This paper compared current limiting characteristics of superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) using E-I core due to the location of windings. Since E-I core has three legs and two magnetic paths, the current limiting characteristics of SFCL were expected to be affected by the installation location of windings, either center leg or right/left leg. To analyze its characteristics, the electrical equivalent circuit of the SFCL were derived and the electromagnetic analysis for the SFCL with the designed structure were performed. From the short-circuit tests, the hysteresis curve and the voltage-current trajectory of the SFCL due to the installation location of windings were extracted and compared each other. The SFCL with windings in the center leg of E-I core was shown to be larger magnetizing inductance compared to the one with windings in the right or left leg of E-I, which was analyzed from the hysteresis curve. In addition, larger decreased fault current right after the fault occurrence in the SFCL with windings in the center leg of E-I core was confirmed than the SFCL with windings in the right or left leg of E-I.

This essay tries to adapt literary theories and methods to film in the English novel & film class. The main focus of this essay is to stress post colonialism and the different expressions of films and novels from the same text. The Film industry invests a lot of capital in producing films in order to make more money. Therefore films are originally made to draw a large audience, often stressing sex and violence, while novels pursue aesthetics and ideology. In the latter part of twentieth century, the primary audience for movies grew younger and younger, and this teen aging of moviegoer leads to more youthful, energetic, restless and often discontented films. As an extension of the cine-club tradition in France, film culture becomes a central part of colleges and universities, from unofficial film societies to regular film courses in the classrooms. The social and geographic movement of urban populations to the suburbs encouraged different types of movie going habits and different types of movies that must complete with television. Contemporary literature becomes an invigorating source for film culture. Film offered literature another way of perceiving the world, a visual rhetoric that captured the crisis and desires of a new society. So, teaching film and literature together in the class is more effective and helpful in understanding literary theories and novel.
Beetroot 섭취가 경계성 고혈압자의 GroupIV 대사적 수용기에 미치는 영향

It is reported that beetroot juice supplementation reduces blood pressure in healthy subjects at rest. However, It is not known that beetroot juice supplementation alters the pressor response mediated during exercise and by the muscle metaboreflex activation in prehypertension. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary nitrate derived from beetroot (BR) on muscle metaboreflex and endothelial function in prehypertension compared with placebo (PR). Eleven prehypertensives (24±2 yrs) were recruited in this study. All subjects were assigned in a randomized, double-blind, crossover design to receive BR (70 mL/ day, ~5.6 mmol of NO3 -and PL (70 mL/day, no NO3 -) for 15 days. The subjects completed 2 min static handgrip exercise at 50% maximal voluntary contraction followed immediately by post exercise muscle ischemia(PEMI). On day 15, the same protocol was repeated after BR or PL supplementation. All subjects were continuously instrumented to measure heart rate, stroke volume, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and obtain cardiac output(CO), mean arterial pressure(MAP), total peripheral resistance (TPR) at rest and during static exercise and PEMI. Compared with PL, BR significantly increased resting plasma nitrate/nitrite (NOx) concentration (PL: 147.8±10.3 vs. BR: 193.7±19.2, p <.05) and decreased SBP (133±1 vs 128±2 mmHg, p <.05). Normalized flow mediated dilation (FMD) was significantly increased (BR: 2.24±0.3 vs PL: 1.86±0.2, p <.05). There were no differences in CO, MAP, and TPR between BR and PL at rest and during static exercise and muscle metaboreflex activation. Thus, this study indicates that beetroot juice supplementation improves the endothelium function and reduce blood pressure at rest, while no effects on muscle metaboreflex. Therefore, this study suggests that BR diet are regarded as healthy and associated with low incidence of cardiovascular disease in prehypertention.

In this paper, the magnetization characteristics and the stored energy of magnetically coupled superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL)s using single and double high-Tc superconducting (HTSC) elements were compared. To analyze the magnetization characteristics and the stored energy, the magnetizing current and the flux linkage, which were derived from the electrical equivalent circuit of the SFCL using single and double HTSC elements, were calculated from the voltages and the current measured in the short-circuit tests. Through the comparative analysis on the magnetization characteristics and the stored energy for SFCL using sing and double HTSC elements, the magnetically coupled SFCL using double HTSC elements was shown to be more effective than the SFCL using single HTSC element from the point of view of the magnetic saturation.
휠체어 사용자의 대변기 이용을 위한 화장실 유효바닥면적에 대한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to provide logical basis on enlargement of toilet floor space for the disabled by "ACT ON GUARANTEE OF PROMOTION OF CONVENIENCE OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, THE AGED, PREGNANT WOMEN. ETC" Revised Enforcement regulation [Asterisk 1] (2018.2.10.) and to help with making plans, designs and establishing policies by conducting experimental study with the enhanced floor area regulations. Methods: We conduct Experimental study, field work and interview for this paper. In experimental study, verification of the effective floor area was proceeded by measuring activity space for people in manual wheelchair, electric wheel chair and electric scooter and also reviewed useable area with the space expanded 0.2m both width and depth. In filed work, conducted an observation what other things (ex. sanitary equipment, hand rail and so on) can also affect the active space as well as effective floor space. In the interview, other problems and requirements that were not revealed were experimental study and observation of field work. Results : it's expected to provide better access to toilets for the disabled with the law revision of effective floor area. But, with the usage increasement of enlarged wheel chair and electric wheel chair, expanding side areas of toilet is also highly likely to be required going forward. Implications : Additional research is required on locations of exists and internal arrangement that effect the usage of toilet. It should be led to Universal design by making additional investigation and verification of the users patterns.
