        야간관광 기능 및 활성화 방안에 관한 탐색적 연구

        Consumption culture pattern in night centered around life zone of residence place has influence on tourism activity pattern, thereby increasing tourists` desire to enjoy night tour in tour sites. Therefore, night tour is a cultural phenomenon with resources such as a local area`s cultural attraction, service facility, night view image of infrastructure targeting for the local residents and visitors. Accordingly, it is urgent that we establish a measure to transfer increase rate of number of visitor per day to lodging tourist, thereby increasing the need to develop night tour products. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to cope with recent sharp changing of tour environment and 24 hours social activities for promoting new means for tour activity. And this study examines added value of tourism attractiveness for night tour and suggests a development principle for night tour program and a promotion method for night tour program based on conceptual overview of night tour and foreigners` visiting pattern, pattern of night tour and analysis of success stories in foreign night tour.

        호텔종사원의 회복탄력성이 심리적 안녕감 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향

        This study is focusing on the inter-relationships of employees`` resilience, psychological well-being and organizational performance. In other words, the present study is trying to testify the influence of employees`` resilience on psychological well-being, and the affects of psychological well-being on the organizational performance. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the employees`` of the Deluxe Hotel in Seoul area. The statistical tools to be undertaken in this research were frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance analysis using the statistical package of SPSS(12.0) and AMOS(6.0). The results of this study could be summarized as follows; First, the employees`` resilience (the emotional regulation skills, optimistic, empathic ability, self-efficacy) has significantly positive effects on the psychological well-being. Second, the employees`` resilience(the emotional regulation skills, optimistic, empathic ability, self-efficacy) might in-crease employees`` job satisfaction. Third, the employees`` resilience(the emotional regulation skills, self-efficacy, active conductivity) might increase employees`` organizational commitment. Fourth, psychological well-being positively effects employees`` job satisfaction and organizational commitment. At the last chapter, the paper concludes with discussions and the managerial implications for the effective personnel policies

        호텔기업의 문화마케팅유형에 따른 조직신뢰가 고객지향성 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        This study is focusing on the dyadic relationship of organizational trust and customer orientation, organizational commitment, and is trying to testify the influence of cultural marketing types on organizational trust meanwhile the study is trying to testify the affects of organizational trust on the customer orientation and organizational commitment. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the employees` of the Deluxe Hotel in Seoul area. The statistical tools to be undertaken in this research were frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance analysis using the statistical package of SPSS(12.0) and AMOS(6.0). The results of this study, based on a positive analysis, could be summarized as follows. First, the more the cultural marketing types(sponsorship, synthesis, sales, style marketing) is, the more the influence to organizational trust they perceived. Second, the more the cultural marketing types(sponsorship, synthesis marketing) is, the more the influence to customer orientation they perceived. Third, the more the cultural marketing types(sponsorship, synthesis marketing) is, the influence to organizational commitment they perceived. Fourth, the more the organizational trust is, the more the influence to customer orientation. Fifth, the more the organizational trust is, the more the influence to organizational commitment. At the last chapter, the paper concludes with discussions and the managerial implications for the effective personnel policies.

        일본인 관광객의 호텔이용행태에 따른 시장세분화 및 선택속성에 관한 연구

        This study purports to examine the facts that Japanese tourist regard as important for selecting hotel in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find out how selective attributes could be applied to marketing strategies and to identify the difference with existing studies of selective attributes. Important findings from this survey show that the Japanese tourists are tend to be subdivided to business trip market, shopping trip market, student market and leasure market, and they regard reputation of hotels, its facilities and amenities, transportation and shopping facilities, services from its employees and guest services as important. Another important finding is that Japanese tourists put great importance on transportation and shopping facilities, which means Korea has attractiveness as a tourist destination for shopping. It is suggested for future study that firstly, refining selective attributes need to be objective and studies should be conducted by specialized panel to make it objective.

        호텔기업의 조직풍토에 따른 종사원의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine how hotel employees`` job stress and organizational climates, one of environmental variants, can influence his psychological burnout in performing his duty. It is also another goal of this study to provide strategic materials through making out preventive measures against the psychological burnout. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the employees`` of the Deluxe hotels in Seoul area. The statistical tools to be undertaken in this research were frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance analysis using the statistical package of SPSS(12.0) and AMOS(6.0). The results of this study, based on a positive analysis, could be summarized as follows. First, the more the team sprit, direction of clarity, flexibility of job performance, job responsibility resulted, set of performance measure resulted is, turned out to have a negative effects on hotel employee``s job stress they perceived. Second, the flexibility of job performance, job responsibility resulted is, turned out to have a negative effect on hotel employees`` psychological burnout they perceived. Third, hotel employee``s stress turned out to have affirmative effect on his emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and the decrease of his sense of achievement. At the last chapter, the paper concludes with discussions and the managerial implications for the effective personnel policies.
