본 연구는 골프장 제공서비스와 재구매의도 분석을 규명하기 위하여 연구의 대상자는 D광역시에 소재하는 골프장 및 골프연습장에서 골프회원 활동에 참가하는 20대 이상의 성인 남ㆍ녀 총 364부를 SPSS 17.0 & AMOS 7을 이용하여 자료 분석의 목적에 따라 전사적 통계처리를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 일반적특성에서 성별과 핸디에 따라 코스 관리, 물리적 환경, 혼잡지각, 인적서비스, 운영서비스, 재구매의도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였다. 구력은 물리적 환경에서 3년 미만의 응답자들이 다른 구력에 비해 물리적 환경 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인과관계를 보면 내적 환경만족은 외적 환경만족과 재구매의도에 매우 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 내적 환경만족의 구성요인은 인적 서비스와 운영서비스로 골프장을 운영하는 실무 직원들의 역할이 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 재구매의도를 강화하기 위해서는 제공서비스에 대한 교육과 관리가 매우 중요하다는 것으로 알 수 있다. 일반 대중들의 소득의 향상과 골프와 관련된 각종 규제의 완화 덕분에 골프는 더 이상 일부 계층의 사람들만이 즐기는 운동이 아니라 대중적인 운동으로 확대되어가고 있다. 하지만 이런 저변의 확대에도 불구하고 아직 정확하게 골프장 만족도의 향상을 위한 연구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 골프를 즐기는 재구매의도를 강화하기 위해서는 제공서비스에 대한 교육과 관리 및 프로그램개발이 필요함으로 앞으로 좀 더 많은 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. This study investigates the influences of service repurchase intention and satisfaction on the inner outer environment satisfaction after participation of customers in golf course. The subjects of this research were the customers who used golf course in D region on 2011. They were less than 20 or more than 50 years old. The survey was conducted with 364 participants by means of the purposive sampling. Based on the colleted data, this survey were analyzed Cronbach"s Alpha, T-test, factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation and ANOVA by using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7. The result of this study was summarized as follows: first, The result from analysis reveals that sex, handy and career was not related with a service charge or repurchase intention , but the satisfaction of system service on a physical environment had influences in order on customer"s career. Second, the satisfaction of inner environment had important impacts on outer environment and customer"s repurchase intention . this paper I showed one line of research focused on the point of human service and management service as inner environment. This study also requires further studies and this study will be supplemented.

디스크골프는 전 세계에서 가장 급성장하는 스포츠중의 하나이다. 미국을 중심으로 캐나다, 유럽, 일본, 호주, 대만 등 생활스포츠로 수많은 동호인과 대회를 통해 빠른 성장을 하고 있다. 우리나라에는 2007년부터 본격적으로 보급되기 시작했지만 제도적 지원의 부족으로 인한 디스크골프 코스의 부재, 전문가 육성 교육시스템의 부재, 상업화 우선의 사회풍조, 생활체육 지원사업의 구조적 모순으로 현재까지 일부 극소수의 동호인만이 활동을 하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사례국의 디스크골프 보급과 저변화가 국내에도 적용되기 위해서는 정책 제도적으로 주무부서 및 관계 지차체, 해당기관의 적극적 지원을 통한 지역별 디스크골프코스의 개발이 가장 우선적으로 시행되어야 하며 전문가를 통한 생활체육 지도자를 육성하여 지역별 동호인과 스포츠인재를 육성함과 함께 디스크골프 프로그램 전문 운영자를 통한 지역별, 기간별 대회와 전국대회 및 국제대회를 개최하여 자발적이고 지속적인 생활체육활동을 위한 참여 동기와 환경을 제공해야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. This study aims to review the necessity of Disc Golf as a life sport program and propose directions for Disc Golf regarding the policy support, the environmental utilization and development of sport and park facilities, the development on efficient life sport program operation for distribution and Activation. The policy support status and the condition of facility environment and the actual status of Disc Golf in Korea are investigated. For the data analysis, inference method and content analysis method are performed in parallel. And based on the procedure from the analysis, the following conclusions are drawn. First, Disc Golf has High Value as an Environment Friendly Sport for All. Disc Golf is not restricted by economy, time or space and does not damage the nature. Second, Many Policy Supports Provided for the Distribution and the Base Expansion to become a Sport for All. Third, The Facility"s Environmental Composition is the most Important Factor in the Distribution and the Activation of Disc Golf. Fourth, For Voluntary and Continuous Participations, Professional Program Operation is Required. Fifth, Through Efficient Utilization of Space, Excellent Facility Environment for Disc Golf can be Established.

본 연구의 목적은 중년기 성인이 죽음과 관련하여 갖는 불안의 내용과 죽음불안의 유형을 확인하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 중년기 성인들을 대상으로 한 심층면접을 통해 죽음불안 관련 총 150개 문항을 추출한 후 수차례 논의를 거쳐 최종 34개의 Q진술문을 채택하였다. 이 진술문은 카드로 만들어 중년기 성인남녀 29명의 연구대상자로 하여금 9점 척도의 Q분포도상에 강제 배분하도록 한 후 심층면접을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 얻어진 자료는 PQMethod2.30프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 중년기 성인이 나타내는 죽음불안은 네 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 제1유형은 자기 자신에게 일어날 일에 대한 불안이 높은 유형으로 자율성 상실에 대한 걱정이 가장 컸다. 제2유형은 남겨질 가족들의 심리적 경제적 고통에 대한 걱정과 불안이 높은 유형으로 나타났다. 제3유형은 가까운 사람과의 관계상실을 불안해하는 유형으로 이별 또는 분리로 인한 상실과 고통을 걱정하는 것으로 나타났다. 제4유형은 어둡고 공허한 느낌의 죽음 그 자체가 불안한 유형으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 각 유형에 따라 중년기 성인의 죽음불안을 극복하고 건강한 삶을 영위하도록 돕는 심리적 개입방법이 논의되었다. The purpose of this study was to identify and understand types of death anxiety in middle-aged by the Q-methodological approach. Through the literature review and interviews with 15 mid-life adults, 150 items were collected. After discussion among researchers and professionals, 34 Q-statements concerning in death anxiety were selected. 29 participants were asked to sort Q-statements using the principle of Forced Normal Distribution and then follow-up interviewed for closer look and reasons for the Q-sorting. The data were collected and analysed by PQM program. As a results, four types came out: The 1st type, they worried about what would happens after death and losing their autonomy. The 2nd type, they worried about that family members or relatives would have the psychological and economic distress. The 3rd type, they worried about the loss of ties with the close of the relationship and concerns the loss and anguish caused by separation . The last type, they worried about the end of one`s own life, with feeling of dark and empty. Based on the results, we discussed how help middle-aged adults to lead a healthy life.
