        대학생들의 수영프로그램이 혈중 지질에 미치는 영향

        Subjects of this research are swimming circle member of university. Blood lipid was measured at before the program beginning, after 4weeks participation, after 8weeks participation. Result shows next. 1. Change of HDL-C based on participation period. For male, Change of HDL-C based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 52.75±7.87mg/dl to 49.25 ±1.64mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 54.60±10.14mg/dl before program to 53.00±7.28mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents that period, period×group, between group has no difference. 2. Change of LDL-C based on participation period. For male, Change of HDL-C based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 104.77±23.45mg/dl to 97.50±17.07mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 102.28±17.16mg/dl to 98.05±15.02mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents difference among period, however, no difference period×group, group. 3. Change of TC based on participation period. For male, Change of TC based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 172.75±33.72mg/dl to 158.75±21.04 mg/dl after 8weeks participation For female, present decreasing tendency from 171.00±25.32mg/dl to 168,00±20.05mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents no difference among period, period×group, group. 4. Change of TG based on participation period. For male, Change of TG based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 76.12±38.39mg/dl to 60.00±23.79mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 67.80±30,45mg/dl to 85.00±28.42mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents no difference among period, period×group, group.

        Result of analysis of walking and running training to 50-60yrs female non-insulin depentent diabetic patients presents next; Blood pressure of constriction period presents, based on training type, high during the training but is reduced during the recovery period. Analysis of heart rate based on training type presents high during the training but is reduced recovery period. In the result Exercise prescription programs for the non-insulin-depentent diabetic patients are required to maintain their Blood pressure and heart rate.

        Purpose of this study investigated on exercise type for bone mineral density in middle aged womens. The results were as follows: 1. Change of bone mineral density resistance exercise Resistance exercise group was increased after exercise. Resistance were analysis presented different. 2. Change of bone mineral density of aerobic exercise Aerobic exercise group was increased after exercise. Aerobic exercise were analysis presented no different.

      • 40대 비만여성에게 수중걷기운동이 신체구성 및 혈중 지질변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of aquatic-walking program on body composition and blood lipid factor for women with obesity. The subject for this study were 10 obesity women. Subject participated in 12weeks of aquatic-walking program[Water depth: 1.3m, Water temperature: 27-28℃, Intensity: RPE 11-13(brisk walking), Total walking number: more than 4500 step, Walking stride: more than 70 cm] to four time per week for 60 min. And the change of body composition factor, blood lipid factor have been measured before and post 12 weeks respectively. The following results were obtained from this study. Aquatic-walking program group showed a significantly decrease of %body fat as compare with control group after 12weeks of aquatic-walking program. Especially, aquatic-walking program group showed a significantly decrease of triglyceride as compare with control group after 12weeks of aquatic-walking program. As the above results, we could suggest that aquatic-walking program could have an effect on obesity solution when applied to woman with obesity.

        30~40대 여성의 CWT와 WT 참가시 신체조성의 변화

        Purpose of this paper is to find out transform of body composition and physical fitness of middle aged woman after 3wk, 6wk, 9wk training and circuit promgram. Result of the research is as follows: 1. Transform of body composition based on training period. Weight of WT group was decreased after 9 week training and fat of body percent, fat mass was also decreased in CWT, WT group. In the case of free fat mass, CWT group presents increasing tendency, However, WT group presents decrease. Analysis of split plot design describes interaction between periods and group in weight and fat of body percent. 2. Transform of skimfold thickness based on exercise period. Triceps of WT group was decreased after 9 weeks training and Biceps, Suprailiac, Thigh of CWT group was increased after 9 weeks training. Transform of Subscapular was decreased in both group CWT, WT. Abdominal was decrease in CWT group. Analysis of split plot design describes interaction between periods and group in triceps, biceps, abdominal and thigh. 3. Transform of physical fitness based on exercise period Number of Back-strength, grip strength(1eft and right) and sit-up was increased in group CWT, WT both. Analysis of split plot design to identify physical fitness transformation describes no - interaction between periods and group. In conclusion, participation of exercise for middle aged woman is effective for body composition, physical fitness and qualified life. Additional research is required for middle aged woman exercise training program

        This study focused on comparison of body composition in Body Builders. All of the resistance exercise have exercised over 4 weeks. Average variation of body composition was calculated. The measured data were analyzed by SPSS for windows 10.0 and Indepent Samples Test analysis. The reults were as follows : Comparison of body composition in body builders presented decrease in weight, soft lean mass on exercise after. Comparison of Body fat in body builders presented decrease on exercise after. Body fat were analysis presented differences. Comparison of Lean Body Mass in body builders presented decrease on exercise after.

      • 수영훈련에 따른 운동 전·후 혈중 지질농도의 변화

        Purpose of this study was to identify blood lipid concentration affected by swim training. 13 subjects(8 male, 5 female student) were sampled and only HDL-C, LDL-C, Total cholesterol, triglyceride were measured. 1. TC and HDL-C were decreased after swimming, However, no difference in TC. 2. LDL-C were decreased after swimming, Especially change of LDL-C in female students presented difference. 3. TG in male students were decrease after swim, However, in the female students, TG become increase after swim. TG analysis presented no difference.

        This study focused on comparison of body composition between hypertensive patients. All of the yoga exercise have exercised over 12weeks. 1. Comparison of weight of yoga exercise presented decrease on exercise before than exercise after. Analysis of weight presented no differences. 2. Comparison of muscle sodium of yoga exercise presented increase exercise after than exercise before. Analysis of muscle sodium presented no differences. 3. Comparison of % fat yoga exercise presented decrease on exercise after than exercise before. Analysis of % fat presented no differences.

      • 인슐린 비 의존형 당뇨병 환자들의 걷기운동 참가가 신체조성 및 인슐린 길항호르몬에 미치는 영향

        Purpose of this research was to focused on change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone and body composition after 3wk, 6wk, 9wk walking. Subjects of the research were 40=50yrs NIDDM women patients who never participate exercise. The measured data were analyzed by SPSS for windows 10.0 and one-way repeated ANOVA. The results of this were as follows : Weight, Fat mass, Percent fat, Lean body mass, BMI of body composition were decreased as increase of exercise period. No difference appear on Weight, Fat mass, Percent fat, Lean body mass, BMI of body composition under one- way repeated ANOVA analysis. Concentrations of Glucagon and Growth Hormone based on change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone were decreased as increased of exercise period. However, Cortisol was increased as exercise period was increased. One-way repeated ANOVA analysis for change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone presented difference on Glucagon. The research found that Walking was very effective in control of NIDDM and additional experiments for design more effective exercise program were required.
