The subway station platform is designed in high platform for quick getting in/out which is against ordinary train platform. Out of 370 Metropolitan subway station platforms, subway stations which have curved platform are about 38%. In these cases, as the distance between subway and platform would become longer, handicapped people"s wheelchairs, baby carriers and old and feeble people can feel uncomfortable when they are getting in and out. Also, passengers often fall into track because of the height difference between high platform and track. And if passengers go down on track to pick up something fallen, they sometime fail to climb up and happen to hit against subway. To solve out these kind of inconveniences and prevent accidents, we have developed subway station high platform safety system and finished tests. This safety system is consisted of safety block, screened door and safety wall. This study explained the composition and function of this system and presented the test result to identify its performance.

농촌전통테마마을의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구: 완주 디지털 산내골을 중심으로

Rural Traditional Theme Villages are one of the village-based businesses, which obtains excellent results. However, it also has brought negative results such as splits in locals due to income disparity, and ill-advised development which does not consider surrounding potential resources, etc. So, this study analyzes several problems of Rural Traditional Theme Villages, and proposes how Rural Traditional Theme Villages can be revitalized by benchmarking other successful cases. First, it is important to pursue differentiation of operating programs for Rural Traditional Theme Villages. Second, it is possible to give weight to elements which show efficiently rural atmosphere to enhance images of Rural Traditional Theme Villages. Third, expanding budget support and securing a new route for budget are definitely needed to cultivate self-growth capability of villages. Fourth, it is necessary to apply experts and facilities of local-based universities, cooperate with relevant organizations, and nurture local leaders by various means such as study in/visits to advanced regions at home and abroad and experts training. Localgovernment should be in charge of nurturing talented people. Fifth, it is necessary to reinvigorate rural economy by networking each Rural Traditional Theme Village, providing a wide range of information on diversified villages to people in cities, and promoting consumption. Moreover, securing immovable customers is important through networking city-rural exchange with city consumers and other organizations, and sisterhood relationship, membership businesses and events. As mentioned above, it is expected that Rural Traditional Theme Villages will be able to be developed continuously as a model for rural revitalization, which is stagnant, by expanding city-rural interchange.

군산항 컨테이너화물 유치를 위한 실태조사연구

군산항 물류 기ㆍ종점(O/D) 분석결과 군산항 컨테이너화물 유치를 위해 단기적인 방법으로서 내륙운송비절감으로 경쟁력이 있는 전북권 및 충청권의 최적권역 물동량을 확보하고, 대외적으로는 현재 군산항에서 가장 많은 화물을 처리하는 인근 중국 항만과의 교류활성화를 통하여 컨테이너화물을 유치해야 한다. 이를 위해 당장 시급한 것은 수요자들이 군산항을 이용하고자 하는데 느끼는 불편사항을 파악하여 개선함으로서 고객만족서비스를 제공하는 일이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 군산항을 이용하고 있고 이용을 고려하고 있는 화주와 선사 그리고 물류업체들을 대상으로 실태조사를 실시하여 애로요인을 파악하였다. 실태조사에 나타난 군산항의 가장 큰 문제는 수심을 확보하여 정기선사들이 입ㆍ출항하는데 걸림돌이 없도록 하여야 하며, 항만운영, 항만관련제도정비, 항만인프라 등을 개선하여야 한다. 위와 같은 사항이 개선되어 군산항에 컨테이너화물 유치가 활발히 이루어지면 정기선사들이 기항하게 될 것이고, 신규항로가 개설되어 적기에 선적하게 되면 물류비절감에 따라 화주들은 군산항을 이용하게 되어 경쟁력이 확보될 것이다. To induce container cargos to Gunsan port, we should struggle on securing the quantity of goods transported from the competitive Jeonbuk and Chungcheong areas by reducing transportation expenses by land, and make an activating plan for the international exchange between Gunsan port and nearby ports in China. As a result, if the plan to induce container cargos to Gunsan port is activated, the regular liners will stop at Gusan port. So the new sea route will be opened so that consignors can ship cargos in the proper time. The consignors will use Gunsan port frequently because of the reduction of distribution expenses. To do so, for the first, many incentives should be implemented to attract container cargos. In addition, various facilities should be fully equipped and improved. This paper is to improve the problems for which consignors, the shipping lines and forwarders may feel uncomfortable when they use Gunsan port. According to the research on the actual condition, the biggest problem in Gunsan port is the depth of water. The management, relation system, infrastructure and information system of Gunsan port are also insufficient. Therefore, this paper will make an alternative plan to improve these problems and help the container cargos induce to Gunsan port.

The purpose of this study is to offer a basic reference for improving the University town into a desirable living, environment analyzing living condition of students around Chonbuk University. Since most of the Multi-Family housing which were designed and constructed in consideration for provider are offered to students without the proper consent for users, the students. To the conclusion, through the interview a questionnaire by understanding the behavior and the actual condition of students' living.
