        원만성, 정서지능, 성적 만족 및 배우자의 신체 매력이 결혼 만족에 미치는 효과: 관계유지행동의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 원만성, 정서지능, 성적 만족 및 배우자의 신체 매력이 결혼만족에 미치는 효과와 이들 선행변인과 종속변인 간의 관계를 관계유지행동이 매개하는지를 알아보는 데 있다. 조사는 M 조사회사의 등록 패널을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 총 893명의 자료가 분석에 이용되었다(남자 458명, 여자 435명). 구조방정식 모형을 이용한 분석 결과, 원만성, 정서지능, 배우자의 신체 매력 및 성적 만족이 관계유지행동에 유의한 정적효과를 보였다. 정서지능, 배우자의 신체 매력 및 성적 만족은 결혼만족에 유의한 효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 4개의 독립변수 모두 결혼만족에 미치는 영향을 관계유지행동이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 정서지능, 성적 만족과 배우자의 신체적 매력은 관계유지행동에 대해, 성적 만족, 배우자의 신체 매력은 결혼만족에 대해 상대적 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 남녀 자료 따로 구조방정식모형을 검증한 결과, 남성과 여성간의 구조모형에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 결혼만족을 위해서는 지속적인 관계유지 노력이 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 성적 만족, 배우자의 감정에 대한 이해 및 정서적 조절이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of agreeableness, emotional intelligence, spouses physical attractiveness, and sexual satisfaction on marital satisfaction and whether relationship maintenance behavior mediates the relationship between these antecedents and dependent variables. This survey was conducted through an online survey of the registered panel of survey company M. A total of 893 data (male = 458, female = 435) were used for analysis. As a result of analysis using the structural equation model, agreeableness, emotional intelligence, spouses physical attractiveness and sexual satisfaction showed significant positive effects on relationship maintenance behavior. Emotional intelligence, spouses physical attractiveness and sexual satisfaction were found to have significant effects on marital satisfaction. For all four independent variables, relationship maintenance behavior was found to mediate the effect on marital satisfaction. Emotional intelligence, sexual satisfaction and spouses physical attractiveness were found to have a large relative influence on relationship maintenance behavior, and sexual satisfaction and spouses physical attractiveness had a large relative influence on marital satisfaction. The results of examining the structural equation model separately for male and female data, it was found that there was no difference in the gender structural model. The implications of this study were that continuous relationship maintenance efforts are necessary for marital satisfaction and for this, sexual satisfaction, understanding of spouses emotions, and emotional regulation are necessary.

        임신랫드에 투여한 Butyl Benzyl Phthalate가 차산자에 미치는 영향

        Butyl benzyl phthalate(BBP) is a member of phthalic acid esters(PAEs) and is used extensively as a plasticizer in floor tiles, adhesives, synthetic leathers and hairspray. BBP is reported to be developmentally toxic, but it was to be nonregulated chemicals by Ministry of Environment in Korea. This study was investigated on the effect of BBP treatment on during gestational period of the dams and their fetuses. Sprague-Dawley rats were given BBP by oral administration at 0, 10, 100, 1000 mg/kg on days 1 to 21 of gestational period. One half of them was sacrificed at 20 days of gestation, and the rest was sacrificed at post parturition 21 days. Approximately one half of live fetuses in the gestational 20 days were randomly selected, fixed in 95% ethanol, stained alizarin red S and examined for skeletal malformations. At maternal findings, there were some significant changes in organ weight compared with control groups, especially in absolute liver weight and absolute kidneys weights by BBP but it was not dose dependent. As the BBP dose was increased; the uterus and ovary weight of treated dams were decreased in absolute and relative organ weight, except of 1000 mg/kg group. The post-implantation loss per litter was significantly increased at 1000 mg/kg treated group. As the BBP dose increased, the more dams showed estrus cycle changes such as estrus, proestrus earlier thaμ the control. In BBP 1000 mg/kg treated group, almost all pregnant rats had miscarried. At fetus findings, the body weights were decreased by administration of BBP. In female(F1) rats, there were significant changes in absolute and relative liver weight in BBP 10 mg/kg treated group. In genital organs, there were significant changes in absolute uterus weight in BBP 10 mg/kg treated group and there were inclined to increase of uterus weight in BBP 100 mg/kg treated group. In contrast, more high-treated group was inclined to decrease of ovary weight. In male(Fl) rats, there were significant changes in absolute and relative prostate weight in BBP 10 and 100 mg/kg treated group. Also, there were significant changes in absolute and relative testis weight in BBP 10 and 100 mg/kg treated group. The incidences of external malformations in fetuses were not examined. But skeletal variations were observed in all group. From these results, it could be concluded that the effects of pregngnt rats and their fetuses(F1) treated with BBP during day 1 to 20 of gestational period were estrogenic.

        Objectives: This Study was accomplished in order to measure the effect which provide by Health Promotion Center in Forward Hospital and in order to examine the organizational culture of a military unit where cohort belong affects in health promotion program progress and result accomplished. Methods: Provided program consisted of 5 fields; smoking cessation, nutrition, stress management, exercise and drinking control program. This program was provided after weekly intervention method control and limitation control. And also, basic health level of before program compared with health level of after program including. During program process, variation of fat, blood pressure and blood sugar were informed cohort and program provider. This Study has been conducted from April 2010 to October 2010. Cohort were consisted of 35 officers including noncommissioned officers who were selected from three Forward Hospitals each 12 officers who showed over 2 metabolic syndromes at each Forward Hospital during general health check in that year. Program operators checked any improved effect of cohort's fat, blood pressure through everyday exercise and diet of cohort. And program operator used these results for health education and consulting. Three hospitals, each hospital has two health program operators. But, six operators unified programs before delivery and collected effects of program which delivered weekly. Difference for response of this survey by occupations were assessed with t - test or ANCOVA. Results: The ratio of Officer's participation in Health Promotion Program give positive affection to soldiers regarding health promotion activity. In case of Officers, who involved in high risk of metabolic syndrome, showed improved results through participation ratio of exercise, no smoking. A military unit which operated health promotion program showed variation of positive results regarding no smoking practice, participation ratio of health program were better than a military unit compared with no operating health promotion program.

        The tannic acid fraction dele extracted from pine leaf and the skin of tile persimmon cultivated in Korea on 1998. To evaluate antimutagenicity of the water soluble tannic acid fraction, we used the Ames test which is a well known test method of the world. In the reverse mutation test did induced antimutagenicity in Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA155, TA1537 with and without metabolic activation. Tannic acid fraction(0.1㎖/plate) were inoculated in the test tube which were spreaded the Salmonella spp. After the pre-incubatior for 37℃ , 15 minutes, positive control added 0.1 ㎖. In the TA98, negative control reverse mutation colony 14.6 at S9 negative, 19.9 at S9 Positive. Also positive control reverse mutation colony 1,356 at S9 negative, 1,175 at S9 positive. But, in the pine leaf extracts additive groups were: recovered to the extents of negative control group, such as 130-605 reverse mutation colony. In the persimmon skin extracts group, positive contro1 groups were 1,261, at S9 negative group, 1,524 at S9 positive group of reverse mutation colony. But, in the persimmon skin extracts added groups were decreased to the extents of negative contro1 group such as 185-484 reverse mutation colony. Such like a manner, pine leaf extract and persimmon skin extracts were decreased the reverse mutation colony counts induced by sodium azide 2-aminoanthracene, 9-aminoacridine, 2-aminofluorene. It was concluded that water soluble tannic acid fraction from pine leaf and skin of the persimmons did induced antimutagenic effects of the known mutagenic insult.
