In the microelectronics packaging industry, the adhesion strength between Cu and polyimide and the thermal stability are very important factors, as they influence the performance and reliability of the device. The three different buffer layers of Cr, 50%Cr-50%Ni, and Ni were adopted in a Cu/buffer layer/polyimide system and compared in terms of their adhesion strength and thermal stability at a temperature of $300^{\circ}C$ for 24hrs. A 90-degree peel test and XPS analysis revealed that both the peel strength and thermal stability decreased in the order of the Cr, 50%Cr-50%Ni and Ni buffer layer. The XPS analysis revealed that Cu can diffuse through the thin Ni buffer layer ($200{\AA}$), resulting in a decrease in the adhesion strength when the Cu/buffer layer/polyimide multilayer is heat-treated at a temperature of $300^{\circ}C$ for 24hrs. In contrast, Cu did not diffuse through the Cr buffer layer under the same heat-treatment conditions.

N/A The horizontal continuous casting process with the heated mold was applied to obtain the unidirectionally solidified rods(4∼8㎜ dia.) of pure copper with good surface quality. The results could be summarized as follows. 1. The unidirectional solidification of pure copper rods with good surface(mirror surface) quality could be obtained by placing the S/L interface inside the heated mold cavity even though the cast copper rods were covered with thin copper oxide layer. 2. The casting speed for 4mm dia. rods with mirror surfaces was affected significantly by the mold-cooler distance rather than the cooling flow rate when other casting conditions were fixed. 3. The casting speed was the main factor affecting the oxidation of copper during the continuous casting and the thickness of copper oxide layer decreased almost linearly as the casting speed increased.
CuInSe2 박막의 성분조성 및 분포에 미치는 어닐링 효과

The CIS thin films with the chemical composition of Cu 26.34 at.%, In 29.05 at.% and Se 44.60 at.%(Cu1.05In1.16Se1.81) were prepared by the electrodeposition method and annealed at the temperature of 300, 400 and 500℃ for 30 minutes, respectively. The chemical compositions and distributions of CIS thin films are changed with the evaporation of Se as well as diffusion of Cu, In and Na with the annealing process. Also, the amount of oxygen on the CIS thin films were changed with increasing annealing temperatures. The chemical compositions and distributions of these elements on the surfaces of CIS thin films were analyzed by EDX, AES, and SIMS.
이스라엘 왕에 대한 야곱의 예언과 초기 이스라엘의 왕들을 통해서 본 신정통치의 의미 고찰 ―므낫세지파의 기드온과 아비멜렉, 베냐민지파의 사울

본 논문은 이스라엘 왕에 대한 내용이다. 야곱은 유다지파의 자손에서 이스라엘 왕이 나올 것이라고 예언했다. 야곱의 예언대로 유다지파의 자손에게서 이스라엘의 왕이 나왔고, 그의 후손 중에 예수가 있었다. 그러나 유다지파의 왕은 이스라엘의 두 번째 왕 다윗부터였다. 이스라엘의 첫 번째 왕은 사울이다. 사울왕은 유다지파가 아니라 베냐민지파였다. 야곱의 예언과는 다른 형국이었다. 초기 이스라엘 왕이 유다지파가 아닌 다른 지파의 후손에서 왕이 나온 것이다. 이에 본 논문은 다른 지파의 후손에 왕과 관련이 있는 세 명을 살펴볼 것이다. 그 세 명은 스스로 왕으로 등극한 므낫세지파의 아비멜렉과 이스라엘 백성으로부터 추대되었던 기드온 그리고 베냐민지파의 사울이다. 본 연구를 통해 신정통치에서 왕정통치로 체제가 바뀌게 된 과정과 원인을 살펴볼 것이다. 아울러 세 명의 인물에 대한 고찰은 이스라엘의 왕정통치 체제 특징을 살펴볼 수 있게 할 것이다. 이를 통해 하나님의 주권과 섭리에 대한 이해의 폭이 깊어질 것이라고 기대한다. The thesis is to look up the meaning of theocratic rule: Jacob prophesied that the king of Israel would come from the descendants of the tribe of Judah; Jacob prophesied that the king of Israel would come from the descendants of the tribe of Judah.,However, the first king of Israel was from the tribe of Benjamin, not the tribe of Judah. God tried to achieve divine rule through a ruler; So God chose Saul as king through the prophet Samuel. However, Saul, the first king of Israel, became king according to God’s will, but abandoned God’s will and carried out the monarchy. Although Saul, a figure of Jacob’s prophecy and other tribes, became king, it cannot be said that his reign was a tragedy because he was from another tribe, because God continued to communicate God’s will to Saul.,This means that God intends to achieve divine rule through Saul. The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning of a more fundamental theocratic rule, regardless of the relationship with the king that emerged from other tribes that deviated from Jacob’s prophecy.,We have seen that the new orthodoxy means that the will of God is realized through the choice of God, regardless of tribe, nation, or origin. It is important to remember that God wants to have a divine rule that fulfills God’s will through the person he chooses.
