中國式 家族企業의 企業承繼에 관한 硏究 -改革・開放 이후 企業事例 文獻調査를 중심으로-

Chinese private enterprises have played an important role in the economic development in recent years. This paper analyzes family ownership of Chinese private enterprises since economic reforms at the end of 1978. Chinese family enterprises have unique characteristics because of China's short history of economic transition. The Chinese founders of private enterprises tend to assign their next generation to key positions of their firms even when their sons and daughters are at early ages. The founders intend the next generation to develop management abilities through providing management experiences for their sons and daughters. The founders also utilize firms' business diversification for inter-generational ownership transition. They diversify their business into the industries that their sons and daughters are interested in. The next generations develop business skill and knowhow in the field of industry that she or he is interested in and, finally, joins the main business of the founders, their parents. Because of strong connection and relationship among family members taking key positions in family enterprises, professional manager system has not been settled down in Chinese private firms. This paper provides valuable insights into the characteristics of family enterprises in China by analysing firm-level cases since 1978. Based on this paper, future studies may empirically investigate whether or not the level of family involvement in key positions has an effect on management system.
육상 및 해양 시추용 디개서 시스템의 진공펌프 성능해석

In modern industry, vacuum has grown into an indispensable industrial field. The performance of the vacuum pump in the degasser system among mud treatment system facilities was verified by a numerical analysis method. The degasser system is an equipment for removing the gas contained in the mud, and it is a work process that requires a vacuum. This study analyzed the vacuum pump performance of the degasser used in drilling for resource development of onshore and offshore plants. The vacuum pump used in the degasser system was designed with a discharge rate of 0.099kg/s. The DM(Design Modeler) program of ansys workbench 17.2 was used to modify the model of the vacuum pump used in the degasser system. And for performance analysis, CFX, which is known to be suitable for rotating system analysis, was used. Finally the performance analysis results of the vacuum pump and the prototype performance test results were compared and analyzed.
극저온 버터플라이 밸브의 유체압력 변동에 따른 토크 예측 연구

밸브는 유량을 제어하기 위하여 필수적으로 사용되는 산업 설비이다. 특히 버터플라이 밸브는 다양한 구경에 적용 가능하여 선박, 플랜트, 항공산업 등에 많이 사용되고 있다. 극저온 산업은 1960년대부터 천연가스(NG)를 전세계에 공급을 시작으로 관련 산업이 빠르게 성장하기 시작하였다. 액화된 천연가스는 -165°C의 극저온 상태이기 때문에 이를 제어하기 위한 밸브의 성능은 상온에서 사용하는 밸브보다 기밀성, 내구성 등이 더 우수해야 한다. 본 연구는 극저온 버터플라이 밸브를 개발하기 위하여 KS V ISO18139-2017의 산업표준에서 정의한 설계압력을 참고하여 CFD를 수행하였다. CFD 해석 수행결과 버터플라이 밸브의 디스크 각도가 65° 이상 되었을 때 토크값이 감소하는 것으로 계산되었다. 이는 디스크가 상대적으로 유체의 압력에 영향을 덜 받는 상태인 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 디스크 각도가 80° 이상 된다면 역 방향으로 토크가 작용될 것으로 판단된다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 양방향 토크를 가진 모터를 사용하거나 가동범위 이상 회전하지 않도록 안전조치가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Valves are essential industrial equipment to control flow rate. In particular, butterfly valves can be applied to various diameters and are widely used in ship, plant, and aviation industries. The cryogenic industry began to grow rapidly in the 1960s, starting with the supply of natural gas (NG) to the world. As liquefied natural gas is in a cryogenic state at -165°C, the performance of the valve to control it must be better than that of the valves used at normal temperatures in terms of airtightness and durability. To develop a cryogenic butterfly valve, this study performed CFD with reference to the design pressure defined in the industrial standard of KS V ISO18139:2017. The CFD analysis revealed that the torque value decreased when the disk angle of the butterfly valve became more than 65°. This indicated that the disc was relatively less affected by the fluid pressure. However, if the disc angle was more than 80°, the torque would be applied in the reverse direction. To solve this problem, a motor with two-way torque must be used or safety measures must be taken to prevent it from rotating beyond its operating range.
