Complex Formation Between Ferric Ion and Phosphoric Acid

Complex formation between ferric ion and phosphoric acid has been studied in the wide range of the acid concentration(0${\sim}40{\%}$) by uv-visible spectroscopy and by characterization of the isolated products. The electronic spectra of Fe(III)-containing phosphoric acid solutions exhibit two visible bands at 19.2 and 24.1 kK, which are characteristic of Fe(III)-phosphate complex formation. The measurements of acid concentration dependence of the opical density of the 24.1 kK band indicates the presence of two distinct forms of Fe(Ⅲ)-phosphate complexes possibly $[Fe(H_xPO_4)]^{x+}\;and\;[Fe_2 (H_xPO_4)]^{(3+x)+}$. The 1:1 complex has been isolated for characterization, and the phosphate ion was found to be coordinated to the metal in monobasic state whereas the isolation of the dimeric species was unsuccessful. 철(III) 이온과 인산간의 착물형성에 관하여 넓은 인산산성범위(0${\sim}40{\%}$)에서 가시부스펙트럼과 용액으로 부터 분리해낸 화합물을 검토함으로써 연구하였다. 철(III)함유 인산용액의 전자흡수 스펙트럼은 19.2kK 및 24.1kK에서 철(III)-인산 착물형성을 나타내는 두개의 가시부 흡수를 나타내었다. 24.1kK 밴드의 인산농도에 따른 흡광도 변화의 측정으로부터 아마도 $[Fe(H_xPO_4)]^{x+}\;및\;[Fe_2 (H_xPO_4)]^{(3+x)+}$등 두개의 형태가 틀린 철(III)-인산착물이 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 이들 두화합물중 몰비가 1:1인 착물은 고체상태로 분리하는데 성공하였으며 인산이온은 염기도 1인 상태로 금속에 배위되어 있음을 알 수 있으나, 이합체로 생각되는 화합물은 분리해낼 수 없었다.

N/A Purpose: To assess the functional change of salivary gland, recovery of salivary destruction, difference of susceptibility to irradiation between the parotid and submandibular gland, correlation between the xerostomia and excretory rate by irradiation in salivary Tc-99m-pertechnetate in patients with head and neck cancer. Materials and Methods: We evaluated 19 patients with head and neck cancer who Tc-99m-pertechnetate salivary gland scan before, during and after radiotherapy. We measured the uptake of radioactivity every 5 minutes for 60 minutes after injection of Tc-99m-pertechnetate(370MBq). We also evaluated the first excretory function stimulated by 5% citric acid at 30 minutes after injection of Tc-99m-pertechnetate and then the second excretory function stimulated by 10% citric acid at 45 minutes. Results: The mean uptake curves showed a sharp increase at the 1st week of radiotherapy and then showed a gradual decrease afterwards during radiotherapy. And the mean uptake curves after radiotherapy persistently decreased on follow up scans without being recovered. The excretory rates decreased gradually as radiation dose increased and were not recovered after radiotherapy. Our study was not satisfactory enough to show the difference of susceptibility to irradiation between the parotid and salivary gland and the correlation between the symptom of xerostomia and the change of the excretory rates. Conclusion: The parotid and submandibular gland scans using Tc-99m- perechnetate are useful in the assessment of the functional change of the salivary gland by radiotherapy and predicted the functional change of the salivary gland until 1 year-follow up scan. An echogenic lobulated round mass in the head of pancreas was found during abdominal ultrasonography for routine on a 34 vear-old man. CT and MRI showed characteristic findings of lipoma. Clinical followup confirmed intrapnacreatic lipoma, which had been reported only once proviously. This lesion should be added to list of benign connective tissue tumor of the pancreas.

한글해득은 기초 문식성의 발달과 이후의 모든 문식 활동의 기본적인 전제 조건이다. 그간 한글해득의 효과적인 지도를 위한 다양한 시도가 있었지만 한글해득 여부를 판별하고 부족한 부분을 진단하는 검사 도구가 부재했다. 이에 본 연구는 웹 기반 한글해득 표준화 진단 검사 도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 한글해득 능력 구인은 한글해득준비도, 음운 인식, 해독 및 낱말 재인, 문장 청해, 글자 쓰기, 유창성으로 설정하였다. 각 구인별 평가 요소를 추출하고 평가 문항을 개발하였다. 평가 문항은 3회 이상의 검사를 거쳐 수정하고 통계적 검증을 통해 표준화하였다. 더불어 웹 기반 진단 평가 시스템을 구축하여 적용하는 과정을 거쳤다. 뿐만 아니라 진단 검사 결과를 학부모와 교사에게 효과적으로 전달하기 위해 결과지를 구성하였다. 한글해득 여부, 각 구인별 성취도 및 피드백을 제공하고자 하였다. 웹 기반 한글해득 표준화 진단 도구는 한글 미해득자의 조기 선별을 가능하게 한다. 한글해득 여부를 정확하고 효율적으로 검사할 뿐만 아니라, 보다 정확한 피드백 제공으로 효과적인 지도 중재가 가능하다. Hangeul is a basic prerequisite for the development of basic literacy and all subsequent literary activities. but there was no instruments to identify ability to read and write with Hangeul. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based Early literacy Standardized diagnosis instrument. This study select literacy preparedness, vocal sound recognition, decoding, word recognition, writing, fluency as the factors of the early literacy diagnosis instrument. The evaluation items was extracted and the evaluation items were developed. In addition, the results were constructed to effectively communicate the results of the diagnostic tests to parents and teachers. This instrument provides more accurately and efficiently checking of Early literacy. In addition more specific feedback is provided to enable effective map intervention.
