of the domain of tourism resources development plan should be related to the development contents, the development objects, the development patterns, and the development subjects in the South Korea. Those should be related to the development subjects, the development objects, the development contents, and the development patterns in the North Korea.

거시경제지표와 소비자불만족이 생명보험계약의 해지에 미치는 영향력에 관한 비교 연구

해지율에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 국내외의 연구들은 주로 거시 경제적 요인에 큰 비중을 두어왔다. 이는 경제적 요인이 보험계약의 중도해지에 가장 큰 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정 때문이다. 이러한 가정은 무의식중에 해지율에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 중요하고도 잠재적인 요인들에 대한 관심을 희석시키는 결과를 초래하였다. 그런데 고객의 중도이탈에 관한 마케팅 분야의 주요 연구들은 고객이탈의 주된 원인을 소비자의 불만족 측면에서 규명하고 있다. 따라서 두 요인들이 해지율에 대하여 미치는 영향력의 크기를 비교?평가함으로 보험회사들이 해지율을 개선시키기 위하여 어느 요인에 더 큰 관심을 가져야하는지에 대해서 밝힐 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 분석을 위하여 2000년 1월부터 2008년 12월까지 금융 감독원에 접수된 월별 생명보험 민원데이터 중 일부를 생명보험 소비자의 불만의 대리변수로 사용하였으며, 이에 대비되는 거시 경제지표로 동기간 동안의 실업률, 소비자물가상승률, 그리고 3년 만기 국고채 금리를 사용하였다. 경제적 변수와 불만족요인이 해지율에 대하여 미치는 영향력에 대한 실증분석결과 민원변수들로만 구성된 모형의 설명력이 경제적 변수로만 구성된 모형의 설명력보다 더 높게 나타남으로 기존의 인식과는 달리 불만족 요인이 거시경제지표들 보다 더 큰 영향력을 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 해지율에 대한 각 모형의 분산분해 결과 역시 불만족요인이 거시경제지표들 보다 해지율의 변동을 훨씬 더 많이 설명하는 것으로 나타남으로 이와 같은 사실을 뒷받침했다. Many studies on the factors influencing the lapse behaviors have focused on macro-economic factors. We believe this tendency may lead researchers to ignore the importance of other factors, for example, consumer dissatisfaction, which many researchers in the marketing area consider crucial. This mismatch has motivated us to examine and compare the powers of these factors over the lapse ratio. This study uses monthly lapse ratio data and monthly life insurance complaints received by the Financial Supervisory Service of Korea as a representative of life insurance consumer dissatisfaction, from January 2000 to December 2008, and macroeconomic variables including interest rate, inflation, unemployment rate for the same period. From the empirical tests we conclude that consumer dissatisfaction factors have much more powerful effects on the life insurance lapse ratio than macroeconomic factors in both short term and long term periods.

외국인관광객의 의료관광 만족지표와 척도개발 연구

본 논문은 외국인관광객의 의료관광 만족을 측정하기 위한 지표와 척도를 개발하는데 목적이 있었다. 우선 문헌고찰을 통하여 1차 에비항목으로 63개를 선정하였고, 다음으로 전문가를 대상으로 한 면담조사를 통하여 부적합 한 9개 문항을 제외한 54개 문항을 2차 예비지표 항목으로 설정하였다. 이를 국내관광을 위해 방문한 외국인관광객을 대상으로 2012년 7월 1일부터 2012년 10월 20일까지 조사하였다. 외국인관광객 589명을 대상으로 요인분석을 한 결 과 7개의 요인이 추출되었으며, 이 요인들의 누적 설명분산은 60.9%이었다. 의료관광 만족을 측정하기 위한 지표는 ‘의료서비스의 질’, ‘대응성’, ‘관광연계성’, ‘공감성’, ‘편리성’, ‘신뢰성’, ‘경제성’으로 명명하였다. 결론적으로 한국의 의료관광에 관심과 의도를 가지고 있는 영어, 일본어, 중국어 등 다양한 언어권의 관광객을 대상으로 의료관광 만족 에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증한 척도개발 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was a methodological research to develop an instrument to assess the medical tourism satisfaction of foreign tourist. A primary instrument with 63 questions was developed based on literature review. A group of experts revised individual questions and removed 9 irrelevant questions. This secondary instrument, then, was distriuted from Jury 1, 2012 to October 20, 2012. It was tested with 589 members of foreign tourist. After factor analysis on the final 42 questions, 7 factors were identified; quality of medical service, correspondance, tourism connection, sympathy, convenience, believability, and economical efficiency. The total variance explained was 60.9%. This instrument was statistically reliable and valid to measure medical tourism satisfaction of foreign tourist.
