1. Objectives and Methods The original insect of $Q\'{\i}C\'{a}o$ is described as the larvae of Holotrichia diomphalia Bates (Scarabaeidae) in oriental medicine literatures. Traditionally $Q\'{\i}C\'{a}o$ inhabit on rotting wood, compost, and organic debris of soil or thatched roofs. They have the very important distinguishing mark that wriggle along on their back through rotting wood, compost etc. and they never do inflict the living crops. but, Holotrichia diomphalia Bates as the $Q\'{\i}C\'{a}o$ is not right because of many questions, such as Holotrichia are the harmful insects eat into farm products, and those don't match well with korean farmers' moods if their cultivated lands are turned over for collecting $Q\'{\i}C\'{a}o$ larvae, and especially they don't go on using their back. 2. Results and Conclusions Accordingly, in the conclusion of this subject it is reported that the original insect of $Q\'{\i}C\'{a}o$ is the larvae of Korean Cetoniidae(Coleoptera; Scarabaeoidea) insects including Genus Protaetia Burmeister(Protaetia orientalis submarmorea Burmeister, P.brevitarsis seulensis Kolbe, etc.) and the larvae of Korean Cetoniinae insects. Also, those were the original larvae of $Q\'{\i}C\'{a}o$ that were applied to not only 'DongEuiBoGam' but also 'Dongyi Suse Bowon prescriptions'. Those feed on rotting wood, compost, and organic debris of soil or thatched roofs.
미래지상전투차량의 효과적 획득을 위한 초기설계기법에 관한 연구

무기체계 획득 프로그램에서 개념설계는 개발대상체계의 군사적 활용목적을 구체화하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 요구사항 수립 및 향후 개발방향을 결정하는 가장 중요한 단계이다. 하지만 미래 지상전투차량 또는 로봇의 개념설계 시 개발 경험 또는 문헌사례 부족, 등을 이유로 초기단계에서 요구사항과 개발방향을 잘못 수립할 경우 이는 향후단계에서 설계오류로 작용될 수 있다. 이는 획득 프로그램에서 위험으로 작용될 수 있으며, 이를 바로잡기 위해서는 비용, 노력, 기간이 요구된다. 미래지상전투차량을 효과적으로 획득하기 위해서는 초기 개발단계에서부터 발생하는 오류를 줄일 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이 오류를 줄이기 위해서 개념설계과정에서 수립된 요구사항과 설계방향의 물리적 실현 가능성을 체계 수준의 모델링과 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하고, 이 시뮬레이션 결과를 활용해 가상의 체계성능을 도출하는 방안에 대해 기술한다. 체계 수준의 모델링 및 시뮬레이션은 최신 설계 기법인 모델기반설계와 형상기반설계 도구를 활용하며, 체계성능은 체계 수준 물리적 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 결과와 기존의 체계 성능분석 전문소프트웨어 연계를 통해 도출된다. In the acquisition program, the conceptual design is the most important step toward specifying the military objectives, establishing requirements and determining future developmental directions, of a target system. However, if both the requirements and directions are incorrectly set due to the lack of development experiences and literature backgrounds in the target systems, such as future ground combat vehicles, it may become a major risk in the future design phases and the entire acquisition program. In order to correct these errors in the future phases, time, effort and cost are required. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the errors that occur in the initial stages to effectively acquire the future ground combat vehicles. This paper describes the initial design method for verifying the requirements and the developmental directions and estimating the system performance at the conceptual design through the system-level physical modeling and simulation (M&S) and the target system performance analysis. The system-level physical M&S use cutting-edge design tools, model-based designs and geometric-based designs. The system performance estimation is driven from the results of the system-level physical M&S and the specialized system analysis software.
지모(知母) 추출물이 L-1210 및 S-180 암세포주 성장 억제에 미치는 영향

1. Objective This study was aimed to screen the potential antitumor activity of one kinds of Korean medicinal herb extracts against cancer cell lines and to evaluate the growth inhibition effect of L-1210 and S-180 cancer cell lines. 2. Methods It confirmed Anemarrhena asphodeloides extracts to screen the potential antitumor activity. Then, it was extracted with 4 kinds of solvents ; hexane, ethyl acetate, butanol and $H_2O$, and the Growth inhibition effect of these extracts were determined against cancer cell and normal cell. The results were as follows : The IC50(50% inhibitory concentration) values of Anemarrhena asphodeloides extracts were shown to be $253{\mu}g/ml$ against L-1210 cell lines. The IC50 values of ethyl acetate extracts were shown to be $915{\mu}g/ml$ against L-1210 cell lines. The IC50 values of butanol extracts were shown to be $52.3{\mu}g/ml$, $485{\mu}g/ml$ against L-1210, S-180 cell lines, respectively. The butanol extracts were more selectively effective than other extracts to cancer cell lines. 3. Conclusion From these data, it could be concluded that the Anemarrhena asphodeloides extracts to the Growth inhibition effect of L-1210 and S-180 cancer cell lines.
원인 불명열 환자를 갈근해기탕(葛根解肌湯)으로 치험한 1례

1. Objectives FUO is defined as a temperature higher than $38.3^{\circ}C$ on several occasions and lasting longer than 3 weeks, with a diagnosis that remain uncertain after 1 week of investigation. Diagnosing the cause of FUO is particularly difficult. 2. Methods We have tried researching effect of herbal medicines(Kalkunhaeki - tang treatments) and Acupoint Injection to Taeumin FUO patient. 3. Results A Taeumin patient diagnosed to FUO was treated with Taeumin herbal medicines(kalkunhaeki - tang treatments) and change of patient's fever and general condition were improved. 4. Conclusions The constitutional treatment with Kalkunhaeki - tang may have an effect on management of FUO. So we report the healing process and results of this patient in this study.
이급후중(裏急後重)을 동반한 태음인(太陰人) 편비(便秘)환자 치험 1례

1. Objectives Constipation is a common symptom affecting 16.5% of general population in Korean countries. However, many people are looking for constipation due to the hospital. The clinical studies in herbal medicine to cure rectal tenesmus and constipation caused by the stress of the case. 2. Methods We have tried researching effect of herbal medicines(Chungpyesagan - tang and kalkunseunggi-tang) treatments to Stress caused by Taeumin rectal tenesmus and constipation patient. 3. Results A Taeumin patient diagnosed to rectal tenesmus and constipation was treated with Taeumin herbal medicines (Kalkunseunggi - tang treatments) and change of patient's the feces number of times and abdomen discomfort were improved. 4. Conclusions The cause of constipation variety as was treatments is various. The constitutional treatment with Kalkunseunggi - tang may have an effect on management of constipation. So we report the healing process and results of this patient in this study.

1. Background Tremor is a rhythmic, involuntary muscular contraction characterized by oscillations (to-and-fro movements) of a part of the body. Tremor is the common symptom clinically 2. Objectives The purpose of this study is to show a case of tremor patient with tremor improved by Oriental medical treatment which is based on the constitutional medicine. 3. Patient & Methods Patients were diagnosed as Taeumin by physical characteristics, posture, and symptoms and were evaluated with an interview and laboratory tests after Sasang constitutional Medicine 4. Result After Yeoldahanso-tang(熱多寒少湯) medication, Taeumin patients were improved the tremor. 5. Conclusions These case-studies show an efficient result of using Sasang traditional medicine in the treatment of tremor.

전투 모의 환경 하에서 실제 모의 대상의 탐지 성능 데이터를 모의 개체에 적절히 입력하는 것은 모의분석 결과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 주요 전투 시뮬레이션 도구에서 개체의 탐지 능력을 모의하기 위한 표적획득모델로 ACQUIRE-Target Task Performance Metric(TTPM)-Target Angular Size(TAS) 모델을 사용하며, 이 모델은 전투 개체의 조우 조건을 입력으로 받아 해당 개체 센서의 분해 곡선을 추정하고, 표적 유형에 따른 탐지 거리를 출력한다. 그런데 사용자가 입력을 원하는 새로운 탐지 개체의 성능을 표적획득모델에 적용하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 사용자는 탐지 거리를 표적획득모델에 입력하길 원하지만, 표적획득모델은 조우 조건에 따른 센서의 분해 곡선 데이터가 필요하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 표적에 대한 탐지 거리를 입력으로 하여 표적획득모델의 센서 분해 곡선 데이터를 역으로 도출하는 기법을 제안한다. 여기서 해당 센서 분해 곡선 데이터는 인원, 지상차량, 항공기의 3종류 표적 유형에 대한 각각의 탐지 거리를 동시에 만족한다. 마지막으로 여러 정찰 장비의 탐지 거리를 탐지 개체에 적용하여, 정찰 장비에 따른 탐지 효과도를 분석한다. Under combat simulation environment when inputting the detection performance data of the real system into the simulated object the given data affects the simulation analysis result. ACQUIRE-Target Task Performance Metric (TTPM)-Target Angular Size (TAS) model is used as a target acquisition model to simulate the detection ability of entities in the main combat simulation tool. This model estimates the decomposition curve of the object sensor and output the detection distance according to the target type. However, it is not easy to apply the performance of the new detection object that the user wants to input to the target acquisition model. Users want to input the detection distance into the target acquisition model, but the target acquisition model requires sensor decomposition curve data according to encounter conditions. In this paper, we propose a method of inversely deriving the sensor decomposition curve data of the target acquisition model by taking the detection distance to the target as an input. Here, the sensor decomposition curve data simultaneously satisfies each detection distance for three types of targets: personnel, ground vehicles, and aircraft. Finally, the detection distance of various reconnaissance equipment is applied to the detection object, and the detection effect according to the reconnaissance equipment is analyzed.
