독일 상호문화교육의 역사적 배경과 스포츠교육학적 접근방식에 대한 고찰

서로 다른 언어와 문화적 배경을 가지고 함께 배우고 생활하고 있는 학교의 모습은 독일에서는 이제 평범한 일이 되었다. 초등학교 한 학급의 반 이상의 아이들이 러시아, 터키, 폴란드, 그리스, 이란 등 다양한 국적을 가지고 있으며, 외국인노동자 자녀들뿐만 아니라, 정치, 종교, 학업상의 이유로 이주해 온 가족의 자녀들이 학교에 진학하여 함께 생활하고 있기 때문이다. 민족주의적 성향이 강했던 독일에서는 이미 오래전부터 이민화와 다문화가 진행되어 왔으나, 다문화사회에 대한 논의는 사실상 1970년대 후반부터 외국인노동자의 자녀들이 학교에 진학하게 되면서 본격적으로 시작되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 독일 상호문화교육이 발생하게 된 사회-역사적배경에 대해 간략하게 살펴보고, 상호문화교육에 대한 독일 스포츠교육학적 관점들이 어떠한 입장에서 어떠한대안을 수행하고 있는지 그리고 어떠한 시행착오를 거쳐 왔는지 그 발전과정에 초점을 맞추어 분석, 파악하고 자 하였다. 한국사회에서도 과거 단일민족의 사고에서 벗어나 다문화사회로의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하기 위해 여러 학문분야에서 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그럼으로 본 연구에서는 독일 상호문화 스포츠교육 발전과 정의 이해를 통해 한국 다문화 사회에서 체육교육의 역할과 방향에 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. This study introduce about approaching way of intercultural education in Germany, In Germany it had become to normal that the children with diverse cultural learn together at school. More than half of the class an children came from the Russia, Turkey, Poland, Greece an Iran. Political migrants as well as foreign worker lived in Germany and from beginning of 1970s, their children enroll in school. Since then it has become a social issues with Migration und Integration and started to discuss for intercultural education seriously. In this Study will be explore the historical background of intercultural education and development of intercultural sports didactics in Germany. The approch and discours on the intercultural education and concepts from sportspedagogy in Germany can be classified as follows: "Integration through the sports", "Intercultural movement education" and "Intercultural learning in physical education class". This study will be proposed some viewpoints to set up intercultural movement and sport education through human movement and sport activity in Korea.
