In recent years, the utilization of geothermal energy for buildings has increased significantly. Among the existing geothermal energy systems, open loop systems show better efficiency than closed loop systems because of the direct heat exchange with groundwater or surface water. On the other hand, there are a lack of technical and institutional standardized procedures for the design of open loop systems. Therefore, this study proposes an improved design method of an open loop geothermal system using the borehole thermal resistance based on the result of a numerical study using a commercial finite element program (COMSOL Multiphysics). The borehole thermal resistance obtained using the numerical study was 43% lower than that calculated using the existing method. Consequently, the proposed design method can reduce the design length of a ground heat exchanger by approximately 5%. Similar trends of a lower borehole thermal resistance (42%) and shorter design length of the ground heat exchanger (2%) were also observed in the application of the proposed design method to the open loop system in a military facility.
코로나19 발생 전후 상권 생존율 변화 분석 - 서울 강남구와 대구 수성구를 중심으로

This study analyzed the survival rate of commercial districts before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 by analyzing Gangnam-gu, Seoul and Suseong-gu, Daegu as independent regions, although the background and distribution of commercial districts are similar. In the basic analysis, the size of the commercial districts was much larger in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, but it was confirmed that the distribution by industry was similar. In both regions, there were more openings than closings before the outbreak of COVID-19 in common, but as the COVID-19 outbreak occurred, the closure ratio of businesses centered on face-to-face services increased significantly. As a result of the survival analysis, it was analyzed that most industries were indifferent to the risk of closure of private institutes before Corona 19, but after the outbreak of Corona 19, it was confirmed that the risk of closure of private institutes increased, especially in Daegu, which was the initial spread of Corona 19. As a result of comparing the survival rate between regions, it was analyzed that the risk of business closure in Gangnam-gu increased relatively after the outbreak of Corona 19, confirming that the contraction in the commercial area of Seoul with a large floating population was greater.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 데이터 경제와 함께 주목받고 있는 데이터산업의 경제적 파급효과를 객관적으로 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 산업연관분석모형을 적용하였다. 분석결과 데이터산업은 최종수요 1원 증가 시 1.46539원의 생산유발효과와 0.87133원의 부가가치유발효과, 10억 원 투자 증가 시 9.28146명의 취업유발효과가 나타났다. 그리고 데이터산업의 1원 생산 감소 시 타 산업에서는 0.5905원의 공급지장효과가 나타났으며, 데이터산업의 산출물 가격 5% 상승 시 생산자 물가지수는 0.05137%, 소비자물가지수는 0.05491% 상승하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 1보다 작은 전·후방연쇄효과가 있으며 2015년과 2019년 생산유발효과 비교 시 약 1.5% 상승한 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 데이터산업은 타 산업에서의 수요 증가로 지속적인 시장성장이 예측되며, 내부 기술혁신에 따른 고부가가치산업화로 데이터 산업의 중요도 및 사회적 영향력은 확대될 것으로 전망된다. This paper aims to measure the contribution of the data industry to the Korean economy using inter-industry analysis models. It analyzed the data industry being specified as exogenous in order to identify the economic effects of the industry on other industries using the 2015 I-O table data. The results of it indicate as follows : (1) One won increase in the the data industry sector induces 1.46539 won of production and 0.87133 won of value-added creation effect in national economy. (2) One billion won of investment in data industry sector induces 9.28146 persons of employment. (3) Supply shortage effect and sectoral price impacts in data industry sector are 0.5905 won, 0.05137%, respectively. (4) Inter industrial linkage effects of data industry are relatively lower than those of other industries. (5) The production-inducing effects of the data industry sector are increased from 1.46538 to 1.48710 in 2015-2019. The data industry is expected to continue to grow due to increased demand in other industries and the importance and social influence of the data industry is likely to expand.

In this paper, we develop remote control and monitoring system to optimize the environment factors of piggery using wireless sensor network. Our developed system consists of wireless sensor nodes sensing temperature and humidity, sink node gathering data from sensor nodes and controller to activate environment control system whenever th data from sensors is out of optimal range. Also, the developed system consists of a server to receive data from the controller and send new configuration to the controller and a client to present the information of piggery to users.
