        As the sustainable development has been raised as a new paradigm of the global environment planning, establishing new concept to preserve and protect environment, and taking steps to conduct on research such environment, have gained a momentum in every academic discipline. And, 'environmental friendly' urban development has recently been a major issue in urban development. It has been wide-spread to understand various activities or structures of urban, viewing urban an 'organic system', as well as to regard urban as a 'limited space', taking into consideration for its just physical growth, and putting the emphasis of developing-oriented aspect. In the respect of physical and planning urban, it has evolved into connecting a more close linkage, and sharing extensive ways of thinking and methods with academic disciplines, such as urban planning, Architecture, environment, and landscape Architecture. Well-known for environmental friendly urban with a more agreeable housing and fresh nature climate, 'eco-friendly' urban has been used as a similar term as a potential, eminent, and an ecological city. The sustainable city can be referred as a comprehensive concept of 'environmental friendly' urban, while eminent city considers nature and city 'residential space', ie, the 'psychological stability and comfort', to a more considerable degree, rather than it considers them 'environmental friendly' city, ecological city and environmental friendly city have often been used as a same concept. But, strictly speaking, the concepts of ecological city and environmental friendly city differ: Ecological city is an absolute and comprehensive concept, which covers the 'dwelling foundation' for circulatory system of physiological metabolism. and ecological characteristics, whereas, environmental friendly city covers all tangible factors, such as environment, ecological system, and freshness, focusing on circulatory system involving ecological attributes. Environmental friendly development in city means to link 'urban environment-preserving planning' with 'urban planning', and build a city steady and potential enough to make urban structure and function 'environmental friendly', aiming at promoting city complex. In the regard, the strings attached to promote and keep good urban environment, depend on each ethnic race, and person, and, the different solutions to it can be put forward. It is difficult to make a consistent analysis and review of environmental problems, but, it can be very significant and meaningful to take into consideration for a wide range of projects and policies, under the premise of 'the Ministry of Environment'. In light of 'global' view, it is integral to set a long-term goal for achieving environmental friendly, rather than short-term goal. And, it is necessary to make a comprehensive approach to developing such environment. The research thesis is designed to make an examination on theories of urban development, and developing stage, along with existing cases, or, major issues of urban planning, as well as shedding light on relevant problems, presenting methods and frameworks of environmental friendly urban development, and furthermore, applying them into existing models of city. Unlike Bundang new town, Seongnam city combines 'two- space structure', which has been suffered from a over-dense use of land, a serious shortage of urban facilities. as the town was built in the 1970s, in a hurry. Hence, the thesis has applied environmental friendly environmental concept into the most pressing task such as urban, housing, reconstruction, and redevelopment project, in a bid to accomplish existing steadfast and environmental friendly urban. In addition, it has found a solution to reviving environmental friendly development. In order to environmental friendly development, where has the most effective effect on existing towns of Seongnam city, planning land sites are required, putting top priority on preserving existing green sites as much as possible. And, it is essential for the launching and establishing stage of global environmental preservation. 지속가능한 개발이 지구환경계획의 새로운 패러다임으로 제기되면서 모든 학문 분야에서 환경보전과 개발을 위한 신개념의 정립과 함께 그 실천방안에 대한 연구가 수행되여 왔으며, 친환경적인 도시발전은 최근 도시개발 분야의 중요한 잇슈가 되고 있다. 도시를 한정된 공간으로 이해하고 외형적인 성장만을 고려한 개발지향적인 관점에서부터 도시를 하나의 유기적인 체계로 보고 도시의 다양한 활동이나 구조를 이해하는 측면을 지향하게 되었다. 도시의 물리·계획 측면에서도 도시계획, 건축, 토목, 환경, 조경 등 제 학문분야에 의한 다양한 사고와 종합적 관계를 더욱 긴밀히 하는 방향으로 전개되었다. 친환경적 도시는 인간의 정주공간을 보다 쾌적하고 자연에 대한 부하를 줄이면서 발전하는 도시로서 지속가능한 도시, 어메니티 도시, 생태도시 등의 개념과 유사하게 사용되어 왔다. 지속가능한 도시는 친환경적 도시의 포괄적 개념이라 할 수 있으며, 어메니티 도시는 친환경적 도시보다 인간의 정주활동, 즉 자연과 도시를 인간의 심리적인 쾌적함의 대상에 보다 큰 의미를 부여하고 있다. 생태도시는 친환경적 도시와 혼용되어 사용되기도 하였으나 생태도시가 생태학적 속성과 일치하는 물질대사의 닫힌 순환체계에 의한 서식기반의 도입이라는 절대적인 개념이라면, 친환경적 도시는 생태학적 속성에 어울리는 순환활용을 지향하는 현실적인 개념으로서 환경, 생태, 쾌적함 모두를 만족하는 개념이라고 할 수 있다. 도시의 친환경적 개발은 도시개발을 위해 도시환경관리계획을 도시계획과 연계하여 도시구조와 기능을 환경친화적으로 변화시킬 수 있는 지속가능한 도시조성과 지속성을 추구함을 의미한다. 양호한 도시환경을 조성하거나 유지하기 위해서 요구되어지는 조건은 시대에 따라, 국가에 따라, 혹은 사람에 따라 다양하고 그 해답 역시 유일 하지 않을 수 있다. 환경문제를 종합적으로 검토해 보면 비록 모든 사람이 판단기준을 제시하기는 어렵지만, ‘환경부하’라고 하는 관점에서 판단하고 이것을 축으로 각종 계획과 개발정책을 고려하는 것이 매우 중요하며, 의미 있다고 할 수 있다. 지속성의 달성은 지구적인 차원에서 볼 때 단기적이 아니라 보다 장기적이어야 하며, 종합적인 접근을 필요로 하며 개발과 환경 모두를 모색하는 개념이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 최근 도시개발 분야의 중요한 잇슈가 되고 있는 친환경적인 도시개발 이론 및 발전단계와 도시에의 적용 선례들을 살펴 그동안의 문제점을 파악함은 물론 앞으로의 도시발전에 요구되는 친환경적 도시개발 방안의 틀을 제시하고 기존 도시에 적용해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 성남시는 분당 신도시의 계획된 시가지와는 달리 1970년대에 급조되어 토지이용의 과밀화, 도시기반시설의 절대부족 등 많은 도시문제를 내포하고 있는 기존시가지와 이원화된 공간구조를 지니고 있다. 따라서 기존시가지의 지속가능한 도시발전을 위한 친환경적 도시개발을 위한 해결책으로서, 가장 시급한 도시환경정비사업, 주거환경개선사업, 재건축 사업, 재개발사업 등에 친환경적 개발 개념을 도입하여 친환경적 공간 재생방안을 제시해 보았다. 성남시 기존시가지에 가장 효과적인 친환경적 개발에 대한 친환경적 공간재생방안은 지구의 지정단계 또는 계획수립단계에서 고려할 수 있는 사항으로서 기존지형을 최대한 보존하고 녹지축이 우선적으로 고려된 토지이용계획이라고 생각된다.

      • 기독교 복음을 적용한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 양육시설 청소년의 자기성장에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 기독교 복음(복음은 모든 믿는 자에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 능력(롬 1:16)이라는 보편적이고 특별한 원리)을 적용한 집단미술치료 프로그램을 통해서 양육시설에 거주하는 청소년들의 자기성장을 실현하도록 돕는 것으로, 집단미술치료를 적용하여 실시하였다. 양육시설 청소년의 자기성장 요소로서 자기이해, 자기수용, 자기실현의 요소를 중재하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 2018년 1월 23일부터 8월 8일까지 K도 O시에 소재하고 있는 H보육원에 거주하는 남녀 2-3학년의 중학생으로 보육원 관계자들의 추천과 사전검사에서 자기성장이 필요한 하위 청소년으로 구성되었으며, 14명의 청소년을 2개 그룹으로 선정하여 실험 - 통제, 사전 - 사후검사 설계(Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design)로 설계, 실시되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 복음을 적용한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 양육시설 청소년의 자기성장에 유의미한 결과를 나타내었으며, 하위요소 자기이해에 가장 큰 긍정적 결과를 나타내었는데 프로그램 실시 전반에 복음의 원리인 그리스도의 보편적 사랑이 있었고 서로가 서로를 지지하는 집단원의 힘 그리고 집단미술치료에 미술매체를 활용함으로 청소년들 간의 소통의 효과를 이끌어낼 수 있었던 요인이 장점으로 나타난 결과로 볼 수 있었다. 그러나 자기수용, 자기실현의 요소는 소폭의 긍정적 변화를 나타내었으며, 이러한 결과는 비교적 단기 프로그램인 12회기로서 하위요소의 단계가 많아 구체적인 자기수용, 자기실현까지 중재하기엔 무리가 있는 구성으로 밝혀졌다. 이에 본 연구를 통한 시사점으로서 기독교 복음을 적용한 집단미술치료 프로그램을 양육시설 청소년들에게 실시한 것처럼 향후 연구에서는 아동, 청소년, 청년, 장년, 노인을 대상으로 기독교 복음을 적용한 집단미술치료 프로그램을 심층적으로 연구할 필요가 있으며, 자기성장, 기독교 복음, 집단미술치료의 연관성을 더 깊이 연구하여야 할 과제를 남겼음을 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to help adolescents living in care facilities to realize self growth through group art therapy program applying the Christian gospel {universal and special principle that Gospel is God’s ability to save all believers (Rome 1:16)} and so this study aimed to arbitrate in self understanding, self acceptance, and self realization factors as self growth factors for adolescents of care facilities. This study was conducted in male and female middle school students – 2nd to 3rd graders living in H nursery school located in City O, province K from Jan. 23 to Aug. 8, 2018. They consisted of adolescents who were recommended by nursery school officials and required self growth in pretest and 14 adolescents were divided into two groups and the study was a pretest-posttest control group design. As a result of this study, group art therapy applying Gospel appeared significant for self growth of adolescents in care facilities and showed the most positive result to self understanding subfactor and there was a universal love of Christ, principle of Gospel across the program execution and the power of group members supporting each other and the utilization of art medium to group art therapy could elicit communication effect among adolescents. But self acceptance and self realization factors showed a minor positive change and such a result was found to be unreasonable to arbitrate specific self acceptance and self realization as there are many subfactors in a relatively short program of 12 sessions. Accordingly this study has the implications. Further studies need to study in depth a group art therapy program applying Christian gospel in children, adolescents, young adults, middle-aged people, and old people, like the group art therapy program applying Christian gospel was executed in adolescents of care facilities and also study more deeply the association between self growth, Christian gospel, and group art therapy.

      • 초등학교 발명반 학생들과 일반 학생들의 과학자에 대한 인식 비교 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 과학자에 대한 초등학교 발명반 학생들과 일반 학생들의 인식을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구를 위하여 K도 D교육지원청부설 초등학교 발명반 학생들 28명과 5, 6학년 일반 학생들 117명을 대상으로 설문 조사와 면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 과학자에 대한 외형적 이미지는 발명반 학생들과 일반 학생들 사이에 유의미한 차이가 없었으며, 정형적인 이미지를 4가지 정도 가지고 있었다. 과학자에 대한 내면적 이미지에 대해서 발명반 학생들이 일반 학생들보다 과학자를 좀 더 긍정적으로 생각하고 있었으며, 과학자에 대한 이미지 출처로는 발명반 학생들과 일반 학생들 모두 과학 잡지와 견학이었다. 존경하는 과학자로 발명반 학생들과 일반 학생들 모두 에디슨을 가장 높게 응답하였으며, 과학자를 존경하는 이유에 대해서 발명반 학생들은 천재성과 의지 및 노력 등의 개인적인 특성이라고 응답한 반면에 일반 학생들은 과학적 업적이라고 응답한 비율이 높았다. 이러한 연구 결과로 볼 때, 초등학교의 일반 교실과 발명 교실에서 초등학생들이 과학자에 대한 정형화된 이미지를 탈피하고 과학 잡지와 견학을 활용할 수 있도록 하는 교수-학습 방법의 개발이 필요하다.

There are, however, many adults whose actions are very similar to those of little children due to developmental delay in their characters. Though they are adults in calendar age, they have not grown mature in social, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. They are considered “adult child” who behaves like children. Adult child is struggling with unsolved childhood problems. The memory of their deprived childhood is still impacting their everyday lives. They didn’t develop intimate relationship among family members, resulting in underdeveloped mental character. Their developments of character had been severely malnourished by the lack of loving and caring relationship with their parents. This malnourished mental character often causes various problems and conflicts in social life and interpersonal relationship. The main purpose of this study is to present deeper understanding of the negative effects of adult child who grew up in dysfunctional family in the light of relationship with family members and others. As a minister who strives to direct and help various individuals live happily in intimate personal relationship among the members of community, the author undertook this study to find the answer to the question of how to help adult child grow mature in personality and establish intimate personal relationship by healing his broken heart. So, this study has proposed plans for the healing of adult child's broken heart in terms of pastoral counseling by focusing on diagnosing various problems that adult child is facing. This study focused on the relationship between parents and children that induces the formation of personality of adult child. In this study, methods for healing of mentally adult child's broken heart were devised, with the problems adult child has due to dysfunctional his family experience in mind. This was done primarily by examining important researches done so far. This paper is composed of five chapters as follows. Chapter 1 described the key question of the study, purpose of study, and research method and scope. Chapter 2 covered pastoral counseling, interpersonal relationship, object relation theory and family systems theory for the healing of the broken heart of adult child. Chapter 3 handled the characteristic of adult child and the attributes of broken heart of adult child. Chapter 4 examined the symptoms of the broken heart of adult child and plan for the healing of the broken heart of adult child. Lastly, Chapter 5 presented the main theme of the author in the entire process of the study, summarized the present study, and suggested the ministry plan for the healing of broken heart of adult child in the local church.

      • A study on biblical healing counseling

        Many people, whom we might call clients, live self-centered lives, and are desperate for healing. Therefore. They require true assistance from the counselors who have already experienced victorious lives. It is certain that they can help the clients to enjoy abundant life through the principles of Biblical Healing promised by Jesus. It is also true that this study is designed for those clients. In chapter 2, I explained that the self-centered man has some emotional and spiritual problems including illness due to psychic courses when he does not experience Biblical Healing. In Chapter 3, I introduced these principles of Biblical Healing and showed some examples of the abundant life. Chapter 7 clarified what genuine spiritual maturity is. The characteristics of Christ's presence in man's life were revealed in chapter 8. In the last chapter, I emphasized that God is the only Healer in Biblical Healing. I want to finish this study by summarizing some attitudes of the counselors and the clients, which must be paid lose attention to. First, the role of the counselor is so important that they should experience Biblical Healing themselves before they make an attempt to heal others. They need to be prepared. God will lead the counselor in His will. "Remember how the Lord your God led you all the way in the desert these forty years, to humble you and to test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands" (Deuteronomy 8:2) God allowed the people to despair who were once enslaved by Egyptians. Israel was changed as she went through many tests, so that God could use her for His glorious purpose. It is true that everyone needs to be trained in hardship before he works for God. The counselor should learn how God heals him during the testing time. Unless the self is put to death, how can he help others? This is the furnace of affliction (Isaiah 48:10). God wants to work on us first and then others. The Lord calls the counselor in His grace to serve Him. He has to make the counselor humble in His sight. God, in His wisdom, allows the counsellor to bear afflictions to taste the power of the resurrection (Philippians 3:10) God is the best Counselor for the counselors. "We die for Jesus in order that His life may be revealed through us. " We should know that this is the only way God chooses. Secondly, God is a true Healer in counseling and we should allow the Holy Spirit to work through the process of healing(Zechariah 4:6). Henceforth, the counselor does not heal the clients for himself, but serves them as a spiritual guide. For this work, he should abandon the role as a healer and commit himself to the Holy Spirit so that He will change the client's life. This is the most difficult job for him. It is natural that the counselor wants to help the client when he is in pain or feels unstable. But it is difficult for him to let the Lord work in the client's life by waiting for the changes made by the Holy Spirit. It is said that the counselor is only a tool used by the Holy Spirit. Healing will be achieved by the true counselor, the Holy Spirit. The counseling by the Holy Spirit results in the release from spiritual or mental problems caused by a maladjusted life. Thirdly, it is necessary that the client should admit his inability to resolve his own problems. He must surrender to Jesus Christ and truly believe the things promised by God in the Bible. It is no use trying to crucify himself on the cross. It is impossible to crucify ourselves on the cross for ourselves. Therefore, know the truth of the Bible. "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:32). "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me...' (Galatians 2:20). Each of God's children is special to God. It does not mean that God just wants to help His children but means that He longs to redeem us from all problems! The criminal in prison does not need just help in prison, but the release from the prison. In Psalm 142:7, David says "Set me free from my prison, that I may praise your name." When our will is submitted to God's control, we are able to keep the promises of Psalm 50:14,15 deep in our mind. " Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most High, and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you and you will honor me." God saves us from unhappiness due to the self-centered life so that not only are we filled with joy and rest, but also he is honored by us. This is a mystery. "To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory." (Colossians 1:27) In Galatians 2:20, Paul says, "1 have been crucified with Christ" God challenges us to receive all sources of Christ as ours. "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:7). Fourthly, we should understand the true purpose of Jesus coming into this world. God sent his one and only son to us in order that we can be saved from sin. "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners-of whom I am the worst"(I Timothy 1:15). However God doesn't allow us to work for Him through our old self after we are saved and forgiven. We are not redeemed from sin to remain in trouble. God's will is to reconcile us with Him and to bring us out of self-centered life. In addition, he is eager to work through us. Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly. (John 10:10). It is God who can give us a happy or an abundant life. These facts should be accepted by us. "For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land with streams and pools of water, with springs flowing in the valleys and hills; a land with wheat and barley, vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey; a land where bread will not be scarce and you will lack nothing; a land where the rocks are iron and you can dig copper out of the hills." (Deuteronomy 8:7-9).(NIV)
