NCM-CV 주철 제동디스크와 다양한 패드의 적합성 평가

The research analyzed dynamo test results to evaluate compatibility between brake disk made of NCM-CV cast iron and various pads. The dynamo test was executed with one kind of resin pad and three kinds of sintered pads suitable for 200 km/h trains according to a program which refers to UIC 541-3. The thermocouples were established in specific location in order to measure the temperature of disk and pads. In addition, the thermal imaging camera was used for capturing the instantaneous thermal characteristic of disk. The research results may be utilized to use as basis data of pad development for NCM-CV brake disk hereafter.
공작기계의 선형경로에 대한 오차모델을 이용한 제어기 설계

The work presented here deals with controller desgn using error model constructed with proportional control ramp response. The design aims at the improvement of transient response, steady-state error reduction with stability presrvation, generation of the consistent contour error through the proportional gain regulation of a mismatched system. The first step is to generate tracking-error curve with proportional control only and decide the added error signal shape on the error curve. The next is to construct a table for the steady-state loop gain with step input. The table is used for selecting the proportional gain. The effectiveness of the proposed controller is confirmed through the simulation and experiment.

The paper is about the development of 6-DOF active vibration isolation systems using VCM. Firstly, formulate the vertical 3-DOF mathematical model under eccentric load, and compare the model with the case in which the center of mass is located at the centroid. And then, complete the 6-DOF mathematical model by formulating the horizontal 3-DOF mathematical model. Find main parameters by comparing the result of the frequency response test with simulation result on the model. Finally, achieve the performance of vibration isolation by applying loop shaping approach & feedforward controller.

Optical tables provide a platform for the establishment and test of measurement systems which use Laser. Therefore, not only static characteristics such as surface flatness, static stiffness and etc. but dynamic response characteristics is very important design parameter. The dynamic stiffness is generally estimated through the modal test, and compliance is used as a representative performance standard. Recently there is an example of defining the dynamic deflection coefficient and using it as a new performance standard of the dynamic stiffness, but it is not generalized yet in industry. In this study, we verify the validity of existing DDC calculus by making an experiment on granite. And for improvement in damping performance of optical tables, we are going to evaluate the effect of fillers on the compliance, then develop an epoxy adhesive based on the result of this experiment.

The first step is to generate tracking-error curve with proportional control only and decide the added error signal shape on the error curve. The effectiveness of the proposed controller is confirmed through the simulation and experiment.
CV-NCM 주철재 제동디스크의 성능 검증을 위한 다이나모 시험연구

The study is to analyze dynamo test results for various commercial pads in order to verify the performance of brake disk with CV-NCM cast iron. The developed brake disk will apply to 200 ㎞/h tilting trains that is being developed as one part of project for speed-up on Korean existing railroad. The test program is made out suitably for braking condition and performance of test equipment by referring UIC 541-3. Two kinds of resin pad and one kind of foreign sintered pad suitable for 200 ㎞/h trains are used as various commercial pad for the dynamo test. The data aquisition for the maximum and smallest temperature, hot spot, etc. on disk and pad is performed by using the thermocouples and thermal imaging cameras. From this research, we obtained braking characteristics between CV-NCM cast iron disk and pad of various material and will be utilized usefully as basis data of performance optimization of developing sintered pad.
