청소년 태권도 품새 선수의 선수 경력 선택 과정에 대한 내러티브 탐구 : 부모 교육과정을 중심으로

Taekwondo is facing competitiveness due to fierce competition with various resources of internal and external of sport industry of Korea. To prepare the crisis, broa dand deep understanding and knowledge are required to the teenage Taekwondo athletes in Korea. However, p ractically the teenage Taekwondo athletes are too busy to take care of themselves due to training and school. So, the closest people who help them are parents. (Chung, Roh, 2016). For this reason, understanding how the Korean parents influence on their kids, underage Taekwondo athletes, have absolutely academic meaning in the view of the development and human resource management of Taekwondo industry. Therefore, the recent researches regarding Taekwondo has been focused on the Taekwondo Kyorugi (sparring competition) or Taekwondo Sibumdan (demonstration team) mostly, and Poomsae (posing). With this reason, the first purpose of this research is to analyze the process of teenage Taekwondo Poomsae athletes decision making for their Poomsae career and the influence of their parents on the decision with a narrative inquiry. Second purpose is to suggest several proposals that can contribute to the development of Poomsae and make more balance ddevelopment of the Kyorugi, Sibumdan and Poomsae. To accomplish the purpose, several research subjetcs were recruited and the research result s were as follow; first, their first step to Taekwondo started without any recognition on situations. Second, the decision making of their athletic career for Poomsae was not easy and was the strategy to enter college. Third, they selected their parents as their helper. They thought theyd id this whole process by their own judgmen t. We expect this research could be a theoretical basic for the dveelopment of Taekwondo industry in Korea , especially in the side of human resource management.

태권도지도자의 여가기능과 여가제약협상의 관계

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationships between leisure function and leisure constraints negotiation. To accomplish of this research, the subjects were Taekwondo instructors by convenience sampling method, and total 280 surveys were used for the actual analysis. The data were analyzed by SPSS WIN Ver. 15.0, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The results were as follows: First, the effect of leisure function on leisure constraints negotiation of Taekwondo instructors showed that control ability had a significant effect on Taekwondo instructors’ changing leisure aspiration. Second, the effect of leisure function on leisure constraints negotiation of Taekwondo instructors showed that leisure desire, leisure admiration and confidence had a significant effect on Taekwondo instructors’ improving finance and time management. Third, the effect of leisure function on leisure constraints negotiation of Taekwondo instructors showed that confidence and control ability had a significant effect on Taekwondo instructors’ changing interpersonal relations. Fourth, the effect of leisure function on leisure constraints negotiation of Taekwondo instructors showed that leisure admiration and confidence had a significant effect on Taekwondo instructors’ replenish energy. Fifth, the effect of leisure function on leisure constraints negotiation of Taekwondo instructors showed that leisure admiration had a significant effect on Taekwondo instructors’ intensity control. Sixth, the effect of leisure function on leisure constraints negotiation to Taekwondo instructors showed that leisure admiration and confidence had a significant effect on Taekwondo instructors’ skills acquisition.

태권도 중고등부 선수의 성취목표성향과 재미요인 및 자아실현의 관계

본 연구는 중고등부 태권도 선수들의 성취목표성향과 태권도의 재미요인 및 자아실현의 관계를 규명하여 교육현장에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비확률 표본 추출방법(non probability sampling)중 편의표본추출(convenience sampling)을 사용하였고, 설문응답은 자기평가기입법(self-administration method)으로 내용에 응답하도록 하여, 총 209명의 자료가 실제분석에 사용되었다. 설문지의 내용은 과제성취성향에 대한 항목 13문항, 재미에 대한 항목 9문항, 자아실현에 대한 항목 17문항 그리고 인구통계학적 특성에 대한 항목 4문항으로 총 43문항으로 구성하였다. 회수된 설문자료는 연구목적에 맞게 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과제성취성향의 하위요인인 자기성취성향 요인만이 재미요인의 모든 하위요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 과제성취성향의 모든 하위요인이 자아실현의 하위요인인 능력발휘와 능력개발 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아실현의 목표이상실현 요인에는 자기성취성향 요인만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재미의 모든 하위요인이 자아실현의 하위요인인 능력발휘 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아실현의 능력개발과 목표이상실현 요인에는 재미의 사회성 함양과 성취의 기쁨 요인만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This research intends to provide the basic data for the taekwondo major middle, high school student`s efficient and positive use of their practice time that is on increase. For this purpose, it examined the taekwondo major student`s achievement goal orientations and enjoyment factor and also studied their influence on the self-actualization. The subject of this study were taekwondo major students. Convenience sampling, which is a non-probability sampling, was used. Among a total of 220 questionnaires distributed, 211 copies were collected back. And the questionnaires that were insincerely replied, double-replied or judged useless for the study were excluded and a total of 209 questionnaires were analyzed. The research results were as follows: First, the result of examining the influence of the achievement goal orientations on the enjoyment factor were partly influenced. Second, the result of examining the influence of the achievement goal orientations on the self-actualization on dancing were partly influenced. Third, the result of examining the influence of the enjoyment factor on the self-actualization were partly influenced.

2018 팔렘방 아시안 게임 대표팀 구성 과정에서 나타난 전문운동선수 병역제도의 맹점에 관한 비판적 담론

This research aimed to define the types of military service for Korean athletes and to interpret the case of joining the national team for the Military Service Exemption policy based on Korean Constitution and Military Service Law of Korea and prove the illegality. This study is about a latest controversy regarding the Military Service Exemption policy after 2018 Palembang Asian Games. The Military Service Exemption is a compensatory policy for the athletes who contribute on national team of Korea in International Sports Events. With this reason, the Military Service Exemption policy must administer after the contribution. However, become a national athlete for the Military Service Exemption and contributed on the team closely nothing, possibly be interpreted an severe illegal military exemption, was discovered after the 2018 Palembang Asian Games. The research results were as follow; First, There are five types of military service for athletes in Korea. Second, unconstitutionality was discovered in the policy and the illegality of the military service exempted athletes was not completed. There are several alternatives for the weaknesses and those are proposes at the end of this research.

중·고등부 태권도선수의 운동재미요인과 스포츠자신감 및 운동지속의도의 관계

본 연구는 중·고등부 태권도선수들의 운동재미요인과 스포츠자신감 및 운동지속의도의 관계를 규명함으로써, 태권도 팀을 지도하는 지도자들에게 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비확률 표본 추출방법(non probability sampling) 중 편의표본추출(convenience sampling)을 사용하였고, 설문응답은 자기평가기입법(self-administration method)으로 내용에 응답하도록 하여, 총 284명의 자료가 실제 분석에 사용되었다. 설문지의 내용은 재미요인에 대한 항목 9문항, 스포츠자신감에 대한 항목 9문항, 운동지속의도에 대한 항목 2문항 그리고 인구통계학적 특성에 대한 항목 4문항으로 총 24문항으로 구성하였다. 회수된 설문자료는 연구목적에 맞게 SPSS 18.0 프로그램과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 검정하는 부트스트래핑방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 운동재미요인은 스포츠자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 운동재미요인은 운동지속의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠자신감은 운동지속의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 태권도 운동재미요인과 운동지속의도의 관계에서 스포츠자신감은 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. Second, the result of examining the influence of the enjoyment factor on the intention to continuance of taekwondo were influenced. Third, the result of examining the influence of the sport confidence on the intention to continuance of taekwondo were influenced. Finally, sport confidence mediated the relationship between enjoyment factor and intention to continuance of taekwondo.

태권도 지도자의 여가제약과 여가제약협상의 관계

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Leisure Constraints and Leisure Constraints Negotiation of Taekwondo instructors. For this study, total 280 questionnaires were distributed to Taekwondo instructors who work in Seoul and Kyungi-do area and the data collected from August to September in 2012. In order to analyze the data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple liner regression were conducted by using SPSS 18.0. The findings of this study are as followings.First, the result showed that leisure constraints of the Taekwondo instructors had significant effect on Leisure Constraints Negotiation. Second, interpersonal constraints had significant impact on partner searching, recharging energy, controlling intensity of an activity among leisure constraints sub-factors. Third, intrapersonal constraints showed significant impact on recharging energy and skill acquisition among leisure constraints sub-factors. Fourth, structural constrains showed significant impact on changing aspiration, finance, time management, recharging energy and skill acquisition.

The purpose of this inquiry is to understand the changing process of Tae-Kwon Do uniform by After thorough examination, they could be summarized as below. Tae-Kwon Do training uniforms are divided into two different types. One is a spread extended type which originally came form Japan and the other is an Korean traditional martial arts uniform. As the development of Tae-Kwon Do occurred, the uniform changed into a basic clothing form from the three countries period which included a black collar and a half black and red collar for grade holders. The differences in the length of sleeves and pants come from which material it is made of and a statement regulated by the Korea Tae-Kwon Do Federation. The uniform currently using is not the Korean traditional type which has to be worn over the head. This has a major disadvantage when putting it on and taking it off, it ruins the hair especially after sweating a lot through training. As a result, the uniform we are currently wearing has a slight problem in practicality and the historical background but the uniform itself is rogarded more as a sport uniform rather than a training uniform.

대한공수도연맹과 서울시태권도협회 조직사유화와 불법행위에 대한 사례 연구

무도 단체는 조직 구성원들이 무도에 관한 모든 활동에 불편함이 없도록 편의를 제공하고, 행정적 및 재정적으로 도와주는 행정체계이다. 이 연구의 목적은 2015년 발생한 대한공수도연맹 회계 비리 사건과 서울시태권도협회의 승부조작 사건을 사례로 하여 근본적 원인을 밝힘으로써 문제점의 진상을 규명하고 동시에 해당 사례들의 연구를 통해 보다 객관적이고 근본적인 대처 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 대한공수도연맹의 회계 부정 사례와 서울시태권도협회의 승부 조작을 통한 인사 비리 사례들은 현재 우리나라 무도 단체들이 다양한 제도와 비리 방지를 위한 법규정에도 불구하고, 각종 비리 행위 앞에 무방비로 노출되어 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그 원인으로 본 연구의 대상사건에서는 모두 특정 소수에 의하여 조직이 장악되는 조직 사유화 현상을 꼽을 수 있다. 하지만, 이보다 더 큰 문제는 현재 우리나라의 스포츠 법 제도 내에서는 이를 절대적으로 예방할 수 있는 방안이 존재하지 않는다는 데 있다고 할 것이다. 따라서 향후 이에 대한 제도적 보완책이 시급히 마련되어야 할 것이다. Martial art organization is an administrative system which assists administrative tasks of concerned and convenience accommodation of them. The purpose of this study was aimed to micro analyze two administrative organization privatization cases, the Korean Karatedo Federation case and the Seoul Taekwondo Federation case, in Korean positive law and propose several preventive measures could control the recurrence in Korea and even internationally. The results for this research are as follow: The irregularly cases proved a social phenomenon which the martial art organizations are vulnerable to various irregularities, even if many policies and provisions are being prepared so far. Organization privatization is being pointed for the irregularities of these two cases. However, a larger issue than the result is absent of preventive measures based on sport law. With this reason, institutional strategy for recurrence prevention policy based sport law must be provided as soon as possible.

스포츠 신문사의 불법 게재물에 대한 규제 방안

Newspapers must report the report materials the most fast, accurately and honestly without any prejudices. This role definition for newspapers is also applied to Korean sports newspapers assume the helm of sports industry in Korea. However, the current reports and materials of Korean sports newspapers makes the readers doubt the role of sports newspapers for the illegalities and even its immoralities. With this reason, this research aimed to define the kinds of illegal inclusions of Korean sports newspapers, adopt the Korean positive laws on the each kind to prove the illegality and interpret the results and propose several suggestions. The research results are as follows: First, the Korean sports newspapers could be defined with fake news, exaggerated journal type advertisements and lewd or provocative advertisements or journals. Second, fake news is violated the #21 of Korean Constitutions, #2 of Korean Civil Law and #347 of Korean Criminal Law. Third, the violated Korean newspapers have a civil responsibility, such as liability for damages or other types civil responsibility, based on #2 and #750 of Korean Civil Law and #1 and #3 of The Expression and Advertisements Acts of Korea to the victims. With the #347 of Korean Criminal Law, the Korean newspapers would be punished like fine or other types of penalty Fourth, when #347 of Korean Criminal Law and #21 of Korean Constitutions are at odds, the decisions should be based on the purposes of the inclusions. In the end of this research, several suggestions were proposed to prevent recurrences.
