금융서비스현대화법(Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)에 대한 小考

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act is the result of the efforts towards the new next century and it bringing to an end a twenty year effort to expand bank powers by amending the Glass-steagall Act and the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956. Although styled as banking reform legislation, the new law will have a wide-ranging impact on the financial services industry generally. Due to this Act, the environment of the financial services industry generally. Due to this Act, the environment of the U.s.' financial services will became more efficient and competitive. But we can expect many issue will come out from the Act, either. Certain issues, like the " financial in nature", are welcomed as indicative of the dynamic quality of the new financial services regulatory system that is still evolving. Other issues, concerning securities regulation reform, will put off serious issues, often for decades. Korea Congress has passed Financial Hlding Company Act, so, it seems valuable for us to research the Gramm Act. What is the challenges in regulatory policy? Is it suitable for our country's regulatory system? What is the premise of this Act? But before we think about these concerns, we have to focus on the more basic issues of financial holding company in Lorea, such as the cleanness of the accounting systems and the maturity of the corporate governance system. So, the authors insist upon two foundation stones for Financial Holding Company Act in Korea, one is "Statements on Business Combinations and Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets" and the other is "Corporate and Auditing Accountability, Responsibility, and Transparency Act of 2002(ARTA)" which were have passed and acted in the U.s.

관상피내암종의 조직학적 분류에 있어서 그 기준으로써 공통적으로 사용된 소견은 핵등급, 면포형 괴사 및 성장유형이었다. 그러나 최근의 분류(Tavassoli, 1992; Tavassoli and Man, 1995; Poller 등, 1994; Holland 등, 1994; Silverstein 등, 1995; Millis, 1996)에서느 핵등급과 면포형 괴사만을 분류의 기준으로 사용하고 있고 성장유형은 포함시키지 않는 경향이 있는 것 같다. 이는 관상피내암종의 성장유형은 너무나 다양하고 혼합형으로 자라는 경우가 많아 관찰자간의 재현성이 떨어지고, 이와 반대로 핵등급이나 면포형 괴사는 관찰자간의 재현성이 비교적 높을 뿐만 아니라 여러 가지 생물학적 표지자와도 관련이 잘 지워지기 때문으로 생각한다. 관상피내암종의 분류나 등급매김에 있어서는 연구자마다 사용하는 용어가 다르고 그들이 정한 등급의 기준이 서로 다르나 대체로 세 등급으로 나뉘어짐을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 국내에서는 유방의 관상피내암종에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이므로 이에 대한 지속적인 자료의 축적과 연구가 필요하리라 생각한다.

The purposes of this study were mix design and quality-control of high strength concrete for the construction of high rise apartment. Desired performances of this high strength concrete were slump flow 50±10㎝, air content 4.5±1.5% and design strength 400㎏f/㎠. Experimental flow was that optimal mix design was selected in the indoor experiment and after that, producing test was done in the batcher plant acceptable results of experiment was obtained from binder content 475㎏f/㎠ with replacement ratio 10% of fly-ash. Until not, the results of field application of high strength concrete have been acceptable both flowability and compressive strength.
SBR에서 BNR 슬러지 식종비에 따른 영양염류 제거 특성

Biological nutrient removal (BNR) sludge was added to a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) in the addition ratios of 0%, 20%, 40%, 50% while observing the variation of nutrient removal characteristics and microorganism groups. When the BNR sludge was added in a ratio over 40%, the characteristics of EBPR (enhanced biological phosphorus removal) was shown at the 27 days. However, a distinct BNR was not shown when the addition ratio of BNR sludge was lower than 40%. The organic removal efficiency were shown as 90% in all SBRs irrespective of the addition ratio of BNR sludge. At the 27 days, the phosphorus removal efficiencies were shown as 40%, 55%, 77% and 69%, respectively, according to the addition ratio of BNR sludge. Overall, efficient nitrification and phosphorus removal was shown when the added BNR sludge ratio was over 40%.
