        The Heterotopic pancreas is defined as the presence of pancreatic tissue lacking anatomical and vascular continuity with the main body of pancreas. Heterotopic pancreas or ectopic pancreas is found in 0.55% to 13.7% of autopsy series and also found one in approximately every 500 operations in abdominal surgery. The most common sites are the antrum of stomach, duodenum, and proximal jejunum. Most masses of heterotopic pancreas in stomach were encountered in the distal one third, usually within 5 or 6 cm of pylorus. We have recently experienced a case of hetertopic pancreas that was located in fundus which is not the usual site. Gastrofiberscopy revealed a 2×2.5 cm sized protruding mass on the fundus. There was apperared an umbilical shaped dimple on the center with a relatively normal mucosa. Endoscopic ultrasonography revealed a 2.5 cm sized hypoechoic mass of fundus, originating from submucosal and muscular layer. It was considered a submucosal tumor, such as leiomyoma, and subsequently wedge resection was performed. Histologic finding showed pancreatic acni.

        With the coming of the Information Age, the existing values, ethics and morality are sweepingly shaken to the foundations. And it's urgently needed to establish infoethics curriculum for elementary school. In addition to functional education, infoethics should be eduated in the future. The purpose of this study was to set up the goal of infoethics education for each of the three selected stage and to build their content system. For the purpose, and infoethics educational system was designed in three parts, including questionnaire analysis, dilemma discussion and infoethics learning, to build the right judgment standard for moral and ethical problems one might face in communication. The questionnaire analysis put emphasis on teacher-student interaction, consisted of question-preparing module, involvement module and output module. The Web-based dilemma discussion was planned in the procedure of approach to conflict, figuring out the situation, selecting one's own position, affirming the ground of one's position, discussion and final arrangement, to expedite learner-centered inquiry. Besides, the infoethics educational system included official announcement, reference room, bulletin board, game program for learning, conversation room, user registration and link. Educationally, this system is expected to contribute to presenting some of the direction for infoethics education, furthering its development and creating sound infoethics culture. Besides, that will be useful for elementary school children to recognize the ethical problems related to the use of computer and other telecommunication devices correctly, and also serve to help them cultivate sound personality on their own without staying in touch with obscene or violent things.
