밀폐형 ATAD system을 이용한 하수슬러지/음식물쓰레기 통합처리 공정 설계

본 연구에서는 도시고함수율 유기성폐기물(MWWT)의 처리를 위하여, 음식물 쓰레기의 처리에 사용되었던 컨테이너 호기성 퇴비화 시스템과, 계분 및 축분처리에 사용되었던 직립 상향 기계식 교반기를 조합하여 개발하였다. 호기성 처리 공정은 운전이 쉽다는 점과 운전비용이 저렴하다는 점, 자연에서 이용하기 가장 편리한 안정된 부산물을 만들 수 있다는 장점에도 불구하고, 염분의 농축, 과도한 부형제의 사용에 의한 경제적 부담의 증가 및 설비의 대형화 등의 장애물을 가지고 있다. 개발된 공정은 이러한 문제점을 보완하고자 하수슬러지는 초기의 수분조절 및 고속발효를 위해 직립 밀폐형 반응조에서 5일간, 음식물쓰레기는 탈염과 수분조절을 위해 밀폐형 무교반 필터에서, 침출수는 폐수처리 장치에서 처리하였다. 실험결과 국내 퇴비에 품질규격을 만족하면서 부자재의 사용량을 3% 이내로 조절할 수 있어 기존공정의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. In this study, biological treatment process of MWWT(Municipal wet-waste Treatment) has been developed through a moduling of the containerized closed ATAD(Auto thermal aerobic digestion) system & closed vertical dynamic acerator, which were used for food waste and cattle manure, respectively. Though biological process has several advantages such as low concentrations of heavy metals and salts, proper and stable C/N ratio and constant reaction rate against the process treating two wastes separately, it has a obstacles of salt concentration and much usage of bulking agent such as wood chip. After rapid oxidation in the boxed tower reactor for 5 days, the content of sewage sludge would be reduced 65% on around, might be mixed with the food waste that had been treated in the static closed reactor during 6 days and put in the secondary static reactor for curing. During composting process, the odor contained in the gas generated from the reactor was removed by passing it through a biofilter as well as the leachate was treated in the wastewater treatment facility. Consequently, it seemed to be possible to compost sewage sludge at mild and stable operating condition and at low cost through the biological ATAD process resulting in the production of organic compost satisfying the specifications regulated by itself.

We studied the community fluctuations of benthic macroinvertebrates of forest fired area in Samcheok-si from 2001 to 2009. Total collected macroinvertebrates species were 18 belonging to 14 families 8 orders 3 classes and 2 phyla in 2001 and 70 belonging to 40 families 15 orders 7 classes and 5 phyla in 2009(9 years after the forest fire). During the first four years after the forest fire dipteran insects were dominant but after then ephemeropteran insects have increased in abundance and richness. As time elapsed from the fire dominance indices were decreasing while species diversity richness and species evenness indices were increasing.
군위댐 건설 공사가 저서성대형무척추동물 군집 변동에 미치는 영향

Benthic macroinvertebrates were seasonally sampled from upstream and downstream of the Gunwi Dam construction site from 2006 to 2012. Totally 148 and 165 species were collected at the upstream and downstream sampling sites, respectively. At the upstream area after dam construction, there was no significant change of the numbers of non-insect taxa, but at the downstream area, the non-insect taxon numbers were increased gradually. The individual ratio of Ephemeroptera and Diptera had higher value than the other taxa in both of up and downstream. The trichopteran individual ratios were increased in upstream sites, but decreased in downstream sites from 2010. Also, non-insects and coleopteran individual ratios were decreased in upstream, but increased in downstream after completion of dam construction. The annual range of fluctuation in community indices narrowed after construction. According to a functional feeding group analysis, the individual ratios of FC (Filtering Collector) were increased, and GC (Gathering Collector) and SC (Scraper) were decreased in upstream sites annually. In contrast, the annual individual ratios of FC were decreased, and GC and SC were increased in the downstream sites.
조위 및 수온, 염분 데이터를 이용한 동해 연안의 해수면 변화

Long-term change in sea level along the eastern coast of Korea was illustrated using four tide-gauge station (Pohang, Mukho, Sokcho, Ulleung) data, water temperature and salinity. Seasonal variation in the sea level change was dominant. The sea level change by steric height derived from water temperature and salinity was relatively lower than that measured from the tide-gauge stations. Sea level rising rate per year by steric height increased with latitude. The effect of salinity(water temperature) on the sea level change is greater in winter(in summer).

To analyze between water quality and community structure of benthic macroinvertebrates, we selected four reservoirs (Lake Sayeon, Lake Daeam, Seonam reservoir and Lake Hoeya) in Ulsan-si and studied them from February 2010 to October 2010. The annual mean BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) in the four lakes was 14.2 mg L-1, and Seonam reservoir had the highest deviation in BOD. The maximum BOD for every lake was in February and their minimum in May, except for Lake Hoeya whose minimum was in July. The means of various nutrients were as follows: TN 0.05 1 mg L-1, TP 0.100mg L-1, NH3-N 0.606mg L-1, and N03-N 0.014mg L-1. The maximum TN was measured in June and the maximum and minimum TP were measured in March and in May respectively in the four lakes. Benthic macroinvertebrates were surveyed in April and October 2010. The number of benthic macroinvertebrates species was in the range of 16~36 and the average number of individuals were 58~208 inds. m-2. Seonam reservoir, which has the highest mean TN (0.082 mg L-1) and NO3-N (0.023 mg L1), had the largest number of species (36 species, 208 inds. m-2). Pearson`s correlation between the number of macro invertebrates species and TN was 0.962 (P<0.05), and between the species and NO3-N was 0.999 (P<0.05). These results show that the number of benthic macroinvertebrates species of the four lakes in Ulsan-si is significantly correlated with TN and NO3-N.
주왕산국립공원 수계의 저서성 대형무척추동물 군집구조 및 유사도 분석

2009년 4월부터 10월까지 4회에 걸쳐 주왕산국립공원의 4개 계곡에 서식하는 저서성 대형무척추동물의 군집구조를 조사하였다. 조사결과 총 5문 7강 15목 46과 101종이 출현하였다. 분류군별 종수는 곤충류가 하루살이목 32종, 날도래목 25종, 강도래목 14종, 파리목 11종, 딱정벌레목 4종, 잠자리목 3종, 뱀잠자리목 1종 그리고 비곤충류가 턱거머리목 3종, 부리거머리목 2종, 등각목, 단각목, 삼기장목, 연가시목, 중복족목, 물지렁이목이 각각 1종씩 채집되었다. 우점도지수는 St. 3이 0.33으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다양도지수는 St. 4에서 4.78, 풍부도지수는 St. 4에서 6.73, 균등도지수는 St. 1에서 0.81로 가장 높게 나타났다. 섭식기능군은 주워먹는 무리와 긁어먹는 무리에 속하는 하루살이류와 파리류가 전 조사지점에서 우점하였으며, 잡아먹는 무리도 높게 나타났다. 각 지점별 유사도 분석을 실시한 결과, 가장 유사도 지수가 높은 지점은 St. 2, 4로 0.48, 그리고 St. 1, 3이 0.47로 나타났다. This study was conducted for searching the fauna, community structure and similarity analysis of the benthic macroinvertebrate on Juwangsan National Park. The species were collected 4 times of 4 sites during April to October in 2009. The identified species were 101 species belong to 46 families, 15 orders, 7 classes, and 5 phyla. Insecta were collected with Ephemeroptera 32 species, Trichoptera 25 species, Plecoptera 14 species, Diptera 11 species, Coleoptera 4 species, Odonata 3 species, Megaloptera 1 species and the non-insecta were collected with Arhynchobdellida 3 species of Rhynchobdellida 2 species, and Isopoda, Amphipoda, Tricladida, Gordea, Mesogastropoda, Archioligochaeta 1 species respectively. In the results of community analysis, the highest score of dominance index was 0.33 in St. 3, diversity index was 4.78 in St. 4, richness index 6.73 in St. 4, and evenness index was 0.81 in St. 1 respectively. In the functional feeding group, the Ephemeroptera and Diptera which belong to GC and SC were the highest in all surveyed sites, and P group was appeared highly also. In the result of the similarity analysis of each site, similarity index was 0.48 in site 2 and 4 and St. 1 and 3 was 0.47.
