개인화 지도 서비스를 위한 HTML5 벡터지도 설계 및 구현

현재 웹 서비스에서 활용되고 있는 이미지 지도의 기능적 한계와 비용 이슈로 인해 사용자들의 요구사항을 정확히 충족시켜줄 수 없는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 HTML5 기술을 이용하여 벡터 지도 제작 및 이를 활용한 기능과 서비스를 구현하여 사용자들의 목적에 적합한 개인화 지도를 제작하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 기존의 웹 환경에서 활용되는 이미지 기반의 지도에서 기울임 및 회전기능에서의 시인성이 떨어지는 문제를 HTML5 벡터지도에서 해결하였다. 그리고 지도정보를 접근하여 배경과 명칭 데이터를 선별적으로 표출하는 기능을 구현하여 지도 표출의 다양한 결과를 도출하였다. 또한, 성능 비교 결과로서 상용화 지도 서비스에서 최소 0.78sec에서 최대 7.56sec 의 최초로딩 소요시간 범위에 포함되는 0.88sec의 소요시간이 측정되어 상용화 가능성을 도출하였다. 전국 도엽을 제작하기 위한 이미지 지도의 총 용량 180GB에 비해 벡터 지도 제작 용량은 90% 이상 감소한 2.5GB로 제작되어 저장 공간에 대한 비용 이슈를 해결하였다. 결론적으로, 본 연구의 HTML5 벡터지도 설계 및 구현에 대한 연구는 다양한 정보의 활용 및 기능 확장을 통해 공간 정보를 활용하는 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 정보를 제공하는 방안을 제시하였다. At these day, owing to functional limitations and cost issues, used image map in web service have a problem which can not make exactly meet the user needs. This study aims to create an individual map for user suitable purposes using HTML5 technology that implement the vector map creation and its functions with services. The results of this study, the invisible problems of the tilting and rotation functions in image-based map utilizing the existing web environment were solved in HTML5 vector map. And to access the map information, by implementing the function of expressing the background and name data to selectively derive, various results were expressed in the map. Also, as a result of a comparison of performance the time required was measured at 0.88sec which comes in the range of the first loading time between 0.78sec and 7.56sec in a commercial map service, which showed the possibility of its commercialization. compared to 180GB of image maps for the production of a national map index system, the volume to produce a vector map was 2.5GB, a decrease by over 90%, which solved the issue of costs for a storage space. As a result, this study of HTML5 vector map design and implementation presented a plan for providing information suitable for the requirements of the users who use spatial information through utilizing a variety of information and expanding functions.

As the management environment is rapidly changing, the enterprises are largely recognizing importance of an information system. Enterprises has considered EA as a useful tool to attain agaility, alignment between business strategy and IT strategy, and IT management efficiency. The present research used a simultaneous word analysis to conduct a systematic search·analysis on EA research trend. With co-word analysis the study provided insight on EA research trend by country. Also, the present research provided research trends by time period, and thus suggested future EA research. 급변하는 경영환경 하에서 기업은 보다 신속하고 적절히 대응하기 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 신속한 대응력 확보, 경영전략과 IT 전략의 연계, IT 관리의 효율성 확보를 위한 유용한 도구로서 EA에 대한 연구가 지속적인 관심을 받고 있지만 EA 연구의 전반적 동향에 대한 분석은 미비하였다. 본 연구에서는 동시단어분석을 사용하여 EA 분야 연구의 동향과 향후 방향을 제시하였다. 국가별 EA 연구 동향을 파악하였고, 200년 이후 연도별 시기에 따라 성장 혹은 쇠퇴 연구 분야를 살펴봄으로써, 향후 EA 연구 분야에 대한 통찰력을 제공하였다.

청소년과 대학생의 게임중독이 우리 경제에 미치는 영향과 입법정책 방향

우리의 미래인 청소년의 보호는 곧 나라의 미래라고 할 수 있다. 이런 청소년이 게임 중독 증상을 보이며, 이를 모방한 범죄도 증 가하고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷 중독은 마약과 같다고 할 수 있다. 하면할수록 계속 더 많이 하게 되어 있다. 청소년은 자아가 형성 되었다고 하지만 보호해야만 하고 보호할 가치가 있다. 우리는 게임 중독을 방지하기 위한 다양한 사회제도를 만들고 있다. 크게 의학적 치료이고, 다른 하나는 정책적 정비이다. 정책 적 정비는 입법정책적 정비와 프로그램 정비로 나눌 수 있다. 입 법정책적 정비를 위해 셧다운제도, 쿨링오프제도를 추진 또는 예 정 중이다. 이를 위해서는 프로그램 정비가 필수적이다. 하지만 이 러한 입법정책적 정비에도 불구하고 교묘하게 빠져 나가는 현상 이 발생하고 있는데, 이를 보완할 필요가 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해서는 업체와의 공조가능성, 프로그램의 현실화, 입법정책적 정비를 해야할 것이다.

일본 GIS의 이용 및 법률적 소고

지리 정보 시스템(GIS:Geographic Information System)은 위치나 공간에 관한 정보를 가진 데이터(공간 데이터)를 종합적으로 관리, 가공하여 시각적 으로 표시할 수 있는 고도의 분석이나 신속한 판단을 가능하게 하는 기술이 다. 일본에 있어서의 GIS의 이용은 1975 년경에 일부의 정부 기관 등에서부 터 시작되었다. 그 후 지방공공단체나 민간에 있어도 도입이 진행되어 지도 나 도면을 작성하는 특정의 전문적 업무에 있어서의 이용이 중심적이었다. 그 후 GIS 의 본격적인 실용화는 1995 년 7 년 1 월의 한신·아와지 대지진 의 영향을 계기로 정부가 GIS 에 대하여 대대적인 추진을 시작하게 되었다. 그 중심이 되는 것이 “국토 공간 데이터 기반”의 정비이다. 특히 법률적으로 국토조사법, 국토조사촉진특별법, 지리공간정보활용추진기 본법으로 이어지면서 체계화 과정을 겪었다. 특히 기본법에서 규정하고 있는 기본계획의 수립으로 인해 지리공간정보의 활용은 구체화되었다고 할 수 있다. 기본계획은 재해에 강한 지속가능한 국토의 형성에 기여, 2. 새로운 교통물 류 서비스의 창출, 3. 인구 감소, 고령사회의 안전⋅안심하고 질 높은 삶에의 공헌, 지역산업활성화, 신사업⋅신서비스의 창출, 5. 지리공간정보를 활용한 기술과 구조의 해외 전개, 국제 공헌의 진전을 목표로 지속적인 발전을 하고 있는 것이 일본의 현실이다. 이런 지리공간정보는 구글어스, 재해예방, 지진대책 등을 수립하는 등에 다양하게 활용하고 있다. The IoT where various types of information is connected with things via the Internet has dramatically spread, and the wave of the "Fourth Industrial Revolution" in which new industries and services emerge one after another by utilizing big data and AI is surging. The Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI) is the national organization that conducts basic survey and mapping and instructs related organizations to clarify the conditions of land in Japan and that provides the results of surveys to help improve this land. The Basic Act on the Advancement of Utilizing Geospatial Information(hereinafter, "AUGI"), which is dubbed NSDI Act of Japan, was enacted on May 30, 2007. The purpose is to advance policies concerning AUGI in a comprehensive and well-planned manner by establishing basic principles and clarifying the responsibilities of State and local governments as well as defining basic elements for policies on AUGI, in view of the fact that AUGI is essential in establishing the economy and society in which the people can live their lives securely and abundantly at present and in the future. During the reign of Queen Elizabeth I, the Golden period of English drama, political power was considered highly theatrical, and that theatricality of power was practiced by the court. The theatrical propensity of power in his time was subtly appropriated to safeguard the sovereignty of the Tudor monarchy and at the same time, the political power of theatricality in the plays was utilized by rebellious figures in their attempts to attain political power, thereby overthrowing the ruling monarchs. This article examines how politics and theatricality are interwoven in Henry VI Part 2. Slandering the weaknesses and incompetence of Henry VI as the ruler of the nation, the Duke of York (Richard Plantagenet) attempts to usurp sovereignty through the theatrical strategies of hypocrisy and deception. He manipulates Jack Cade into rousing rebellious forces and throwing the nation into chaos. Jack Cade imitates and parodies men in power in an exaggerated way. Yet the mob frenzy and the absurd situations created by his revolt against the ruling power eventually serve to legitimatize Henry VI’s act of containing them.

『리처드 3세』: 관객과의 공모

This study approaches the idea of theatricality and observes Shakespearean characterization in the text of Richard III, focusing on communicative theatricality, which means that a drama text fundamentally assumes the dynamic relations over the space in the theatre. Richard III invites the audience into the dramatic world and makes them participate in his own conspiracy through dramatic devices. He justifies his vicious acts by using such theatrical devices as repetitive and self-revealing soliloquies and asides. With his theatrical ingenuity, he warps the traditional value system and eliminates his political adversaries. This is why this play, despite the villainous nature of the title character and the grim storyline, succeeds in fascinating the spectators and getting them to applaud. Shakespearean histories have been analyzed with his political intentions as to whether he serves the Elizabethan authority. This paper links the two ends, politics and aesthetic appreciation, and examines how politics and theatricality are interwoven in Shakespeare’s historical plays.

불교의 사회 영향력 제고를 위한 한국 종교지형 내의 불교지형

이 연구는 한국 종교 지형 중 불교 지형을 살펴보고, 불교의 사회적 영향력을 높이고 역량을 강화하는 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 따라서, 이 연구는 한국 종교의 역사적 전개와 불교 지형을 조사한다. 이는 '종교와 종교의 관계'와 '종교와 사회(세계)의 관계'가 중심이 될 것이다. 2000년대 한국 종교지형의 주요 특징은 우선 종교 간, 종교와 사회 간의 '갈등'이 고조된 점이다. 두 번째로 신자유주의에 의한 종교시장의 양극화, 마지막으로 포스트모더니즘의 영향 중 하나인뉴에이지 운동의 상승이다. 2015년 종교인 조사에 따르면 불교 신자는 10년 전보다 310만 명 줄었다. 종교시장과의 통합적 관점에서 보면 감소의 원인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종교적으로 편향된 이전 정부들의 정책에 대해 의존적이었고, 따라서 불교 인구 감소현상은 당연한 결과였다. 둘째, 교육, 의학, 언론, 법률 등 세속적인 분야에 대한 불교의 기여는 충분치 못했다. 셋째, 불교는 전통의 틀에 고착되어 세상의 필요와 갈증을 충족시키지 못해 비제도 불교현상도 일어나고 있다. 따라서 미래 불교는 우선 불교 내부의 자정능력과 혁신능력이 미래 불교의 주요 동력이 될 것이다. 둘째, 20, 30세대의 대안이 분명히 필요하다. 셋째, 불교교육을 바탕으로 한 불교사상의 확립과 실천, 다양한 시민운동을 통한 사회적 영향력의 강화, 뉴에이지 운동의 긍정적 수용 등이 필요하다. 그러나 불교의 미래를 부정적으로만 보는 것은 아니다. 불교는 기본적으로 배타적 성격보다는 개방적 다원적 성격의 측면이 강하다. 이러한 불교의 특성은 미래사회의 가장 적합한 종교가 될 수 있는 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 또 인간 소외 현상이 일어날 수 있는 4차 산업혁명에서 불교는 치유를 통해영원한 행복을 찾는 데 큰 역할을 할 수 있다.

온라인 리뷰 유용성의 결정 요인에 대한 연구

온라인 상점이 활성화되고, SNS를 통해 개인의 의견을 주고 받는 문화에 익숙한 이용자들이 현저히 많아지면서, 온라인 상에서 다양한 제품 리뷰의 접근성이 높아졌다. 제품 리뷰는 잠재적 구매자의 구매 단계에서 간접적 경험을 하게 함으로써 구매 의사결정에 많은 영향을 미친다. 따라서, 상품을 만드는 기업이나 판매자의 입장에서는 유용한 리뷰를 가려내는 일이 중요하다. 또한 리뷰어의 입장에서도 다른 사람들에게 도움이 되는 리뷰를 적는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 온라인 리뷰의 유용성(Helpfulness of Review)에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 요소를 찾아내고자, 여러 학문(경영정보학, 전산학 및 정보추출 분야)에서 도출된 최신의 이론과 연구 결과들을 기반으로, 아마존에서 판매하는 상품들을 대상으로 입력된 6000여건 리뷰의 특징을 분석하였다. 나아가, 디지털 샘플링이 가능하여 제품구매에 앞서 선경험을 할 수 있는 제품인지의 여부에 따른 조절 효과(Moderator Effect)를 고려함으로써, 제품의 종류를 새롭게 볼 수 있는 시각을 제시하며, 의미 있는 제품 군 차이에 따른 리뷰의 상대적인 특징을 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 발견된 리뷰의 유용성을 결정짓는 요인들은 향후 효과적인 온라인 판매자의 리뷰 활용 및 노출 전략 수립에 핵심적인 고려 요소가 되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 유용한 리뷰를 작성하는 데에, 그리고 충분한 사용자의 반응이 확보되지 않은 상황에서 중요한 리뷰를 사전에 식별하는 데에도 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다. With the full-fledged operations of many online stores and the conspicuous increase of the number of users who are well versed in the online culture of exchanging personal opinions through SNS, the accessibility to diverse product reviews has been heightened online. Product reviews exert major effects on purchasing decisions by affording potential users to have indirect experience before making a buying commitment. Thus, it is critical for product manufactures or online sellers to be able to distinguish helpful reviews. Also, it is necessary to understand how to write more helpful reviews from the perspective of reviewers. To identify those factors that have significant effects on the helpfulness of online reviews, the present study has examined key characteristics of 6000 reviews written for the products offered by Amazon, building upon the recent theories and empirical findings accumulated across multiple disciplines (MIS, CS and IR). Further, this study has examined the moderation effect of whether the product is subject to digital sampling experience, providing a new perspective on understanding the relative characteristics of reviews written for meaningfully different product categories. Those factors that have been identified by this research as determinants of the helpfulness of online reviews are suggested as essential considerations for establishing effective review utilization and exposure strategies. Also, the study findings are expected to contribute to writing helpful reviews as well as identifying important reviews early when sufficient reactions from the users are not yet secured.
