빈곤여성의 자활간병인으로서의 일 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 자활간병사업에 참여하는 빈곤여성들이 인식하는 그들의 일 경험을 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위해 5명의 자활간병인을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하여 자료를 수집하고, 수집된 자료를 가지고 범주화 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 자활간병인의 일 경험은 의미단위 총 74개로 5개의 주제묶음(대범주)과 16개의 하위범주로 범주화하여 분석하였다. 주제는 (1)전쟁터- ``고통속 인내``, ``가장 밑바닥 일은 나의 몫``, ``차가운 장벽 앞에 서기``, (2)``이중소속 하지만 어디에도 없는 자리`` - ``선택권 없음``, ``앞앞이 말 못함``, (3)``때로는 적군이면서 아군`` - ``꼬리표가 따라다님``, ``닮고 싶지 않은 모습``, ``동변상련``, (4) ``자활참여자로 살가기`` - ``희망이 안보임``, ``현상유지``, ``수치심을 느낌``, (5)``희망키우기`` -``낙인아닌 혜택``, ``긍정의 힘``, ``일하게 하는 원동력``, ``작은 소망 품기``로 범주화하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 자활간병인들의 일 경험을 긍정적으로 변화시키고 자활의지를 높일 수 있도록 실천적 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand how destitute women participating in self-supporting caregiver programs feel about their work experience. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 5 self-supporting care-givers engaging in such projects, and the collected data was categorized for analysis. To be specific, it was found that their work experience consists of 74 units of meaning and, based on this, those units have been examined under 5 large categories and 16 sub-categories. The 5 large categories are as follows:1. Battlefield , 2. No sense of belonging despite being listed in two groups , 3. Foe or Ally? , 4. Leading a life as a self-supporting care-giver , 5. Growing Hope. In addition, the aforementioned categories are accompanied by 15 sub-categories, which include respectively:1. Endure surging pain , consider all worthless chores as mine and face harsh and cold reality , 2. No options left and unable to have moans and groans over every matter , 3. Being stigmatized , nobody wants to follow our footstep and misery loves company , 4. No hope foreseen , status quo and humiliation , 5. Benefit rather than stigma , the power of positive thinking , motivation to work and holding out small hope . Based on these findings, the study put forward practical and policy suggestions that can change work experience of self-supporting care-givers in a positive manner and help them stand on their own feet with stronger determination.

Sleep changes substantially with age. There is a phase advance in the circadian sleep cycle and increased waking after sleep onset. The elderly people wake more frequently during the night and experience fragmented sleep and excessive daytime sleepiness. The prevalence of sleep disorders increases with age, and the composition of sleep disorders in the elderly differs from that in the young. The most frequently encountered sleep disorders are psychophysiologic insomnia, sleep disturbance due to dementia, sleeprelated respiratory disorder, restless legs syndrome and periodic limb movement disorder, and REM sleep behavior disorder. To treat the elderly sleep problem appropriately, it is important to know how sleep pattern changes as we age and to understand the cause of sleep-related symptoms. This article will review the sleep physiology and common sleep disorders in the elderly.

인스타그램 브랜드 계정 이용 동기가 이용 만족과 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 이용과 충족 이론을 토대로 인스타그램 브랜드 계정을 이용하는 사람들의 이용 동기는 어떻게 구성되며, 이러한 이용 동기가 인스타그램 브랜드 계정의 이용 만족과 지속적 이용 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살피고자 하였다. 인스타그램 브랜드 계정 이용 동기의 측정 항목을 수집하기 위해 인스타그램 브랜드 계정을 이용하고 있는 사람들을 대상으로 사전 조사를 실시하였고, 이후 탐색적 요인 분석과 확인적 요인 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 인스타그램 브랜드 계정 이용 동기로 ‘사회적 상호작용’, ‘정보 획득’, ‘이용의 유용성’, ‘이용의 즐거움’, ‘브랜드 호감’의 다섯 가지 요인이 도출되었다. 또한 인스타그램 브랜드 계정 이용 동기와 이용 만족, 지속적 이용 의도의 관계를 구조방정식을 통해 분석한 결과, ‘이용의 유용성’은 이용 만족에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 반면에 지속적 이용 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 이용 동기는 없었다. 인스타그램 브랜드 계정의 이용 만족은 지속적 이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 BC법을 통한 간접 효과의 유의성으로 플로우의 매개 효과를 분석한 결과, ‘사회적 상호작용’, ‘정보 획득’, ‘이용의 즐거움’이 플로우에 완전 매개하여 이용 만족에, ‘사회적 상호작용’, ‘이용의 유용성’이 플로우에 완전 매개하여 지속적 이용 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Based on U&G theory, this study is to investigate the relationship as well as how the use motivations of Instagram brand account are consisted, and how the use motivations influence satisfaction and continuous use intention of Instagram brand account. After conducting pre-test for people who use Instagram brand account, we did EFA(exploratory factor analysis) and CFA(confirmatory factor analysis) to collect items which are use motivations of Instagram brand account. As the result, the use motivations of Instagram brand account are found to have five elements of ‘social interaction’, ‘acquisition of information’, ‘usefulness’, ‘pleasure of use’, ‘brand likeability’. In addition, the result about the relationship between use motivations, satisfaction and continuous use intention through SEM(structural equation model) reveals that only ‘usefulness’ significantly effects on satisfaction. On the other hand, there are no significant motives that effect on the continuous use intention. Satisfaction positively effects on continuous use intention. The result on mediation effect of flow through BC method(bias-corrected percentile method) reveals that ‘social interaction’, ‘acquisition of information’ and ‘pleasure of use’ are fully mediated satisfaction. ‘Social interaction’ and ‘usefulness’ are also fully mediated continuance intention.

기울기가 일정한 코드를 사용한 개선된 PDP용 subfield 기법

본 논문에서는 plasma display panel에서 동영상을 표현할 때 발생할 수 있는 dynamic false contour (DFC) 등의 화질 열화를 개선할 수 있는 subfield 기법에 관하여 고찰한다. 인접한 subfield 들간의 시간 길이 차이로 인하여 DFC가 발생한다는 사실을 파악하고, 그 차이를 일정하게 유지하는 기울기가 일정한 code를 제안한다. 그리고, 에러의 첨두치와 지속 시간의 trade-off 관계를 고려하여 에러의 절대값의 평균을 최소화 할 수 있도록 상이한 시간 길이를 갖는 subfield들을 배열한 code를 제안한다. 제안한 subfield 기법은 계조값에 비례하여 에러의 크기가 증가하는 것을 보임으로써 인간의 시각적 특성 관점에서도 적합한 방법임을 입증하였다. This paper presents a new subfield method that can alleviate the visual artifact called the dynamic false contour (DFC), which occurs on plasma display panels. Nothing that the DFC is caused by the difference of time intervals between the adjacent subfields, we propose a constant slope code, in which the differences are maintained to be constant. Also, we propose a subfield code that can minimize the mean absolute error, considering the trade-off between the peak magnitude of the error and its duration. We will show that the proposed subfield method maintains an adequate performance in the view point of the human visual system, since the bound of the errors increases with the gray scale.
